Though perhaps most often associated with movies, the annual Golden Globe Awards also honor the best in TV, and as a result, many small screen favorites were on hand.

That includes two actresses who happen to be sisters!

Bones' Emily Deschanel, dressed in blue, looks great for having given birth to her first child recently. Her younger sibling, New Girl star Zooey Deschanel, is a newly-single girl, but we don't imagine that will last long. Major cutie alert!

Bones' Emily Deschanel and her husband, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia co-star David Hornsby, welcomed their first child Wednesday. His name is Henry.

The happy couple married in 2010.

The new mom's co-star TJ Thyne took to Twitter to share the happy news after. "CONGRATULATIONS EMILY D!!!!!!!!!!!!" he Tweeted. "Yay yay yay!!! :o)"

Shortly after her sister Emily announced the news, Zooey Deschanel could hardly contain her excitement, Tweeting: "I am super excited to be an aunt!"

Bones returns November 3 with a slightly shorter season due to Emily's pregnancy (also playing out on the show). Zooey is now starring in New Girl.

Emily Deschanel is pregnant!

The 34-year-old actress and her husband, David Hornsby, are expecting their first child, her sister Zooey Tweeted and Emily's rep later confirmed.

The Bones star and Hornsby, a writer-actor best known for his role as Rickety Cricket on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, began dating in 2007.

The couple got married in an intimate ceremony in L.A. last September. Deschanel is due later this year. Congratulations to the parents-to-be!

Anyway, her dress at the Emmy Awards last night was something else. We'll leave it up to you to decide if we mean that as a compliment. She looks ... well ...
