We're not sure what's worse for former American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra:

That she has referred to police officers who arrested her as "crackers," or that she openly offered to give said crackers a blow job?

The train wreck of a singer called her Aunt Sheila on the Monday after her Saturday night arrest for disorderly intoxication, violation of probation and obstruction of justice. According to TMZ, though, Sierra had no idea why she was even in jail.

Jessica told her aunt: "I don't even know what they arrested me for... I didn't fight nobody but the police, little stupid f-cking crackers!"

Blake Fielder-Civil couldn't have said it better himself.

Jessica Sierra's mouth didn't earn her the title of American Idol.

So the singer is trying to put her oral talents to a different use.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Sierra told the arresting officer over the weekend, "I'll suck your d-ick if you don't take me to jail."

Once her Antonella Barba-like offer was rejected, Sierra hurled the N word a few times, screaming, "F*** you N*****!" According to the police report, her friend tried calming Jessica down as went to shove a cop. From there, naturally, Sierra and her pal ended up fighting in the street.

Sadly for Jessica Sierra, Raffaello Follieri was not the arresting officer during her altercation over the weekend. He may have accepted her offer.

The former American Idol finalist has been charged with disorderly intoxication, violation of parole, obstruction of justice and tremendous celebrity gossip fodder.

The 17-year old could be facing the problems of another former American Idol finalist, Jessica Sierra.

The singer was jailed early Saturday after a drunken confrontation with police and onlookers. This arrest comes less than two weeks after she pleaded no contest to charges of battery and possession of cocaine.

Sierra, who is making O.J. Simpson seem like a law-abiding citizen, was charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges. She's being held without bond.

Remember when Jessica Sierra was an innocent American Idol finalist? Since then, she's taken a lot of drugs and hit many people.

"As the defendant was taken into custody, she attempted to push away and flee the scene," arresting officers wrote on their report.

Back on November 19, Circuit Judge Gregory Holder sentenced Sierra to 12 months probation and random drug screening, stemming from an altercation in April where she was accused of hitting a man on the head with a glass.

Officers proceeded to find a small amount of cocaine while searching her afterward at the county jail, helping Sierra out-criminalize Mary Delgado in a comparison of recent reality TV arrests.

So is Olivia Mojica. This former American Idol star has taken Barba's antics a step further and filmed a sex tape with an ex-boyfriend. It hits the market on Thursday.

Now, yet another past Idol contestant is in the news for less than pure reasons: Jessica Sierra was arrested on drug possession and felony battery charges early Sunday in Tampa.

Sierra, 21, allegedly hit a man over the head with a heavy glass at a café and was booked at the Hillsborough County Jail on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, the Associated Press reports.

The ex-American Idol hopeful was also charged with possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility after officers found a small amount of the drug while searching her, a police spokeswoman told the AP.

The victim of the alleged battery suffered a cut over his eye, but no further details were available. Sierra was released Sunday afternoon on $11,500 bail.

This isn't the first time the singer has faced legal trouble, although she was in the Hilary Duff-like position of victim last time: a 59-year-old California man was charged with stalking Jessica after police said he left voicemail messages telling her he loved her and was willing to go to jail for her; he also sent her jewelry and dozens of long-stemmed roses after seeing her on Idol.

Aside from oral sex photos, love-making videos and now drug possession and assault, other American Idol crimes against humanity include the singing of Sanjaya Malakar.
