The bride, 41, wore a gown she picked up at Berdorf Goodman. She joked that she'd get married at a KFC if her heart was in it, but it was a bit fancier than that.

Guests included her View co-host Sherri Shepherd, as well as three members of New Kids on the Block: Jordan Knight, Danny Wood and Jonathan Knight.

One person who didn't make it to Sunday's event was the groom's brother. Mark Wahlberg skipped the ceremony, but Tweeted his good wishes.

"I love you, Donnie, we're very happy for you," he says in a congratulatory video, surrounded by his wife and four kids. "Sorry we couldn't be there, we'll see you soon."

After Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg got engaged back in April, one voice was suspiciously absent from the chorus of congratulations.

Donnie's A-list younger brother Mark Wahlberg kept mum on the topic of his sister-in-law-to-be and it seems we now know: he can't stand her!

Donnie and Jenny made it official over the weekend, but Mark pulled a Rob Kardashian and skipped his own sibling's wedding. He did, however, post this video to Instagram congratulating the newlyweds:

Yes, it was nice of Mark to take the time to post that clip online, but a 15-second greeting in which you don't even mention the couple by name isn't quite the same as attending your brother's wedding.

In a recent interview, McCarthy and Wahlberg stated that their nuptials will look nothing like the international extravaganza that was the Kimye ceremony.

We'll have a small wedding in a really beautiful place," said Wahlberg.

"I won't have three dresses," McCarthy chimed in in an obvious jab at Kim.

The couple continued to riff on the over-the-top nature of Kim and Yeezy's celebration, with Wahlberg assuring fans, "We won't be getting married in Istanbul with 8 million guests...That's their thing, good for them."

"Donnie was referred to us by a good friend. He came in just before St. Patrick's Day. He had an idea of what he wanted and was part of the design process."

We normally associate celebs Tweeting with funny, insightful or utterly vapid thoughts. In this case, though, one star used it to save a fan's life.

Donnie Wahlberg of New Kids on the Block and Blue Bloods fame was able to reach out to his followers and find a new kidney for a very sick fan.

A tweet from the fan's best friend who was trying to raise awareness about the girl's critical situation, because one of her kidneys was failing fast.

Donnie re-tweeted the link to his 183,000 followers, asking for help ... prompting a barrage of phone calls to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

According to the Boston Herald, the deluge of calls yielded not one, but six matches for Bobbette Miller, who is now scheduled for a transplant in June.

All in 140 characters or less. Great story, right?
