Anemic Madonna Collapses on Stage in Bulgaria

Madonna's "Sticky and Sweet" tour sure is getting a lot of attention as she barnstorms Eastern Europe. But perhaps not the kind she anticipated.

First, she was booed mercilessly in Bucharest, Romania, for comments she made mid-song about Gypsies, gays, and other "people who are different."

The crowd apparently did not care for such individuals.

Now, the Material Mom is making more headlines for a near-collapse on stage in Sofia, Bulgaria, calling into question whether her incredibly grueling tour and exercise schedule may be too much for a person her age - or any age.

Footage of Madonna in Bulgaria shows her almost faint, collapse or lose consciousness while singing "Holiday." She had to be supported by a dancer.

Madonna Faints

A backup dancer had to shake Madonna and wake her up.

The Sun (UK) claims she passed out leaving the stage, and while we can't corroborate or necessarily believe that, the footage does show her looking faint.

“She refused to end the show or take a break after the 'Holiday' dizzy spell," says a source. "It turns out she’s suffering from exhaustion. She is anemic."

"She was advised to postpone the last two shows in Israel for a few days, but logistics and stubborness stopped her. She’ll do them then take some rest.”

Hopefully Jesus Luz steps in and nurses his mom girlfriend back to health.

Susan Boyle: Exhausted, Hospitalized

All of a sudden, finishing second on Britain's Got Talent is the least of Susan Boyle's worries.

The singing sensation was rushed to the hospital a day after Saturday's finale, as judge Piers Morgan said:

"I spoke to her yesterday for about half an hour and she's fine. She's gone in for some rest. She needs to get away from everyone – get away from the show, from the media, the public, and just have a bit of down time to herself."

He added that Boyle entered the hospital entirely of her own volition and wished her a speedy recovery.

"Nobody, and I stress this, has had to put up with the kind of attention that Susan has. And no one could have predicted it – so we entered uncharted territory," Morgan said.

Hang in there, Susan Boyle! An adoring public awaits your return.

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown even chimed in on the talent competition, congratulations winning dance troupe Diversity and adding:

"I hope Susan Boyle is okay, because she is a really, really nice person, and I think she will do well."

Daisy De La Hoya Update: Exhausted, Not Drug-Riddled

Daisy De La Hoya is tired. Really, really tired.

After all, it's not easy entertaining a slew of bachelors with names such as 12 Pack and Big Rig, as this reality TV star is forced to do every week in the VH1 series Daisy of Love.

For this reason - and certainly not because she's the type of woman that would use drugs -  De La Hoya was rushed to the hospital yesterday. Her rep just says Daisy needed a bit of rest and relaxation. And who can afford to go to a spa in this economy?!?

Daisy D.

"Daisy was taken to the ER early this morning suffering from delirium as a result of exhaustion," Cassandra Grill told E! News. "There was no overdose. She is fine this evening and resting comfortably."

Of course she is. And if you believe mere lack of sleep was the reason for De La Hoya's amubulance ride, you must be really excited for the upcoming, totally unscripted new season of The Hills!

Amy Winehouse Hospitalized in St. Lucia; Wins Court Order

Celebrity gossip photographers are going to have to bust out the long lenses if they want to get the money shot of Amy Winehouse from now on.

The 25-year-old "Rehab" singer has won a court order preventing celeb news personnel from snapping photographs outside her north London home.

Photographers are now banned from approaching Winehouse within 100 yards of the house. The injunction is hanging outside her home in Enfield.

However, all is never well in Amy Winehouse's world - she was hospitalized for "dehydration" on Friday in St. Lucia, where she's been on "vacation."

Rehab RegularYoung Amy Winehouse

Amy Winehouse now, and in her younger days. Just saying.

Her spokesman confirms that Winehouse, who is scheduled to perform at the annual jazz festival in St. Lucia next week, spent the night in the hospital.

She was taken there after fainting and becoming exhausted.

He said that prior to passing out and being hospitalized, Amy Winehouse was "running around with children" and "failed to drink enough water."

That's what they call it now?

Samantha Ronson: Exhausted, Recovering

Turns out life as Lindsay Lohan's girlfriend is nothing compared to Chanukah shopping.

Having withstood a media firestorm for dating the troubled actress, Samantha Ronson was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles Saturday night. The cause, according to Ronson? Holiday gift-giving.

"Thanks for all your messages," Ronson wrote in a MySpace blog yesterday. "I'm home and all good. Was just pretty exhausted from traveling and working too much to buy Chanukah gifts and my Jewish mother was worried about me."

Oh Vey: Samantha Ronson was overwhelmhed by the numerous days and nights involved with Chanukah.

Fortunately, while the Jewish holiday wore Ronson down, her ethnicity's food selections have her on the road to recovery:

"I had good company and a Jerry's Deli delivery of chicken soup and potato pancakes and am feeling much better. [I] am back to watching all my favourite Jerry Bruckheimer shows."

Report: Madonna Physically, Mentally Exhausted

Since his "affair of the heart" was exposed, the personal life of Alex Rodriguez could best be called tumultuous. At worst, a train wreck.

The Sun (UK) reports that things aren't well with Madonna, either.

Apparently, the troubled Material Girl was recently diagnosed with anemia and exhaustion because she hasn't been taking care of herself.

Or so the British celebrity gossip paper claims. You know those Brits and their celeb gossip. Says an unnamed source quoted by The Sun ...

“Madonna is doing less than OK. She has been rehearsing for the tour and she is totally miserable. She’s down physically and mentally. The situation with Guy is very, very tense. The way the press are going crazy with the A-Rod story, her brother’s book and her physical exhaustion are all taking their toll on her."

Amy Winehouse Hospitalized With Exhaustion

Amy Winehouse HospitalizedThe Hollywood Gossip has learned that Amy Winehouse was rushed to the hospital this morning with exhaustion after some sort of incident.

Winehouse's representative confirmed to TMZ that the hard-partying singer was taken to a London hospital and treated for what is described as severe "exhaustion."

Amy Winehouse has since been discharged and is currently at home. She has been ordered to take "complete rest."

When asked what prompted this, the rep said that a marathon lip-locking session with Blake Fielder-Civil was likely to blame.

Just kidding. Amy's rep would only say "it came about quickly." No other details are available at this time.

The singer's grueling world tour schedule is most likely to blame. At least a little.

For now, "no, no, no" more shows for the 'House. Really! They've been canceled!

It's hard to say what "exhaustion" consists of, as it varies from case to case. To use recent examples, Dave Chappelle was just wicked tired, while Jennifer Garner was out too long in the withering heat. Lindsay Lohan's stomach sometimes has to be pumped after going to town on six different guys. You just never know.

In any case, here's hoping Amy Winehouse a speedy recovery.

Dave Chappelle is Really, Really Tired

Dave Chappelle Pic We've mocked past celebrities for being "exhausted."

Skeletons such as Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan, for example, seemed to check into hospitals purely because they hadn't eaten in weeks. Or had sniffed massive amounts of coaine.

But it does appear as though Dave Chappelle actually has some physical or mental problems.

The comedian checked into to an emergency room in an undisclosed Los Angeles hospital Saturday because he was suffering from exhaustion.

According to a story in People, Chappelle was treated and released a few hours later.

"It was exhaustion; he had been traveling," his rep said. "He's fine."

This isn't the only time the comic has had health issues, however. He often ends up on his back more often than Paris Hilton beneath her latest boy toy (Tyler Atkins, as it currently stands).

In May 2005, Chappelle generated headlines when he walked out on a $50 million Comedy Central contract and abandoned his Chappelle's Show in mid-production.

As was eventually revealed, he spent two weeks in Durbin, South Africa, before returning to his farm â€" and his wife and two children â€" in Ohio. He said the escape was a "spiritual retreat," which sounds like a euphemism Jason Wahler should adopt every time he hits the bottle.

Chappelle has since resumed performing live standup; in April broke the endurance record at the Laugh Factory comedy club in Los Angeles by performing his routine for more than six hours. That's almost as long as Diddy can have sex for!

Jennifer Garner Hospitalized For Exhaustion

She survived the curse of Bennifer (the original Bennifer, that is) but the Phoenix heat in August proved too much for Jennifer Garner.

Ben Affleck's better half was hospitalized last week after passing out due to exhaustion suffered while filming her new movie, The Kingdom, out in the Arizona desert.

Get Out of the Kitchen

"Jennifer wasn't feeling well after working all day Friday in the Arizona heat, went to the hospital and was released the next morning. She is back on set and healthy," her representative said.

According to several reports, Affleck, who's been wrapping production on his directorial debut, Gone, Baby, Gone, in his native Boston, immediately bolted Beantown upon hearing of the hospitalization.

The Boston Herald confirms that Affleck was by her side, but says he didn't abandon his cinematic ship, because filming on his movie had already been completed. Regardless, the brief rest seemed to do the trick, as Garner was back on set the following day.

"She's great. Absolutely fabulous. Today she's in the desert, upside-down spinning around in a car that's pretending to have been blown up in 110-degree heat in Phoenix. That's my wife," Affleck said.

The 34-year-old former Alias star has been in Arizona filming the thriller centered around an elite group of government agents sent to investigate the bombing of a U.S. facility in the Middle East. Jamie Foxx, Chris Cooper, Jason Bateman and Jeremy Piven also star in the firm, due out next April.

Next up, Violet's mom will flex her acting chops in Sabbatical, centering on a married couple who take a break only to have the husband go missing during their time apart, and Be With You, a remake of the Japanese film.

Lindsay Lohan Hospitalized for Exhaustion, Public Takes Vigil

Partying, acting and having your every whim and desire waited on by a team of of professional supports can be tiresome. Heck, it can be downright exhausting.

No wonder Lindsay Lohan was therefore hospitalized Wednesday in Los Angeles. The minute was suffering from exhaustion, an epidemic which only seems to plague those in the entertainment world that weigh under 100 pounds. We wonder why that is.

Get Better, Linds! The actress was in the area filiming Georgie Rule when the episide took place early Wednesday morning. It's unconfirmed whether the stress of having her Blackberry password stolen, the sight of her 16-inch waist or lack of a soul were to blame for the incident.

"She was overheated and dehydrated," Lohan's rep, Leslie Sloane-Zelnick said. "She was filming in 105-degree weather for 12 hours."

Lohan's will to simply appear on set must be admired - although anyone that watches Entourage knows how well movie sets are catered and how pampered stars are. Why didn't the boom mic guy suffer a similar fate?

A friend of the actress told People that prior to her hospitalization, Lohan was at the Chateau Marmont and then the nightclub Guy's. The Gossip can't believe that. Lohan has a friend?!?

Another friend claimed the waste of oxygen had been "shooting in 120 degree weather. She told me it was hotter than when she was shooting in the Herbie (Fully Loaded) fire suit."

Gosh, we didn't think it could get any hotter than that. Construction workers everywhere should take time out of their day and say a prayer for this spoiled skank.

The 20-year-old was given a Vitamin B shot, which we can only assume she threw up later in the hospital bathroom. She's expected to return to the set Thursday, according her rep.

"She is fine," Sloane-Zelnick said.

That's too bad.
