We know, we know.

That one's up there with "Spencer Pratt is Annoying," "Julianne Hough is Beautiful" and "Kim Kardashian Has a Giant A$$" on the list of headlines you don't really even need to write because they're going to be the case in perpetuity.

But when Jessica Simpson's ironically titled flick, Major Movie Star, is set to be renamed Private Valentine: Blonde & Dangerous, and released only on DVD, we just have to comment. And give props to the theaters for passing.

If you rent this, you are officially insane (unless you're part of a club that intentionally rents the worst possible crap you can find and plays drinking games throughout).

The film - about a ditzy movie star who enlists in the army to earn money to pay her bills - is #1 in Russia, and will premiere in Bulgaria next month, but it is not being released in theaters in any English-speaking country.

Jessica Simpson's last effort, Blonde Ambition, hit stores after showing in eight theaters and earning $1,300. That's less than Heidi Montag's weekly makeup budget!

It's a celebrity fashion battle for the ages... and one in which both subjects possess a remarkable lack of talent. But we're here to talk about style and that's it, so it's cool.

Carrie Underwood was in New York for the unveiling of her wax figure (see yesterday's edition of Real or Wax), but she also addressed another fake singer, Jessica Simpson, and her reported rift with her ex's new girlfriend.

Talking about the life-like replica of herself, Carrie Underwood said: "Honestly, it looks so good, it's kind of creepy looking at myself."

When asked by reporters about Jessica Simpson, who is dating Underwood's ex-boyfriend Tony Romo, the country star brushed off rumors of a feud.

"I met her once and she seemed really nice so I don't have a feud with anybody," said Underwood, who even praised Simpson's crossover to country music.

"I think it's great that country music just seems to be opening their arms to people that want to be a part of it," she said. "They let me in when they didn't have to and they're doing the same thing for a lot of other people."

The beautiful Carrie Underwood also spoke about her thoughts about ex-boyfriends and the role the celebrity gossip / news media plays in her relationships.

"I generally have been friends with ex-boyfriends. Sometimes the whole media thing adds, well not sometimes, every time it adds a little obstacle," said the American Idol winner. "Before all this, everybody I had ever dated I was friends with."

Just kidding. Tony Romo still counts himself in that category, too.

Jessica Simpson says she could have never dragged her NFL boyfriend Tony Romo shopping for engagement rings, as has been reported in recent days.

Romo, the star quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, busted the little finger on his right hand Sunday in an overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

But he won't be busting his ass to get engaged to Simpson now that he's sidelined for four months, the alleged singer tells Entertainment Tonight.

"We are not engaged!" she said.

"Tony and I have not gone to Neiman Marcus – somebody said we bought a ring there. I couldn't drag Tony in to Neiman Marcus if I tried."

With Romo and Tom Brady on the shelf with injuries, and not engaged to their famous girlfriends, all our celebrity gossip hopes are now resting on Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush. Come on, Reg. You know you wanna pop that question.

With her career deteriorating a little more each day, it's no surprise that Jessica Simpson has her sights set on Plan B: Marrying a really rich guy.

Today's Chicago-Sun Times reports that wedding bells may not be far off for Simpson and her beau, hunky Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo:

"One of my best Dallas snoops just happened to be in the original Neiman Marcus in Big D, shortly after Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo were in the store checking out big sparklers - the kind women wear on their left-hand ring finger."

"I'm hearing the couple are talking about a winter wedding. Dallas fans can relax. The happy twosome are said to be planning to tie the knot after the end of the season, including the Super Bowl - should the Cowboys make it to the big game."

Buy one ring, kiss your chance at another goodbye. So poetic. This is tremendous news for fans of any NFL team but Dallas. Less good news for fans of not stabbing yourself? Jessica singing "Angels" on Dancing with the Stars last night.

Shortly after cursing beau Tony Romo’s Dallas Cowboys to an embarrassing loss to the Washington Redskins, Jessica Simpson announced a new gig.

The alleged singer will be getting in on the Dancing with the Stars action this season with a "very special performance" on an upcoming episode.

According to a report, she’ll "sing" two of her "songs" - “Come on Over” and “Angels” - while accompanied by the professional dancers onstage.

We can only hope Kim Kardashian will dance to Jessica Simpson's songs. The television world has never seen such a lack of talent collide on stage.

Sure, the Dallas Cowboys are 3-0 after beating Green Bay last night. But remember last year, people, and the reason why their season suddenly headed south.

As for her current country CD and accompanying media tour, it hasn't been without a few negative incidents. During her 70-minute set featuring her album, Do You Know, Jessica actually forgot the lyrics to one of her best-known pop songs, "With You."

"I did the same thing on Good Morning America," said an apologetic Simpson, referring to her talent technical problems recently on the ABC morning show.

Afterwards, she said, "I've been singing that song for about 70 years and I forgot the lyrics. At least you guys still have my giant boobs to ogle knew them."

Hillary Clinton would be proud. The proverbial glass ceiling the former First Lady sought to break is about to receive another crack, courtesy of Jessica Simpson.

In fact, the whole thing may be shattered altogether as a result of her screeeching. We're talking nails-on-a-chalkboard meets noises-only-dogs-can-hear.

The alleged country singer plans to perform songs from her new record Do You Know (it hit #1 on the country chart, which says as much about the genre as it does Jessica Simpson) at the Nina's Night Out concert in Las Vegas Thursday night.

The benefit concert, which will be held to raise money for the Rape Crisis Center in Las Vegas, is taking place at The Palms' Pearl Theater.

This sounds like a great cause and everything, but we can't help but chuckle - could women's rights find a poorer example? She got famous for being dumb and has remained famous for having gigantic boobs and wearing a pink Cowboys jersey.
