We may have finally found an issue on which Democrats and Republicans can agree:

Michelle Obama has invited the Glee cast to the White House because she's a big fan of this Fox musical comedy. Entertainment Weekly says the show is ready to accept an invitation to sing at the annual Easter Egg hunt on the residence's front lawn.

It will take place on April 5.

As far as we know, Glee has never featured a Down's Syndrome character whose mother is the former Governor of Alaska.

So Sarah Palin will need to find something else about the show to pretend to be offended by in order to remain in the news. The series actually does depict a knocked-up teenager.

Perhaps Palin can get riled up over the fact that the character's mother isn't forcing her daughter to fake an engagement to her deadbeat boyfriend because it would make for good politics. We mean, seriously. What kind of an example of Glee is trying to set?!?

When you're nominated for multiple Golden Globe Awards, and your show's soundtrack is among the most downloaded albums on iTunes, there's a good chance you'll remain on the air.

Still, Glee fans have an extra reason to be excited today, as the Fox sensation has been officially picked up for a second season.

"We've loved Glee ever since it was a pilot script, so it's been an incredible thrill to watch the show take root and see audiences embrace these characters in such a huge way this season," said FOX entertainment president Kevin Reilly today. "The show is a true and rare gem in television. We can't wait to see what they come up with for Season Two."

Neither can we, especially when the Glee cast is full of such cuties as Corey Monteih, Lea Michele and Dianna Agron.

The trio celebrates its good fortune at a party in honor of the Golden Globes below:

For most editions of Who Would You Rather, readers must suspend disbelief.

Granted, Tiger Woods made a decision between Rachel Uchitel and Elin Nordegren - but he's always played a different game than anyone else on the planet.

Today, though, we're really asking fans to play make believe. After all, neither Rachel Berry nor Sue Sylvester actually exit. They are simply characters on a TV show, played respectively by Glee cast members Lea Michele and Jane Lynch.

Still, after watching the latest episode of this Fox hit, we found ourselves oddly attracted to both.

Rachel is adorable. Every time she opens her mouth, we wanna stick something in it. Sue, conversely, may be the funniest person on TV. She also has a dominating side that must includes whips and chains in the bedroom.

You know where we're going with this.

Think about the characters above and let us know: Who would you rather...

Following last night's thrilling 7-4 victory, the New York Yankees are poised to win their 27th World Championship.

As a result, one might refer to their fans as "gleeful."

But the entire country was full of Glee Saturday night... literally! That's because the cast of this Fox hit sung the National Anthem prior to Game Three of the World Series.

Watch and listen below, as Mercedes Jones (Amber) takes the lead:

The life of a celebrity blogger can be depressing at times.

It's hard not to be cynical when you report on the likes of Richard Heene, Amy Winehouse and Michael Lohan.

But it's all worthwhile every Wednesday night at 9 p.m. That's when we see back, turn on Fox and let the cast of Glee etch a one-hour smile on our faces.

The musical comedy is pretty much taking over the pop culture universe, as its cast will sing the national anthem prior to game three of the World Series.

Meanwhile, we can confirm that the show has received permission to use any song in the Madonna catalog - and that ADAM LAMBERT MIGHT APPEAR ON AN EPISODE NEXT YEAR! The news just keeps getting better.

Great Glee Music + Adorable Glee Cast = The Happiest Hour on Television!

Above, three key members of the show's cast cover the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly.

Below, after the jump, one of them (Matthew Morrison) covers the Thong Song. It's an amazing clip. You must watch it.

This is the most gleeful news we've heard all day.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy confirmed to The New York Post this week that the cast of his hit show will tour the country next summer. He said:

"We're going to do what American Idol has done and put the kids on the road. It all equals revenue streams for FOX."

Anyone unsure about whether the show is worth its own tour needs only to watch a clip from last night's episode. Check out Rachel and Finn making like Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown in this "No Air" duet:

Added Murphy:

"Glee's music is not only driving the show, making it the freshest program on broadcast television, but it's also driving revenues. This is a new sort of model. It used to be with TV that you would have the show, then foreign sales, then DVD sales and then syndication sales, but DVD sales have really taken a cut out of syndication. This is a whole new way for Fox to earn revenue on a show."

Will you buy a ticket for the Glee tour?

A couple weeks ago, it was Lea Michelle possibly outsinging Rihanna with a version of "Take a Bow."

This week, it was the William McKinley High School football team pulling an unusual play from its playbook: a pre-fly route dance to Beyonce's "Single Ladies."

Due to its connection to pop culture, as well as its general awesomeness, we'll often treat viewers to a clip from the Fox hit Glee.

On the latest episode, the struggling football team came up with a way to distract its opponent just long enough to score the game-winning touchdown.

Granted, there may have been a few false starts, as well as a delay of game penalty, along the way - but fast forward to the two-and-a-half minute mark below to watch an example of what makes this series so unique and entertaining:

Lea Michele stars on the new Fox hit, Glee.

The unique series is a musical comedy, as various well-known singles are remade by actors and actresses that portray characters in a high school gluee club. It's quite awesome.

To conclude last week's episode, Michele's Rachel Berry belted out a heartfelt version of Rihanna's "Take a Bow" that left us wondering: Might this be better than the original?!?

That may sound sacreligious to some, but watch the video below before you judge. Michele has some serious pipes on her:

We apologize ahead of time to Rihanna for even bringing up this comparison. We know she's been beaten a lot recently and we don't wish to cause her any more pain or suffering.

But the question remains: Which singer's version of this song do you prefer? Rihanna responds to the challenge below:
