Last week, Kesha filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke, claiming that her former producer had sexually assaulted her several times over the course of ten years.

Luke countersued and accused Kesha of blackmail and extortion.

Earlier today, evidence that seemed the corroborate the singers claims surfaced in the form of tweets that were posted back in February in which Kesha attacks Luke and accuses him of abuse.

Now this strange case has taken another unexpected twist, as TMZ has obtained a transcript of a deposition from 2011 in which Kesha swears under oath that Luke never drugged or molested her, as she had previously claimed.

Now, Kesha's attorneys have called the media's attention to a series of tweets the singer posted early this year that seem to corroborate her claims of ongoing abuse:

Earlier this week, Kesha filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke, alleging that her former producer sexually abused her and manipulated her with drugs for over a decade.

Luke countersued Kesha, claiming that the suit was part of an extortion effort coordinated by the pop star's management team and her mother, Pebe Sebel.

Today, a flood of new information about the case has gone public.

First, emails from Kesha's mother to Luke's lawyers detailing more horrific details about the alleged crimes were obtained by TMZ.

Now, a source has come forward claiming that Kesha "spontaneously" opened up about Luke's assaults during group therapy sessions when she was in rehab earlier this year.

On Tuesday, Kesha claimed that Dr. Luke sexually abused her for a period of ten years in a shocking lawsuit she filed against the famed pop music producer.

Shortly thereafter, Luke countersued, insisting that Kesha had conspired with her new management team and her mother, Pebe Sebert, to file the suit as an extortion tactic.

Luke claimed that Kesha and her team desperately wanted to be released from a contract with his record company, and would do anything to get what they wanted.

Now, TMZ has obtained an email sent by Sebert to Luke's lawyer last year that seems to complicate matters further.

In the email, Sebert maintains that Luke's alleged crimes really happened, but she also uses them as leverage to squeeze more money out of Luke:

Earlier today, we learned that Kesha is suing Dr. Luke on the grounds that the famed pop music producer harassed and sexually assaulted her several times over a period of ten years.

Moments ago, TMZ reported that Luke is countersuing Kesha, claiming that not only is the singer extorting him, she's also using false accusations to extort him and try to escape from a legally-binding contract.

Luke (real name: Lukasz Gottwald) says Kesha has conspired with her new management firm and her mother, Pebe, to try to blackmail him into allowing her to record with a new label.

Gottwald claims it's not the first time Kesha has pulled such a stunt. He says she once threatened to provide untrue information to a "Free Kesha" blog unless he agreed to release her from her contract.

Kesha is suing renowned pop music mogul Dr. Luke, alleging that the hit-making producer began sexually, emotionally, and physically abusing her beginning when she first signed with his record label at the age of 18.

Kesha had previously blamed Dr. Luke for her eating disorder, but according to lawsuit documents obtained by TMZ Luke's mistreatment of the pop star was far more horrendous than she ever indicated in the past.

The suit details some shocking behavior by Luke (real name: Lukasz Gottwald) including an incident in which 41-year-old "forced" Kesha to get drunk with him before offering what he referred to as "sober pills."

Kesha says she awoke in Luke's bed the following day, sore, sick, and with no memory of how she got there.

Ke$ha's music producer Dr. Luke has been receiving serious death threats since the star went to rehab, with many fans blaming him for her eating disorder.

The LAPD's Threat Management Unit filed legal documents asking for a search warrant to hunt down crazy people who are threatening Luke on Twitter.

The vengeful tweets began after Ke$ha entered rehab for an eating disorder, with TMZ reporting that Luke taunting her about her weight was the catalyst. 

Ke$ha's friend said Luke told her she "looks like a f--king refrigerator."

Naturally, her fans blamed Dr. Luke and are going OFF on him. In the search warrant documents, police point out some of the tweets, including:
