The Spencer Pratt-Heidi Montag wedding may have gotten all the attention, but over in Europe, Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault - who quietly married at City Hall in Paris on Valentine's Day - also walked down the aisle again Saturday.

The two wed on the second floor at the Teatro La Fenice, an opera house in Venice, Italy, where guests arrived by boat, with Venitian masks covering their faces.

Among the celeb attendees: Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem, Ashley Judd, Antonio Banderas and wife Melanie Griffith, Woody Harrelson and Edward Norton.

Lilies, orchids and other blooms were delivered earlier in the day, so the wedding of Francois-Henri Pinault and Salma Hayek had a strong floral scent.

A five-course reception banquet took place after the ceremony.

The newlyweds with their adorable baby daughter, Valentina.

The weekend celebration began with a rehearsal dinner at historic Punta Della Dogana. Guests at the masked ball included former French president Jacques Chirac and wife Bernadette and Charlize Theron and her beau, Stuart Townsend.

Asked about her feelings for her Francois-Henri Pinault, Salma Hayek, 42, told April's In Style, "He's the best." Truly moving praise if it ever existed.

Salma Hayek has been in the news for the following in recent months:

• Uttering hilarious 30 Rock quotes
• Carrying adorable new baby Valentina
• Marrying baby daddy Francois-Henri Pinault

The latter, which took place in February, was apparently so much fun that the lovebirds will be saying "I Do" for the second time this weekend in Italy.

"They are being very hush hush about it," a source tells Us Weekly of the couple, who are proud parents to daughter Valentina, 19 months.

Another source says Salma Hayek, 42, and Francois-Henri Pinault, 46, the loaded chief executive of PPR - which owns Louis Vuitton and other luxury brands - are flying their close friends to Venice to celebrate for the entire weekend.

They first got engaged in March 2007, but split on July 18, 2008 - before tying the knot at City Hall in Paris' Sixth Arrondissement earlier this year.

Salma Hayek has married French businessman Francois-Henri Pinault, Monday's online edition of the weekly French newsmagazine Le Point reports.

Hayek, 42, and Pinault, 46, were officially married on Saturday – St. Valentine's Day – in the City Hall of the Sixth Arrondissement in central Paris.

Interestingly, Hayek has been making hilarious 30 Rock quotes of late as the show's guest star - and last week's episode was "St. Valentine's Day."

There had been reports that the couple – whose daughter, Valentina Paloma Pinault, was born in Los Angeles in September 2007 – was back on.

They had called off their engagement to be married in July 2008.

Friends of the couple say that a Paris trip in September and another in November helped rekindle Salma Hayek's relationship with Francois-Henri Pinault.

Last week, Hayek told TV host Rachael Ray that when she kisses (30 Rock star) Alec Baldwin, "I keep telling Francois, 'I imagine I was kissing you.'"

Francois-Henri Pinault is CEO of the luxury giant PPR and the son of one of France's richest men, Francois Pinault, whose fortune was estimated at $16.9 billion.

At a Sunday soccer match in the French city of Rennes, the capacity crowd couldn't stop staring at Salma Hayek and her ex, Francois-Henri Pinault.

Yes, Francois-Henri Pinault is big in that country.

"They were very together," said one fan who sat near the couple as local team Rennes FC took on rival Sochaux. "They talked a lot during the match and exchanged tender looks. ... They seemed very much in synch with each other."

Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault, a luxury goods mogul, have a 2-year-old daughter, Valentina Paloma. They called off their engagement in July.

But in recent weeks, it seems that the very private pair may be moving closer toward a reconciliation. Just last month, Pinault and the former 30 Rock and Ugly Betty guest star were spotted looking cozy in L.A. and back in his native France.

The soccer outing in Rennes marked the couple's first public appearance in Pinault's hometown – a city of importance in his family's billion-dollar empire.

We're depressed to report that Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault have called off their engagement. The couple has a daughter named Valentina.

"We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault has been canceled," Hayek's rep said in a statement to USA Today. "There will be no further comment."

The news isn't too shocking, we suppose, considering Hayek's view of marriage. She told the April issue of Glamour that she didn't see the "need" for it.

"Do I think we are going to get married? Probably. Will it make a difference? I hope not," she said. "You want to grow old with someone, you want to have a partner and to have children — we have all those things... Some people need the commitment. Maybe we'll just make the party!"

The 41-year old actress and French billionaire - who have a child together - are planning a ceremony for August in Saint-Tropez, according to People en Espanol.

Congratulations to Salma Hayek and François-Henri Pinault! We're so happy for these soon-to-be newlyweds.

"The happy bachelor is probably very proud and happy that he was able to change Salma's mind," said a source close to the couple, regarding Hayek's long-held stance that marriage was not something she envisioned for her future.

He's definitely Salma Hayek's baby daddy and has more money than God, and may or may not have fathered an illegitimate child with Linda Evangelista at some point.

The dad of Salma Hayek's adorable one-month old daughter is rumored to have fathered another child just over a year ago.

Indeed, celebrity gossip sources claim Pinault is the rightful pop of Linda Evangelista's 1-year-old girl. We'll have more on this situation as it develops.

Salma Hayek and her businessman fiancé, Francois Henri Pinault, are the proud parents of a baby girl, Valentina Paloma Pinault.

"Mother and daughter are doing well," Salma Hayek's publicist, Cari Ross, said in a statement.

No further details are available at this time.

A source said that the 41-year-old Mexican-born actress entered the hospital on Thursday and that Francois-Henri Pinault was present.

The newborn daughter is the first child for Salma Hayek. Pinault, 45, has two children from a previous marriage which ended in divorce in 2004.

The actress' pregnancy was first revealed in March.

At the same time, Hayek and Pinault announced they were engaged to be married. No word on whether the two have set a wedding date.

The pair had kept a relatively low profile since their relationship began â€" though Hayek joined Francois Henri Pinault, the CEO of luxury goods firm PPR, for the occasional public event, including at the inauguration of the Pinault Foundation's Modern Art collection in Venice.

Besides carrying her child, Salma Hayek has had her hands full on Ugly Betty, both as a guest star and as the executive producer of the show.

Speaking of Hayek, actor Michal Urie, who plays an assistant on the series, said: "She knows how to take care - like we have a ton of producers, and she's really caring. She's like the matriarch of the producers. She's already motherly."

Congratulations! Here's hoping that Salma's maternal instincts are a tad better than what Britney Spears has displayed over the past two years.
