Jessica Sierra is still a rehabbing alcoholic and sex tape star. But the former American Idol finalist is no longer pregnant.

Without disclosing the reason for this change in status, a source close to the troubled singer told TMZ that there’ no child in Sierra’s future.

Jessica can currently be seen crying on “Celebrity Rehab” on VH1; and naked in her Vivid Entertainment sex tape, “Jessica Sierra Superstar,” released last week.

With the new season of American Idol premiering tomorrow, we’re guessing producers hope Jessica Sierra just goes away. She doesn’t exactly bring positive publicity to the franchise.

And now it does look like the trouble singer is leaving the public spotlight. Sort of. Sierra has entered Pasadena Recovery Center and has started her one-year, court-ordered rehab.

Of course, sources tell TMZ that Dr. Drew Pinsky met with Sierra on Saturday afternoon, as he tries to work with a Florida court to get permission for her to attend group meetings outside the facility. Which he’ll probably televise for a reality show.

The singer still faces the uphill battles of her pregnancy, a year in rehab, and Vivid Entertainment’s release of a the Jessica Sierra sex tape some time week.

Jessica Sierra received a break from a judge in Florida today.

The former American Idol finalist, rabid sex tape star and currently knocked up trouble maker was given three years probation and forced to do spend one year in rehab following her December arrest for assault.

Meanwhile, Sierra will appear on VH1’s Celebrity Rehab, which she taped last year. It obviously went very well for her.

Who could have guessed that Jamie Lynn Spears would not be the most shocking celebrity pregnancy of the week?

TMZ has confirmed that former American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra - yes, that same Jessica Sierra with a sex tape and numerous arrests on her record - is pregnant.

Oh, and she’s currently in jail with the unborn child.

Was Jessica Sierra pregnant during the filming of her sex tape? If so, she better lose that cigarette!

Sources say the father is a “rapper” and Jessica is ecstatic over the news. Which makes perfect sense. Her time in the spotlight has just been extended by approximately nine months.

Sierra is currently in the Falkenburg Road Jail in Florida on a “pregnancy diet.” She’s facing two misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer; and two felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery.

Vivid Entertainment, the same company that delivered the Pamela Anderson/Tommy Lee, Tom Sizemore and Jennifer Toof sex tapes to the world, has issued a statement on the upcoming Jessica Sierra Hardcore.

“This title contains the most explicit sex we’ve ever seen in a celebrity video,” Stephen Hirsch, Vivid co-chairman, said. “Jessica clearly has more talent than just singing.”

Olivia Mojica has already squared off against Kim Kardashian in a battle of sex tape positions. But now the former American Idol contestant is facing off against one of her own: troubled first season finalist Jessica Sierra.

“It is quite obvious that Ms. Sierra needs to devote a great deal of time to putting her life back together. We wish Jessica Sierra all the best in her path towards overcoming her addictions, but that path does not include participation in the “A Song for Their Service” concert.”

It does, however, include, “A Blow Job for an Arresting Officer” proposal.
