Less than a week after undergoing surgery for endometriosis, Julianne Hough wants to return to Dancing with the Stars. The beauty told People Magazine that “[I'm] feeling phenomenal. I am still walking slow but I’m feeling good.”Hough's doctor has said his patient needs about another week of rest, however, which at least means more time in bed with Chuck Wicks.

The country singer is Julianne's lucky boyfriend and she said he “got to see me at my lowest point. You can really tell when someone loves you because they mean it. They are not just taking care of you because you need it, they WANT to take care of you. He’s a sweetheart.”

Is there any drama remaining on season seven of Dancing with the Stars?

Brooke Burke and Derek Hough have been atop the leaderboard following every performance, and that status was only exacerbated last night when the couple Foxtrotted itself to the first 30-point routine of the season. Yes, that's three perfect 10s from the judges.

Favorite Brooke Burke continued to impress the judges, while Warren Sapp cemented his status as the season's top entertainer and Lance Bass rebounded strongly after an off-week - with a little help from two of his former *NSync-mates.

Meanwhile, Cloris Leachman was dreadful in what may (hopefully) be her last week on the show, and Julianne Hough (with Cody Linley, below) announced that she is having surgery Tuesday but hopes to be back in the DWTS lineup next week.

Toni Braxton and Alec Mazo were eliminated last night on Dancing with the Stars. But that wasn't the biggest news of the evening.

Less than an hour after the results episode aired, Julianne Hough was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The beauty "was experiencing slight stomach pains all day that increased and the doctors thought it was best to have them checked out," said her representative, Cindy Guagenti.
