If Kevin Federline ever needs advice on how to handle his impending divorce from Britney Spears, all he has to do is try not to emulate Spears herself.

Seriously, dog. Whatever she's doing, do the opposite. Put on pants when you go out in public. Try to stay off drugs. And whatever you do, steer clear of Paris Hilton's pussy!

But if he ever needs a little input from a male perspective, he can always turn to Cris Judd. That's right, the little-known ex-husband of Jennifer Lopez and former backup dancer is reaching out to the K-Hole.

Judd was married to that crazy Scientology-loving diva for just over a year and sympathises with K-Fed for having to endure a high-profile split while constantly in the spotlight.

"It's difficult," he said.

The 37-year-old has moved on since his divorce from Jennifer and is now in the midst of hosting Dance Like We Do, a new reality show based on the classic film Dirty Dancing.

Judd says he knows what Kevin Federline is experiencing, especially being in the public eye.

"It's all about how you handle yourself. Keep your head up, you know. You have to live day by day now," said C-Judd to K-Fed.
