In a photo that was totally not staged, Bethenny Frankel totally did not make thousands of dollars for splashing through the water in a bikini earlier this month in Montauk, New York.

According to Life & Style, it was the first time this reality star donned a bathing suit since giving birth in May and "she looked amazing," said a witness, adding:

"She looked like she'd lost all the baby weight, and she was toned, too. Even her tush was remarkable."

That sound you hear? Jason Hoppy totally slapping that impressive backside. Oohhh yeah!

Frankel says she's lost 33 pounds since squeezing out daughter Bryn this spring. How did she do it?

"There's been no real drastic any thing. I've really been eating, just not like a crazy person," she said, offering up this unhealthy piece of advice: "Taste everything, eat nothing."

We guess that's better than Kim Kardashian and her QuickTrim-based motto for dieting: Eat everything. Crap it all out.

Whether it's food or Eric Johnson, Jessica Simpson is very thoughtful about what she puts into her body. As a result, she's looking a lot better lately!

The popular 1990s/early 2000s singer appeared thinned out on the new cover of Lucky magazine, and she is opening up about struggle to stay fit.

"I think a woman always stresses out about their weight," she says.

"It’s just a woman thing - unless you’re the women we don’t like that are supermodels that are just naturally fantastic. But I’m a curvy girl. I have to always be conscious of everything I’m putting into my body, if I’m going to be working out."

Jessica Simpson: Full Figured

Jessica Simpson now and early last year. Nice!

Jessica also set the record straight about rumors that she's been asked to become a judge on American Idol. Shocker alert - that was just a rumor.

"I mean, I don't think so," she says. "I haven't gotten a phone call."

If she were to become a judge, though, how would she react to it?

"I'm not a very judgmental person, so I could probably stick my foot in my mouth a couple times," she says, though she does have something to offer.

"I am a singer and I do know if it's going to happen for someone or not."

There you go. Follow the jump for an interview clip with Jess ...

It might look like all fun, games, amazing dinners and contrived drama, but filming a reality show like The Bachelorette can be tough. Just ask Ali Fedotowsky.

“I was always hungry!” she tells OK! about how she gained 10 pounds on the show (not that anyone knew). “I didn’t think much of it, but everyone noticed.”

We doubt it. We've seen no Bachelorette spoilers about Ali's alleged weight gain. If anything, an extra few pounds look good on her. But it's all good either way.

How did she change her eating habits when she got back home?

“I am good during the week, and one day I pig out,” Ali says. “But I don’t cook! I am learning a little bit. I can be hard to eat healthy when you don’t cook."

"I love egg white omelets because I can actually cook the egg whites myself! I also go to the grocery store, and I will buy the ready-made grilled chicken."

"I buy 4-5 at a time, and I’ll have them with a salad - a prepared salad from a bag.” And there's your Ali Fedotowsky diet, folks. But what about exercise?

“I am not the person who will be at the gym all the time,” she says. “Usually, I do the treadmill for about 30 minutes, or I will try to do something else.”

Something that helps take out aggression at Frank Neuschaefer?

“I love kickboxing. I have a personal trainer for it. We do contact kickboxing; she holds the pads up for me. It’s such a great workout for my core."

"You can think of ex-boyfriends while you’re doing it!"

Who should she pick on the August 2 finale?

Ripped, he's not. But Jon Gosselin is slightly less fat! Allegedly.

According to In Touch, when he hit beach in Ocean City, N.J., on July 8, "he looked like a new man." If that's true, how fat and out of shape was he beforehand?

The dad of eight looked "toned, tanned and healthier than ever" (guess it's all relative) while strolling the beach with his boring, bikini-clad girlfriend, Ellen Ross.

"Jon's made time for himself," says a friend, which he apparently has. "Jon is doing whatever he can to ensure he'll be around for his kids as long as possible."

All kidding aside, kudos to Jon Gosselin if that's true.

His days of heavy drinking, smoking and parading around with mediocre girls made for good gossip, but not a healthy lifestyle. Our one question for you, though ...

Jon Gosselin: Ripped!

Jon Gosselin: Would you hit it?

Kim Kardashian is taking revenge on Reggie Bush... again!

In a sign that tabloids are officially out of topics on which to report, Life & Style has run the SAME EXACT COVER STORY this week as it ran in mid-April.

Once more, the magazine is touting Kim's bikini body, as if it's something to aspire to and not something she accomplished by downing a dangerous diet supplement and then sitting on the toilet for days on end.

We'd tell the publication to cover some other facet of Kardashian's life, but let's face it: Is there anything remotely interesting about this large-breasted celebrity except for how she looks in a bathing suit?

The Revenge Body

The clear answers appear to be a big, fat NO. After all, just look at the fascinating cover stories various magazines have run on Kardashian over the past few months (click to enlarge). Does anyone else sense a (pointless) theme here?

Despite having a baby girl just over a month ago, Teresa Giudice tells the latest issue of In Touch Weekly she's never been happier with her body.

Of course, the breast enhancement surgery she underwent last year helps a great deal with that confidence. Teresa told the tabloid:

“I just got them done last summer, so this is my first time wearing a bikini and I have to say, this is the happiest I have ever been with my body. I feel like I have the whole package!”

Teresa Bikini Body

What else went into this package, aside from silicone? The Real Housewives of New Jersey star dished on a number of weight-related topics:

How much does she weigh? I hardly ever weigh myself, but I do fit back into most of the clothes I wore before I had Audriana. I think I’m a 27 jean size and size 4 in dresses.

Does she diet? I’m never on a diet. I always eat what I want. When I was pregnant, I had to eat anything that was in front of my face. It’s an Italian thing — they say if you see something and don’t eat it, your baby will get a birthmark!

What's her favorite body part? I love my new boobies, but if I had to pick between an ass or boobs, I’d have to say my ass is more important to me. I’m proud of my bubble butt!

Got all that, readers? Now, you tell us: Would you hit this?

Single guys who don't mind a lot of baggage are in for a treat.

Kate Gosselin has achieved her sexiest, most toned body at 35.

Kate Gosselin Head Shot

After she was voted off Dancing With the Stars on April 20 and returned home to Wernersville, Pa., Kate worried she’d lose the bod she’d worked so hard for.

So she stepped up her workouts, began running a hilly four-mile course three times a week and fine-tuned her eating plan to make her already toned body leaner.

The results are obvious ... although the botched Botox hurts:

Kate Gosselin may be in great shape, and ditching the dead porcupine she used to wear as a hairstyle was a good move, but she's gotta chill with the Botox ... yeesh.

“Kate has kicked her routine into overdrive. Dancing With the Stars set her in motion, but she’s now even thinner than she was on the show,” says an insider.

Her "fun" and "easy" tips sound like diet and exercise, but it's all good.

Hopefully she continues to set a good example for her eight small children and does not let showbiz opportunities like guest hosting The View go to her head.

We just don't want to see her spiral into a Heidi Montag-esque pattern. It all starts with a little Botox, then next thing you know, you look like a blowup doll.

This is bikini season and it's time to get serious. You can take it from The Hills stars ... people who have nothing to do except look good in bikinis every day.

Take Audrina Patridge for example. She gets her body all beach ready by drinking lots of water, eating lean protein, green leafy vegetables and fewer carbs.

"I also love shots of wheat grass," The Hills star tells Life & Style in its cover story. "When I want to kick it up a notch, then I get Sunfare meals delivered."

Other celebrities who are no strangers to showing off their bodies in bikinis, such as Brooklyn Decker, focused on "toning up" and" definition in my abs."

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover girl and wife of Andy Roddick also consumes lots of high-protein Greek yogurt and nuts to build that muscle.

Celebrity Bikini Bodies

Take it from Kristin Cavallari, Beyonce and others - there are easy ways to lose 10 pounds, burn calories while you sleep and other red hot tips for summer fun.

Fortunately, Brooklyn doesn't subscribe to that QuickTrim crap (talking to you, Kim Kardashian). Her employer actually encourages a few extra pounds:

"Sports Illustrated is never about losing weight. They encourage girls to eat cheeseburgers the night before. They love girls who are a little bit curvier."

No complaints here, although Cameron Diaz, with her lithe legs, flat tummy and sculpted arms, make us feel like we should work out one of these years.

Lately, Cameron is doing combination exercises that blast multiple muscles at once, like squats with shoulder presses, as well as various yoga poses.

Clearly it pays off!

Ever wonder how The Hills stars always look so pulled together, even after their long days of being professional celebrities and long nights at the clubs?

A team of stylists.

And on-the-job training, says Lauren (Lo) Bosworth: “From the very beginning, we always did [our hair and makeup] ourselves. Every girl is now a pro.”

The 23-year-old Smashbox Cosmetics employee adds that “We could probably start our own business [as makeup artists] and be very successful. A lot of that comes from working with professionals for red carpet events and photo shoots.”

LO AND BEHOLD: Bosworth always looks stellar.

So, with filming for the sixth and final season of The Hills wrapped, how has Bosworth been spending her time? In addition to writing The Lo-Down, her relationship guide book due out in January, Bosworth has been sweating it out ... literally.

Lo recently became the face of Nivea’s Goodbye Cellulite, Hello Bikini Challenge, a four-week program of fitness, healthy eating, skincare and style.

“As far as fitness, I love indoor cycling. It has made a really big difference. I feel a lot skinnier than I did last year,” she says of taking spin classes.

“It’s kind of the ultimate cardio.” The instructor-led group setting is a major motivating factor for the star. “Because if I’m by myself, I go to the gym and do 15 reps,” she jokes. “And then I’m like, ‘Oh, my e-mail. I need to make a phone call.’”

In December 2007, Jennifer Love Hewitt lashed out at critics that mocked her bathing suit-clad body. She admirably said at the time:

"To set the record straight, I'm not upset for me, but for all of the girls out there that are struggling with their body image. A size 2 is not fat! Nor will it ever be. And being a size 0 doesn't make you beautiful."

True, inspirational words.

Now, in the latest issue of People, the actress says she wants to urge young women to not focus on their weight, saying:

"When I meet young girls, I'm always like, 'Just do me one favor.' Love what you look like right now – and remember I said it 10 years from now because it's the greatest gift I can give."

What a Bod!

That sounds nice and all, but Hewitt then refers to her own figure as "a work in progress" and adds: "In another eight months, it's going to be so much better than it is today...

"I'd want to have Gisele Bundchen's body. Even though she's tall and skinny, she does have curves... and I think that's hot. Halle Berry also is kind of amazing."

Isn't JLH sending a mixed message here? Should girls be happy with their bodies, or should they aspire to be like Gisele and Berry, easily two of the best looking women in the world?

Call us, Jennifer. Perhaps we can have dinner together and then discuss this issue over breakfast... if you know what we mean!
