Alleged rocker and former Mischa Barton boy toy Cisco Adler was denied entry to or kicked out of Teddy's at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel Sunday.

Perhaps he was too drunk, Teddy's has a dress code he didn't conform to, or the bouncers feared seeing Cisco Adler naked after 12 rum and cokes.

No one is accusing Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton of anything resembling the lack of personal hygiene exhibited by "rocker" Cisco Adler.

Her political tactics, however, are growing dirtier by the day.

Sarah Silverman's party for her boyfriend, Jimmy Kimmel, in honor of his 40th birthday at the Palms was a more intimate affair, with Adam Carolla, Jeffrey Ross, Carson Daly and Huey Lewis on hand to mark the milestone.

We have never understood the appeal of this gentleman, but there's little doubt that model / heiress Lydia Hearst is all over Cisco Adler's junk in this photo.

Publishing heiress-model Lydia Hearst and her sometime boyfriend, the, um, incomparable Cisco Adler, are now sporting identical ink on their wrists.

Both Cisco Adler and Lydia Hearst (full name Lydia Hearst-Shaw) got a skeleton key tagged on them early last week, before showing up in costume to a tequila-heavy pre-Halloween bash at the infamous Los Angeles nightclub Hyde.

Lydia Hearst went as Wonder Woman, while Cisco Adler went in drag. Yeah. It looks as if former girlfriends Kimberly Stewart and Mischa Barton got off lucky.

"Lydia Hearst cryptically said that the tattoos are a symbol of a new way of life," a friend said. A new way of seeing Cisco Adler naked? We'll see.

Lately, though, he's been all over town with Lydia Hearst-Shaw, 23. The two attended The Cinema Society's screening of We Own the Night on October 9.

It was surprising but congratulations to them. They're good people.

Joel's a great guy. I think he loves her. I don't know, though, I don't know their relationship that well.

You're friends with Paris Hilton. After her whole jail experience have you talked to her since then? Is she really that changed person that she claims to be?
Yeah, she said it was a ridiculous life changing experience. That's all I know. … I've been to jail for three days so I can imagine 21 is even crazier.

Uh, I knew I was getting out at some point. It was just that county jails are so over packed, it took me three days to get into the system.

Well we're on tour with ZZ Top, The Pretenders and The Stray Cats right now.

How is that?
Ridiculous. Arenas and amphitheaters. We just did a show with 10,000 [people]. Forget a club, put me in a goddamn arena.

Was there anything that didn't go right in the new show or something that you were upset about?
No. We made a decision early on to let go. Easy going. Doors are open and f--- everyone.

What's the best thing about being in this business? What keeps you going â€" what's your drive?
The next song I write. I wake up every day and write all day long. It's hopefully a tool so people finally listen to my music and shut up about my personal life.
