Of all the Michael Jackson tributes taking place since the King of Pop died tragically Thursday afternoon, this has to be one of our favorites so far.

Hosting Sunday's BET Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, Foxx walked on stage dressed as an 80s era Jackson - complete with the gloves - as "Beat It" blared in the background. He shouted for the audience to clap their hands.

Saying he was there to honor Jackson, Foxx said "It don't matter what he looked like ... what his nose looked like ... it was what he sounded like."

"C'mon," he yelled, "for Michael."

Later, Foxx did the moonwalk across the stage to honor the music icon, who died Thursday at the age of 50 after suffering cardiac arrest (initial autopsy results on Jackson's body were inconclusive, and a second is reportedly being conducted).

"I am going to moonwalk for Michael Jackson," Foxx told the crowd. As he worked his way across the stage, the audience went wild.

No one can move like Michael Jackson, but Foxx certainly held his own. Check out the video of him moonwalking to "Billie Jean" ...

We hope Gabriel Aubrey wasn't watching Spike TV last night.

At the network's Guys Choice Awards, Halle Berry picked up the Decade of Hotness honor. And she celebrated by making men everywhere despise Jamie Foxx.

The gorgeous 42-year-old got to first base - and a bit more! - with the Oscar-winning actor. Just look at the location of his hand... and hers!

Jamie Foxx has a message for Miley Cyrus:

Remember when I told you go get a gum transplant, do heroin and make a sex tape? My bad!

During an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno this week, Foxx seemed legitimately regretful about the comments he made.

"I so apologize to [Cyrus], and this is sincere," said the actor, whose tirade was inspired by Miley's ridiculous comment that she would "ruin" Radiohead because the band refused to meet her backstage at the Grammys.

Foxx, clearly embarrassed by his over-the-line outrage, went on:

"I am a comedian, and you guys know that whatever I say, I don't mean any of it. And sometimes, as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far... I have a radio show ... We're really the black Howard Stern. We go at everybody. There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn't mean it maliciously... Miley, I apologize, so I'll call you. I got a daughter too, so I completely understand."

In Colossians 3:13, it reads: Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

Cyrus, who said she is closer than ever to God, now has a decision to make: should she forgive Foxx? What do you think?

Last week, we published a story about how much Miley Cyrus hates on Robert Pattinson. The criticism got Pattinson's fans all fired up.

Now, it looks like Miley might need supporters to rush to her defense.

On Sunday's edition of his Sirius Satellite Radio Show, The Foxxhole, actor Jamie Foxx lashed out - really, really lashed out! - at the Hannah Montana star.

The Oscar-winner went on a tirade after a caller mentioned an incident that took place last month: Cyrus pledged to "ruin" Radiohead after the band refused to meet her backstage at the Grammy Awards.

"Who is Miley Cyrus?" Foxx asked. "The one with all the gums? She's got to get a gum transplant!"

He wasn't done taking Miley to task. Other insults levied her way included:

• "Make a sex tape and grow up!"
• "Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin!"
• "Do like Lindsay Lohan … and get some crack in your pipe!"

He may have to get in line, however.

At some point, though, Jamie Foxx, the man who co-starred in Ali, would like to steal a pugilistic page from the most famous boxer of all-time.

At the American Music Awards last week, the actor was asked about former Seinfeld star and current racist, Michael Richards. He responded with:

"He would've had to put his dukes up, ... [Michael] probably should go get a private island somewhere, 'cause if I see him...!"

Foxx didn't finish that statement. We assume he's threatening to show Richards the director's cut of Stealth.

Meanwhile, the supposed comedian appeared on Jesse Jackson's radio show Sunday night.

As he tried to come across as less shady than Wilmer Valderrama, Richards expressed fears about today's youth and the impresion he may have left on them.

The good buddy of Jerry Seinfeld said "young whites will think it's cool" to use such hateful slurs because they see "very cool people in the show business" using the word freely.

Presumably, Richards wasn't referring to himself. We're pretty sure Isla Fisher is cooler these days.

We've already talked about the memorable Tori Spelling spoof of Clay Aiken and Kelly Ripa, and the awesome outfit rocked by sexy, newly-single supermom-of-two Britney Spears. But we're not nearly done with our American Music Awards news yet, thanks to the uber-gossip hounds at TMZ.

These guys have all the gossip, starting with Jamie Foxx, the Oscar winner and rapper, who flew solo to the soiree. It didn't take long to write down the digits of an unknown brunette (pictured). What a pimp!

Lil' Kim also hit the scene last night, dressed to kill in a revealing leopard print shirt of some kind. Photgraphers went wild trying to capture the rapper's rare public appearance, one of the few since her release from prison.

Kristin Cavallari ran into the club with her reported new beau, Nick Zano. Guess she is not really dating that ass bag Jason Wahler. Meanwhile, Nick Cannon took off with girlfriend Kim Kardashian. Slugger Jose Canseco of steroids fame was spotted with a blonde in animal print.

Also on the town were Nicole Richie, Snoop Dogg, teen starlet JoJo, and Nelly Furtado -- who was sporting some rather unfortunate bangs.

He's an Oscar winner and one of the more popular actors in Hollywood. Nevertheless, Jamie Foxx doesn't see his future as a leading man.

"You've got to have a character that you can take now and you're happy to be known for ... I've been lucky - in Any Given Sunday it was Willie Beamen; in Collateral it was Max; and in Ali it was Bundini. That's where I believe I'm at my best," he said.

"To be the leading man, it's about the celebrity and the looks and it's tough to do that. People who do it great are people like Tom Cruise and Will Smith - they're built for that."

Foxx says he's more of a "character guy." He's also not insane. Or the father of an imaginary baby.
