It's a new year, and that means a new fitness plan for Jessica Simpson. The alleged singer, actress and VH1 reality star says she's got a new workout passion.

She posted on Twitter earlier this week, "Just got done boxing. Second day in a row... Have I lost my marbles?" No. That would imply she once had marbles.

The star, who is scheduled to appears in VH1's The Price of Beauty this year, has been chronicling her gym routine on Twitter. She must really be bored.

"Why am I still hurting from our workout earlier? I'm getting old!" she wrote, adding that she has "sore buns." Imagine her brains after all that Tweeting.

Jessica Simpson is looking pretty good these days at least.

Last year was an up-and-down one for the singer's career - and weight. Looks like she's determined not to have people ripping apart Jessica Simpson pictures in 2010.

Within a week of 2010, Kim Kardashian has already made more news than she did in all of 2009. Well, almost.

The socialite has posed for a new ad campaign, appeared on The Jay Leno Show and seems intent on taking back the Publicity Whore crown from her sisters.

In early 2009, Adam Lambert won over viewers on American Idol.

But that wasn't the singer's biggest victory to date.

In a new interview with OK! Weekly, Lambert opens up about his life-changing victory over obesity.

“I lost probably about forty pounds about ten years ago,” he said. “When I was in high school, I had bad eating habits. I ate a bunch of crap – a bunch of fast food and stuff. I learned more about what’s healthy and what’s not healthy. I used a little bit of self-control.”

After shedding the excess weight, how did Lambert feel?

“Oh, a hundred times better. Physically I felt better, but I also had better self-esteem and body image.”

Lambert added that he lacks the self-discipline to incorporate workouts into his daily routine, but we're not too worried about him. You'd be surprised how many calories can be burned by gyrating around on stage.

This must be some sort of record.

On December 11, Kendra Wilkinson gave birth to her first child, a son named Hank Baskett IV. She then gave an interview to OK! Weekly from her hospital room and wound up on that tabloid's cover within days.

Now, the former Playboy model and old man banger is featured in the publication yet again. Forget the sounds of a baby crying. All Kendra appears to hear when she looks at her child is the sound of a cash register ringing!

“The doctor said I can’t exercise until after six weeks [due to a C-section], but getting up and down in the middle of the night — feeding him, changing him and soothing him when he’s crying — is my ab workout already," Wilkinson says in the issue.

Also featured: baby Hank's second photo shoot in less than a month. This adorable child is gonna start thinking the paparazzi are his relatives.

The magazine does also promise an exclusive interview with Snooki from Jersey Shore. We can't find anything to criticize with that. She's awesome.

Something strange surfaced on an L.A. golf course late last week:

A respectable-looking Kevin Federline! Well, relatively at least.

The dirtbag ex-husband of Britney Spears has been eating his way through monthly five-figure spousal support checks she writes him with a new, rotund physique this year, packing on 75-100 pounds (no joke) in the last 12 months.

But the aspiring rapper has gotten his act together and shed 50 pounds as a contestant on the next season of VH1's Celebrity Fit Club, airing in January.

Holy weight loss!

On last night's The Biggest Loser finale, Danny Cahill didn't just take home the title - he set a series record for most pounds ever shed on the show!

The Oklahoma native, a father of two, dropped 239 pounds over the last few months, falling from 430 to 191 pounds and being named the reality program's champion over Rudy Pauls.

After earning the prize of $250,000, Cahill turned emotional on the finale. He said:

“Somebody in the audience was holding up a picture of my grandmother, who I was so close to, who died about 10 years ago and every time I would go on a run, I would say, ‘This is for you, Ada,’ and I know she is up there watching me.”

Danny also credited his wife of 14 years, Darci, with helping him achieve his goals.

"My wife works out with me, and if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have won Biggest Loser," he told Us Weekly. "My wife and I have been through a lot: 430 pounds that she didn't sign up for! She met me at 175 pounds."

239 pounds (or like four Nicole Richies) later, Danny Cahill is on top of the reaity TV world. Congrats!

For the second time in the last few months, Kim has Tweeted a photo of herself in a bikini. The latest is accompanied with the message: "Quick Trim photo shoot today in Miami! I finally feel I've reached my goal!"

Apparently, her goal is to look at emaciated as humanly possible.

We really hope those Quick Trim bucks are worth it, Kim, as you've let curvy girls across America know the only acceptable look involves skin, bones and large breasts. Please, eat something - and try to not flush it out of your system with something no doctor on the planet would approve of...

"They're siblings," Jackson explained. "They're going to be related forever."

Sage words from their mom: "There's nothing we can do about that so we make sure that they love each other and know each other and have a great relationship."

A couple weeks ago, NeNe Leakes confronted Michael Lohan on The Insider.

Please, don't ask us why those two were somehow featured on this entertainment news program.

In response to The Real Housewife of Atlanta telling him to suck it, Lohan said NeNe should lose some weight (though he used more colorful wording). Based on an OK! Weekly article, it looks like Leakes is taking that advice.

“My trainer has taught me to eat breakfast," Leakes said of fitness guru Tammy Stokes. “She said, ‘NeNe, you have to bite something in the morning to get your metabolism going.’ So I’ve learned to do that, and it works.

“Then I eat my lunch: lots of salads with chicken. I love to go out to eat for dinner, [but] I never order an entrée. The portion sizes today are very large. So I’ll order an appetizer.”

Who said Michael Lohan doesn't do any good in the world? Oh. Right.

Just nine months after giving birth to eight freaking babies, single mother of 14 freaking babies overall Nadya Suleman is back into her pre-baby jeans.

Yup, Octomom lost 145 pounds. No trainer or plastic surgery required.

"I was eating everything in sight," the drain on society recalls.

"I topped 270 pounds while pregnant," the mother of Elijah, 8; Amerah, 7; Joshua, 6; Aidan, 4; Calyssa and Caleb, 3; and Josiah, Makai, Jeremiah, Nariyah, Jonah, Noah, Maliyah and Isaiah, 9 months, tells the new issue of Us Weekly.

While she easily bounced back after her other pregnancies, getting back into shape after welcoming eight babies wasn't as easy. Really, you're kidding.

Instantly erasing 40 pounds after delivering her octuplets, Nadya Suleman felt compelled to join the local gym after welcoming the bundles of joy.

Glad La Habra, Calif., taxpayers sprung for her membership.

BYE, BYE, WEIGHT: Hello, tabloids! Jobless media whore and mother of 14 Nadya Suleman, a.k.a. Octomom, shares weight loss tips and clamors for attention.

Nadya fits in thrice-weekly midnight workouts (while a taxpayer-funded nanny watches over her sleeping children) with strength training but no cardio.

"I get enough of that with the kids," Suleman said.

The 34-year-old Suleman also maintains a strict diet of five protein-packed meals or snacks a day normally consist of "anything the kids are eating."

Food staples in the Suleman household? Oatmeal, sushi, turkey, and even homemade baby food. "As long as it's nutritious, it's good to eat," she said.

The disgrace also loves to gorge herself on one particular indulgence every day and not even worry about any empty carbs as a result: Publicity.

Hey, if she can't exploit her kids for money, there's always her own body. Gotta give the hyper-fertile one credit for being versatile at least.
