Bill Murray and Jennifer Butler Murray, his estranged wife of more than a decade - have officially finalized their divorce â€" just a month after she accused the Lost in Translation star of adultery, alcohol and drug use.

The actor has been ordered to pay child support of the couple's four kids, while Jennifer Butler Murray will have custody of them at this time.

He must also pay her a lump sum of $7 million as per a prenuptial agreement that it is still valid, according to court papers.

The news comes a month after Bill Murray was accused of cheating on his wife, as well as addiction to marijuana, alcohol and sex.

To make matters worse, according to her six-page filing, Jennifer Butler Murray claimed she was abused more than once during their marriage.

One time, court documents claim, he "hit his wife in the face and then told her she was 'lucky he didn't kill her.'" Yikes, Bill!

Bill Murray's attorney said the Groundhog Day star, 57, was "deeply saddened by the breakup of his marriage. He and his wife are loving parents and they are committed to the best interests of their four children."

In Groundhog Day, Bill Murray relived the same day, over and over and over again. If he thought that day sucked, well, this one isn't much better.

His wife, Jennifer Butler Murray, is suing him for divorce in South Carolina after 10 years of marriage. She is seeking to dissolve her union to due Bill Murray's drug addiction, physical abuse, adultery and abandonment.

Jennifer Murray also requested a restraining order against him.

A lawyer for Bill Murray says the actor is deeply saddened by the breakup and is committed to the best interests of the couple's four children.

According to Jennifer Murray, Bill's alcohol, marijuana and sex addictions were among the reasons she felt forced to move to a new home in 2006 with their four young children. The filing adds that Bill Murray once "hit his wife in the face and then told her she was 'lucky he didn't kill her.'"

A prenuptial agreement states that Bill would pay Jennifer Butler Murray $7 million in the event of a divorce, but she has asked a South Carolina court to determine whether the agreement is still valid.
