10. John Mayer. A douchebag 364 days a year. Honorary poultry today.

9. Britney Spears. Last year's top turkey falls to #9 by virtue of calming the hell down from February on. The first month of 2008 alone, though? Wow.

8. Miley Cyrus. Anyone who goes topless for Vanity Fair at age 15 and/or celebrates their birthday four months in advance automatically makes the list.

7. Courtenay Semel. She's far from the first E-list celebrity go to great lengths for publicity. Pretending to be a lesbian sets the bar pretty low, though.

6. Adrienne Bailon. Being dumb enough to take nude pics and let them get stolen is one thing. Staging the entire stunt with your loser publicist? Pathetic.

4. (Tie) Sarah Palin, for this heartwarming Thanksgiving video, and her #1 fan Elisabeth Hasselbeck, 'cause no turkey gets ruffles feathers quite like her.

3. Alex Rodriguez. Months without a clutch hit. Railing strippers. Divorcing Cynthia Rodriguez. Referring to Madonna his "f*%king soulmate, dude." Gobble, gobble.

2. Eliot Spitzer. The Governor of New York State apparently thought it was worth his job and marriage to give call girl Ashley Dupre a good "stuffing." Har har.

1. Spencer Pratt. The villain you love to hate from The Hills capped off a hilarious year by eloping with Heidi Montag. Say what you will about him, Spencer plays the celebrity gossip game to perfection, 24/7/365. And we love him for it.

Today's New York Post links former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer to Wicked Models, a second high-priced prostitution ring busted this week.

Three weeks ago Spitzer stepped down as governor after being tied to Emperors Club VIP. His spokeswoman denies he was a "Wicked" client.

Based in midtown Manhattan, Wicked Models was run by a buxom blonde named Kristin "Billie" Davis, who also saw clients as a hooker herself.

The ex-governor regularly patronized Wicked Models according to financial documents and evidence unearthed in a yearlong prostitution investigation.

Kristin "Billie" Davis, 32, is presently being held on $2 million bail after entering a plea of not guilty to charges of promoting prostitution and money laundering.

A source said that Davis - not to be confused with Sex and the City star Kristin Davis, or with Kristen, the alias by which the disgraced politician knew Ashley Alexandra Dupre, now a household name - personally serviced Spitzer.

"She personally interfaced with Spitzer a number of times" since 2003, before she became a madam, a source close to Kristin "Billie" Davis said.

When asked about the allegation, Davis told The New York Post, "I can't talk about it." Spitzer's spokeswoman, who has all the credibility in the world at this point, said that "Mr. Spitzer was not ever a client of Ms. Davis."

Former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer may have lost his office after being caught up in a federal investigation of the prostitution ring Emperor's Club VIP, but he's been offered another gig â€" posing nude in Playgirl magazine.

"His sex appeal lies in being a successful businessman and politician," the magazine's editor-in-chief, Nicole Caldwell, tells Us Weekly. "Women like a guy who is in control, and a man who knows what he wants."

THG NOTE: This is a man who wants to throw away his career, self-respect, wife and three daughters by having sex with a hooker - without a condom no less.

In any case, Caldwell posted an open letter on Playgirl's blog last week asking for Eliot Spitzer nude - for the disgraced official to "strut his sexuality" and receive "a very attractive offer" of payment in return.

She said that while she's not "at liberty to say an exact [price] quote, but we would certainly be willing to pay him handsomely!"

Eliot Spitzer has not answered the call ("I know he's difficult to reach," Caldwell said), but Caldwell already has some ideas for the photo shoot.

"We would like to put [Eliot Spitzer] in the Governor's mansion, a business-like atmosphere," Caldwell says, adding that an Ashley Alexandra Dupre look-alike might appear in the shoot "wearing a Girls Gone Wild t-shirt."

What about the famous socks, that Eliot Spitzer reportedly insisted on wearing while getting his freak on with Ashley Alexandra Dupre?

"Maybe we'd keep him in socks to start, but no woman wants a man in socks the whole time," Caldwell admits.

It's not a very complicated journey.

The new cover of New York Magazine pretty much sums up what the former New York Governor - replaced as of yesterday - was thinking when he sacrificed his political career, and possibly much more, by boinking high-priced hookers.

Yeah, Ashley Alexandra Dupre is reasonably cute. But how the heck are you the Governor of New York State and looking to tap the booty of prostitutes?

However, only during their last sexual encounter did she finally realize the true identity of Eliot Spitzer, according to today's New York Post.

"Oh, my God! Do you know who this guy is?" a shocked Ashley Alexandra Dupre asked her bosses at the Emperors Club VIP escort service, a source reports.

The comment came soon after Dupre's now-infamous and high-priced - $4,300 - meeting with Eliot Spitzer at a Washington hotel on February 13.

The 22-year-old call girl had several "dates" with the governor over the past year, the sources said, but always knew him as "George Fox" - the name of one of Spitzer's close friends that he used in order to protect his identity.

A possibly nude picture of Ashley Alexandra Dupre made the cover of today's New York Post. In sports news, the Yankees have a dude named Shelley on their team.

But just before Dupre - born and raised Ashley Youmans in Wall, N.J., but whom Eliot Spitzer knew as "Kristen" - had her startling revelation, the Feds caught the governor on tape giving them enough evidence to take down the sex ring.

That paved the way for his embarrassing resignation Wednesday.

Meanwhile, as the Democratic governor prepared to leave his office in disgrace, sordid details of Dupre's foray into prostitution emerged.

Dupre got involved with Emperors Club VIP as early as 2006 after responding to an ad from the agency seeking girls to "party" with deep-pocketed men.

The MySpace page of Ashley Alexandra Dupre, 22, provides a window into the life of a high-end prostitute and aspiring musician who went from a broken home in New Jersey to a lucrative "career" in the city that never sleeps.

In an August 30 posting on MySpace, Ashley Dupre (born Ashley Youmans, then known as Ashley Alexandra Dupre or by her hooker alias Kristen) wrote:

"The past few months have been a roller coaster with so called friends, lovers, and family ... but its something you have to deal with and confront in order to move on ..."

"What destroys me, strengthens me" is the deep slogan next to an Ashley Alexandra Dupre photo. There are other Ashley Dupre photos showing her at various places, including in a bikini on a boat in a tropical locale.

The number of hits to Dupre's MySpace page soared to two million as the story broke linking Dupre to the prostitution ring frequented by Eliot Spitzer.

The New York Governor announced his resignation, effective Monday, after being snared in a federal investigation of Emperor's Club VIP.

There is actually a photo gallery dedicated to Spitzer on Ashley Dupre's MySpace page, including shots of the posh Washington hotel where their trysts occurred.

Now the Emperor's Club's most famous employee, the 22-year-old Dupre describes her favorite musical artists as Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera and Frank Sinatra, among many others.

Her Web site boasted a recording of a song, "What We Want."

"I know what you want, you got what I want. I know what you need. Can you handle me?" Ashley Alexandra Dupre sings to all who will listen. Gulp.

"Kristen" briefly spoke to the New York Times last night about the Eliot Spitzer sex scandal, but provided few sordid details. Sorry guys.

Law enforcement officials identified the governor as a Client No. 9, a man who had a February 13 sexual encounter with "Kristen" and paid her $4,300.

Just 22 years old, Ashley Alexandra Dupre (better known as Kristen), is an unwitting star in a steamy drama that took down New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer.

Kristen, described in an affidavit as having a February 13 rendezvous with Eliot Spitzer at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, has spent the last few days in her ninth-floor rental in an upscale New York apartment.

According to the New York Times, Ashley Alexandra Dupre made a brief appearance in court Monday as a witness in the case against four people charged with operating the infamous prostitution ring known as Emperor's Club V.I.P.

In a series of telephone interviews Tuesday and today, Ashley Alexandra Dupre said she had slept little over the past week due to the stress from the case.

"I just don't want to be thought of as a monster," the pretty New Jersey native - 5-foot-5 and 105 pounds - said as she revealed the tiniest tidbits of her story.

Born Ashley Youmans but now known as Ashley Alexandra Dupre or "Kristen," she spoke softly, with good humor, and added with significant understatement:

"This has been a very difficult time. It is complicated."

Ashley Alexandra Dupre has not been charged as of this post.

The lawyer appointed to represent her, Don D. Buchwald, told a judge in court on Monday that she was subpoenaed to testify in a grand jury investigation.

Eliot Spitzer, who is married to Silda Spitzer and has three teenage daughters, announced today that he will resign as governor effective Monday.
