Jay-Z dropped the zinger of the night on The-Dream at the Grammy Awards Sunday night, turning a quick acceptance speech into an LOL moment.

After Frank Ocean and Terius "The-Dream" Nash accepted the award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration ("No Church in the Wild"), Jay-Z leaned in:

"I want to thank the swap meet for his hat," the rapper said into the mic, mocking Nash's thoroughly absurd headgear and drawing roars from the crowd.

Earlier last night, Jay-Z made an appearance on stage during Justin Timberlake's Grammy performance, rapping with his "Suit and Tie" collaborator.

This may have been his top moment of the evening, though.

While Carrie Underwood's dress lit up Staples Center last night, Katy Perry's revealing, light green gown was the Grammys' true eye-popper. Like, whoa.

Despite CBS' directive urging stars to "please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered," the singer donned this dress Sunday.

Katy Perry Dress (Grammys)

"I was inspired by Priscilla Presley in the '70s," Perry explained on the red carpet when asked about her jaw-dropping look. "The big hair, closer to God."

Or something. Needless to say, Katy Perry's dress quickly became a trending topic on Twitter after she appeared on the red carpet, setting fans abuzz.

The consensus was that it wasn't a great look for KP - unless you're a straight guy - and that John Mayer was the big winner of the 2013 Grammy Awards.

It's official: Carrie Underwood wins this year's Grammy Awards fashion prize.

Not for the outfit this superstar donned on the red carpet, but for the unique one she wore during her performance of "Blown Away" and " Two Black Cadillacs."

Serving as a projector screen, it actually flashes a variety of images during Carrie's time on stage.

"They can do a lot of amazing things with projectors these days," Underwood said backstage. "We had a dress especially made. I said I should take it home and we can watch movies on it."

Underwood added that she had to stand in a specific spot in the Staples Center to make it all work because the invention "took a lot of precision."

Well worth it, we'd say, though, wouldn't you?

The cozy, cuddly PDA-fest of Rihanna and Chris Brown may have been the big story at the Grammys, but the songstress also made news with a pair of songs.

Rihanna teamed up with Mikky Ekko for a duet of "Stay," a performance much more and intimate than most of last night's fare at L.A.'s Staples Center.

First ever use of "tame" and Rihanna" in the same sentence?

Dressed in a black slip and surrounded by pillars, Rih crooned along to the tune and received a standing ovation from Chris Brown at the end.

Breezy was not as impressed by Frank Ocean's performance.

Rihanna also joined forces with Bruno Mars and Sting for a tribute to the late Bob Marley, who celebrated a posthumous birthday February 6.

Take a look at their collaboration after the jump!

Taylor Swift mocked Harry Styles.

Jack White may have dropped an F-Bomb.

Frank Ocean impersonated Forrest Gump and Chris Brown and Rihanna snuggled up, nearly breaking the Internet.

But forget the performance and couples at last night's Grammy Awards and let's focus on what really matters: the fashion!

Who impressed on the red carpet? Who made you groan the loudest? Click through the following celebrity photos from the event and then weigh in below:

Jack White appeared to drop an F-bomb during a performance of "Love Interruption" at the 2013 Grammys on Sunday night, though CBS claims he did not.

The lyrics to the track by White and Ruby Amanfu do not include the words "f--- me," but it appeared White and/or Amanfu added them in at the Grammys:

Martin Franks of CBS insists that the f-bomb was not dropped during White and Amanfu's performance and that the word that was sung was in fact "fight."

"We had 10 editors, and three people on site, and all are experienced, all with [experience] with doing these delays," he told The Hollywood Reporter.

Forgive the obvious pun, but it was a very .fun night at the 2013 Grammy Awards.

The group picked up trophies for Song of the Year ("We Are Young) and Best New Artist, while also taking to the main stage for a rendition of their latest hit, "Carry On."

It's an inspirational track and it's one you should listen to now:

Among other enjoyable Grammy performance: Frank Ocean made like Forrest Gump, while viewers were Blown Away by Carrie Underwood.

Frank Ocean ran through his entire 2013 Grammy Awards performance.

Sort of. As the maestro stood behind a podium, playing piano, a video projected in front of the podium to make it look as if he were running the entire time.

"Forrest Gump" style. Watch him perform his song by that name below:

In addition to winning Most Swagtastic Suit, Ocean was among the 2013 Grammy winners Sunday, taking home Best Urban Contemporary Album.

As he took the stage to accept the award, the entire crowd gave him a standing ovation ... except for one guy. Follow the jump to see what we mean ...

Step right up, 2013 Grammy Award winner for Best Country Solo Performance!

That's right, Carrie Underwood added to her impressive trophy haul last night by beating out Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, Ronnie Dunn, Blake Shelton, and Hunter Hayes in this category... only to later be introduced by Hayes for a dual performance.

Dressed in a beautiful Theia dress, the artist sang both "Blown Away" and "Two Black Cadillacs" for fans at the Staples Center. Watch now!

Chris Brown and Rihanna didn't perform together at the 2013 Grammys last night. Nor did they walk the red carpet as a couple, each arriving separately.

Yet the R&B stars may have been the night's top story.

Chris Brown and Rihanna Back Together

The singers spent the entire night cozying up to each other in the audience, as CBS cameras frequently went to the controversial couple for reaction shots.

It was a very public display of affection and a signal to the world that Chris Brown and Rihanna are back together, no matter what you might think of it.

As expected, viewer reactions were mixed, and heated.
