Elisabeth Hasselbeck: The Greatest Hits Collection

You gotta love Elisabeth Hasselbeck. From an entertainment standpoint, at least.

Whether she's hating on abortion or the morning after pill, promoting the war Iraq, or telling people when they can and can't use the n-word, The View's resident blonde, conservative motormouth never shies away from voicing her opinions.

Debate over the presidential election is heating up and Elisabeth sparred again with her co-hosts over Barack Obama's ties to Bill Ayers again yesterday.

Take a look at the clip below, then follow the jump for many more classic, often inflammatory Elisabeth Hasselbeck videos, past and present!

There's plenty more neo-conservative rage where this came from:

Elisabeth Hasselbeck Incurs Wrath of Sherri Shepherd

Just a typical day on The View.

Barbara Walters wasn't pronouncing the letter R, Whoopi Goldberg sounded surprisingly level-headed, and best of all, Elisabeth Hasselbeck incurred the rage of Sherri Shepherd when she went on her latest diatribe against Barack Obama.

At least that went better than her defending Sarah Palin.

FAMILIAR VIEW: In an election year with her beloved party's approval ratings in the toilet, Elisabeth Hasselbeck takes another beating - almost literally - on The View.

The View Looks Fine to Elisabeth Hasselbeck

Elisabeth Hasselbeck cannot defend Sarah Palin as a candidate for Vice President.

But the conservative talk show host can shoot down rumors that she's leaving The View for a position at Fox News.

"While Elisabeth [Hasselbeck] has a great relationship with Fox News, there is absolutely no truth to the rumor that she is leaving The View," her agent yesterday. "Elisabeth is passionate in her beliefs and enjoys being a part of this dynamic group of women and engaging in daily conversations."

Hasselbeck, Elisabeth

Give Elisabeth Hasselbeck credit for standing up for her beliefs, and for putting up with Rosie O'Donnell for so long.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck Tries, Fails to Defend Sarah Palin

You gotta hand it to Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

On The View today, the resident conservative hot mess at least gave it the ol' college try, attempting to explain why Sarah Palin is qualified to be U.S. President.

Unfortunately, that's more than an ambitious task, it's impossible, as the clip below shows. Too bad she couldn't pull a Tina Fey and ask for a lifeline at the end.

Is Elisabeth Hasselbeck Leaving The View?

Might Elisabeth Hasselbeck be leaving The View?

While this may cause many liberals to get more excited than they are over the news that the Sarah Palin love-fest has been replaced by the Sarah Palin consternation-fest, this possibility actually saddens The Hollywood Gossip staff.

Hasselbeck admirably stands up for her conservative opinions on the talk show. There's nothing wrong with that. It makes for solid debate.

But “Elisabeth feels she can’t win at The View, but she’s been told by friends at FOX News that they’d find a spot for her without hesitation,” The National Enquirer reports. “Elisabeth is just as tired of the ladies at The View as they are of her! She feels she constantly has to defend herself."

Drill for oil, don't drill for oil. Whatever.

The true indicator of which Presidential candidate is best suited for office in America today is how each of their wives behaves in the dressing room of The View.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, The View Panel Debate Use of N-Word

Rosie O'Donnell may be off The View. But she didn't take all the show's controversy with it.

On this morning's episode, Elizabeth Hasselbeck broke down in tears during a discussion about under what circumstances the "N" word can be used appropriately. Take a look at the heated debate now

Whoopi Goldberg, an African-American, said: "We use it the [word the way] we want to use it," but Hasselbeck was soon brought to tears, asking:

"How are we supposed to move forward if we keep using words that bring back that pain?"

It's a sensitive topic. React to the video and to the issue now.

Rosie O'Donnell Finds Elisabeth Hasselbeck Attractive

In at least one way, Rosie O'Donnell misses the view.

We don't mean the ABC talk show on which she was a panel member; we mean the literal view on that series, the one that enabled the controversial star to ogle on-air rival Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

O'Donnell appeared on the Howard Stern Sirius Satellite radio program Monday and was asked by the host: "When you look at [Hasselbeck] physically, you don't want her?"

Replied Rosie: "See, the want is the big thing. I find her very attractive. She's very attractive, I think."

Rosie O'Donnell disagree with the political views of Elisabeth Hasselbeck. But she loves her former co-host's biceps.

However, O'Donnell's true fantasy woman is pregnant Angelina Jolie:

"She's got a little darkness - a little kind of weird sexuality going on."

For Rosie's sake, in that case, here's a photo of Angelina Jolie naked. Enjoy, crazy one!

Happy Birthday, Francois-Henri Pinault!

He's definitely Salma Hayek's baby daddy and has more money than God, and may or may not have fathered an illegitimate child with Linda Evangelista at some point.

But that's a separate discussion for another time.

Today, we're here to celebrate the birthday of Francois-Henri Pinault. The French billionaire business big shot is 46 today! Yee-ha!

Also celebrating a birthday today? Perpetually pregnant and beautiful conservative talk show host Elisabeth Hasselbeck! Give it up for 31-year-old Liz!

Elisabeth Hasselbeck on David Hernandez Elimination: An American Idol Conspiracy

Let's at least give Elisabeth Hasselbeck some credit: unlike former coworker, Rosie O'Donnell, this host of The View didn't refer to 9/11 as a conspiracy.

But the conservative blonde is singing a conspiratorial tuner over David Hernandez being voted off American Idol last night.

"My mind went, 'You know what? This is a conspiracy," said Hasselbeck during this morning's show.

"American Idol maybe didn't want to deal with the fact that he had this shady - so-called - past and they blocked all of his phone calls of people voting for him.'"

David Hernandez Topless

Whoopi Goldberg was taken aback at this accusation, reiterating Hasselbeck's stance in amazement: "They blocked his phone calls?!?"

Sounds like a controversial, attention-getting viewpoint to me, Elisabeth basically responded. We wonder if she also thinks Eliot Spitzer got a raw deal.

"I'm making up my own conspiracy theory. This is my paranoia," she said.

"Because he's good - he is good - despite his... whatever he was doing on the side. But I think he actually deserved the spot to be there and I feel like maybe they were just trying to get him off the show."

What do you think? Did American Idol conspire to give David Hernandez the boot?
