OK! Magazine has a story about Britney Spears' newly toned and fit figure this week, and unlike the last time they tried this angle, it appears they used a picture NOT from 2003! Everybody, put your hands together for OK!

While vacationing at Las Ventanas resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, in late July, Britney Spears sure looked good as she walked out of the surf in a white bikini that highlighted a tanned, svelte and once-familiar sexy-as-heck figure.

The singer reveals how she successfully regained her lean physique and how she's committed to being a role model to Sean Preston and Jayden James.

"I'm the healthiest I've been all my life," Britney Spears, 26, said.

"My diet has a lot to do with getting in shape. I have no sugar. I don't even eat fruit because of the sugar. I eat chicken, salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I'll have egg whites for breakfast and turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do 1,200 calories a day. It may not sound like much, but it's actually a lot if you eat the right things."

Of course, our girl also hits the gym like a madwoman.

The singer's comittment to being healthy is being applauded by trainers like Miami-based trainer and owner of SOMA Fitness & Performance, Adam Cronin.

Cronin says Britney Spears' routine of a 1,200-calorie-a-day, high-protein meal plan is ideal for someone who wants to drop pounds safely and healthily.

"If you do vigorous workouts — plus this eating program — it is possible to lose 12 pounds in 30 days, in a healthy, non fad-like way," the trainer said.

A celebrity diet that actually works and isn't dangerous? Imagine that. And just think - she'll can burn even more calories pummeling her ex-lawyer.

Really, who doesn't? The Internet knows everything, after all.

The Hills star Lauren Conrad admitted in a recent interview that she does "background checks" of sorts on her dates using Google.

"Yeah, for all of them! But I don't believe everything I read. I just Google them to see pictures of ex-girlfriends and stuff."

NOTE: We couldn't find good pics of Doug Reinhardt on Google, but we did learn his batting average in the minors is a paltry .201. You suck, Doug!

While LC can't spill details of the new season of her reality show, she talked about some of the lessons she learned in the past year.

"I have really gotten a chance to see who my true friends are and who is going to be there for me, you know, no matter what?" Lauren Conrad said.

"Like, [Lo Bosworth] is one of my best friends from back in high school, and [Audrina Patridge] has always been there for me, and when it gets to a point when it's almost too much, that's when those people are there for you."

The beautiful Lauren Conrad also revealed how she stays fit.

"I just started doing more kickboxing which is really fun, and the way [my trainer] does it it's like a full body workout," The Hills star said. "Like squat, lunge, squat, lunge, or lower punches."

Our staff members (and readers) have been in the throes of a major debate lately, regarding whether Audrina Patridge's boobs are real or fake.

What's indisputable, though, is that The Hills star has slimmed down a lot since we first got to know her on the MTV reality show hit.

In the new TV Guide, the Into the Blue 2 actress recently talked about her diet as well as a little "exercise advice." Back in high school, The Hills hottie says she used to guzzle milk to slow down her metabolism.

Now that it's under control, the 23-year-old Audrina swears by portion control: "I order what I want when I'm out, but I don't eat all of it."

More importantly, Audrina Patridge work out at least five times a week.

That entails either doing laps in her backyard pool (guess it's bigger than it looks), hiking in Runyon Canyon, going for a run or pumping iron.

"Even when I'm just sitting in front of the TV, I lift five-pound weights or do squats," the feuding friend of Lauren Conrad says. "And I wear heels when I vacuum, because it works my calves and my butt!"

We've always loved Hilary Duff because she's true to herself - she doesn't slut it up hard or eschew eating just because other celebs choose to.

But while our girl added a boyfriend in NHL star Mike Comrie, she has shed some pounds in the past year, gaining a more svelte figure.

This celebrity's weight loss secret: Pilates.

Combined with reasonable dieting, Hilary Duff, 20, says she has seen her body transformed by the exercise regimen.

"I was a gymnast before, so I was a bit more bulky in the past. [Now] I have leaner longer muscles, my strength is up," she says.

Besides Pilates workouts three times weekly "for flexibility and toning," she gets her cardio boost from doing Piloxing.

That's a combo of Pilates and boxing! Sounds cool!

Her concerts alone will keep her in decent shape - but you don't get that body without working out. Fergie and her trainer, Natasha, recently shared her awesome workout tips. Check it out below - and then get off the couch!

Carrie Fisher Pre-Weight Loss

Cardio training: A half-hour, 3-to-5-mile run or a 45-50 minute 5-mile run. Not necessarily at a very fast pace, however.

Shoulders: Work the front and back of the shoulder, using 1.5-kg weights. Front raises for 2 minutes then side raises for 2 minutes, with as many reps as she can fit in. The key to this celebrity weight loss plan is to do a lot of them.

Biceps: Regular bicep curls using rubber bands. Stand with your feet apart, holding the handles so you do front curl with your arms very close to your chest. Do the right arm, then left, then both together - 20-25 on each.

Triceps: We lift a long bar on the bench as she lays back her back, for 20-25 reps. Then the fiancee of Josh Duhamel does as many tight push-ups as she can. It might be one, four or sometimes up to 25.

Legs/butt: Fergie's legs are so naturally toned, she can skimp on this (lucky), but she does do do squats - around 15-20, in three sets.

Yoga: Fergie does yoga on the ground to maintain her extreme flexibility. She does the "chair" pose and holds it for up to three minutes. Then the "warrior" one and two position for up to 2.5 minutes.

Abs: Start with basic crunches, then start adding things each time. At a certain point, she lifts her legs to a 90-degree angle, then straight out in front, with shoulder blades off the ground. About 20 in each.

Cool down
: As with all celebrity workouts, it's important to stretch out afterwards. Whatever muscles she just worked out, Fergie stretches them out for at least 3 minutes while she relaxes and gets her breathing down.

"I refuse to do the whole diet or fitness thing anymore. I just go and have fun. I know what I like, what makes me feel good, and that's what I do."

Brittany Snow has had anorexia, exercise bulimia, depression, and body dysmorphic disorder as a teen - once falling to a Kate Bosworth-esque 85 pounds.

But the cute actress credits fellow star and friend Sophia Bush for helping to coach her on her body image issues and now is doing better!

Who would have guessed?

"I grew up in an environment full of athletes and unfortunately I'm not one of them. But my parents and I were always very healthy," the mom of Suri Cruise told Shape.

"We even go running on Thanksgiving - I mean, what family does that? It has to be before the big turkey dinner. My dad is really ambitious and makes us all go. Exercise is definitely important, but the long hours sometimes prevent me from being a good girl and getting my cardiovascular workout."

Well, it's hard to argue with that. All of that effort it must take to run and hide from a crazy Tom Cruise is sure to shed the extra pounds.
