Kate Bosworth attended the Miu Miu Fashion Show Spring Summer 2009 with her model boyfriend James Rousseau during Paris Fashion Week 2008 in France.

Later that night, the hot couple - astonishingly - stopped by the chic Brasserie Lipp for a bite to eat. Could Kate finally be getting the nourishment she needs?

YUM: Actress Kate Bosworth often eschews food, but she's certainly found something tasty in James Rousseau, who she's been dating for a long time now.

Model and aspiring singer James Rousseau was interviewed by the BBC Monday. This is the first interview with James and the first time he's publicly spoken about his relationship with Kate Bosworth (that we know of).

Anyone care? Probably not! But here are some James Rousseau quotes.

On why he wants to get into the music business: "Music has always been a big part of my life. My mum plays the guitar and so she used to strum chord progressions and I'd sing with her and make up a melody as I went along, so I loved to harmonize and improvise from a young age."

On whether Kate Bosworth was the inspiration for his new song: "I wrote this as a gift for her. Kate's always been a great inspiration for me in my life. I'd put music on the back burner for a while and when we started dating I'd play songs and she'd say 'you should definitely go back into the studio and start recording.'"

James Rousseau, 27, has released his first song, entitled "To Make You Mine." According to his MySpace page, "James Rousseau is about to finish writing for his debut album, and will start recording in April this year."

James Rousseau is not content being just a pretty face who's dating just another pretty face (Kate Bosworth).

Therefore, the Britsh model is attempting to break into the music industry - and has actually released a single called "To Make You Mine."

The skinny but still sort of sexy Kate Bosworth celebrated her 25th birthday on Sydney's sunny Harbor Beach in Australia on Wednesday. Which is today. Only in Australia, it's already tomorrow! How insane is that!

The birthday babe spent the day with her model boyfriend, James Rousseau, as well as with some female friends. Word has it that, in honor of the big 2-5, Kate resolved to eat at least that many times every month this year! Crazy!

When you're a celebrity gossip mainstay, you can't just be a somewhat cute young lady and mediocre actress. We know not everyone is expected to be as smokin' hot as Hayden Panettiere or as much of a wreck as Britney Spears, but at least give it a shot!

We're talking to you, Kate Bosworth.

The blonde was seen out last night with her boyfriend, James Rousseau, looking happy and well fed. Her outfit is cute and they seem to be having a nice time. Ho hum.

Seriously, if you told us six months ago that they ate at a place called Il Sole (they did), we would have suggested that Kate got ill afterwards and didn't tell a soul.

But alas, nowadays Kate Bosworth is looking as if she enjoys the occasional beef injection (we're talking about eating steak) and there's very little to say. Oh well.

We're not sure they can quite measure up to Zanessa in terms of celebrity couple cuteness, but Kate Bosworth and James Rousseau more than hold their own.

Some celebrities like it doggy style.

But eating hot dogs? That's a rarity, especially given the eating habits of stars such as Nicole Richie... who basically have no eating habits. Since they don't eat. Ever.

Let this be a lesson to you uber-skinny celebrities. Working out and trying to stay in shape is all well and good, but gobbling down the occasional processed meat byproduct never hurt anybody.

The moody, skinny Blue Crush star made it decided to make it a girl's night out after getting in a tiff with her boyfriend, James Rousseau.

According to the New York Post, Bosworth and Rousseau were spotted bickering at Seventh Avenue and 10th Street at about 7 p.m. Thursday. A spy's take:

"He was trying to hail a cab, but he couldn't get one fast enough for Kate. She then started walking away to hail a cab herself. She was p!$$ed!"

After that, she disappeared faster than the subject of a Criss Angel illusion. Just call her f*%k-'em-and chuck-'em Bosworth.

Later, Bosworth, who has been looking kind of healthy in recent bikini photos, was seen bar-hopping in the East Village with a gal pal.

That pal was Helena Christensen - who evidently had a limo, which picked them up from East 11th Street bar Angels & Kings at 11:30.

Too bad for you, James Rousseau. Looks like the only doggy style action you'll be getting for awhile is taking the pooch for a walk.

We don't know James Rousseau personally. But the British model appears to be succeeding where others have failed.

Just one look at Rousseau with girlfriend Kate Bosworth reveals a startling fact about the actress: she's visible!

While The Hollywood Gossip staff has been mocking Bosworth's weight for months now, we've also been rooting for her to pack on a few pounds. It's healthier and more attractive.

Therefore, we commend Rousseau. Brody Jenner could learn a lot from this Brit. And we don't just mean that "bubbler" means "water fountain" in England.

We mean that Jenner could've helped Nicole Richie look like a normal human being if his heart was actually into it. Too bad only a different part of his body was.
