No one on the planet would want to laugh like Kendra Wilkinson, but we can't blame many women for wanting a body like this former Playboy cover girl.

With that in mind, the busty blonde has offered up the following, top-secret weight loss tips to OK! Weekly. How could Kendra have supposedly lost 25 pounds in eight weeks, without "going overboard and cutting everything out?"

Muscle Wasting

By taking these pieces of advice...

Eat Breakfast: It's the most important meal of the day! “I have strawberry or peach yogurt; cereal and fruit; or a smoothie, so I’m not hungry and I feel energized," she said.

Don't Weigh Yourself: “Chart your progress with how your clothes fit, not what the number on the scale says.”

Have a Goal: Kendra wants to possess the most famous backside in Hollywood (sorry, Kim Kardashian) and to wear a slinky Hervé Léger dress for husband Hank Baskett.

Snack Well: “I really like cold, raw vegetables, especially baby carrots,"  Wilkinson says, advising others to dip these in hummus or fat-free dressing for a healthy snack.

Ration Yourself: Kendra still eats pasta and rice because “it’s just all about portion sizes.” Try not to have more than one cup of a carb/meal.

Got it? Follow these rules, get a boob job, make enough money by pimping out your child on the cover of tabloids so that you don't need to hold down a real job... and you'll shed those pounds in no time!

Ding! You are now free to get your fat ass off this plane.

Kevin Smith, director of Mallrats, Clerks, Chasing Amy and similar films, was told to take a hike from a Southwest Airlines flight for apparently being obese.

"You [messed] with the wrong sedentary processed-foods eater!" Smith, whose next film, Cop Out, comes out February 26, posted in an epic Twitter rant.

That was one of many Tweets (many not G-rated) fired off recounting the 39-year-old actor/director's expulsion Saturday from an Oakland-Burbank flight.

Southwest said officials had called Smith to offer their "heartfelt apologies," but also stated his removal was for the "safety and comfort of all customers."

Here's how it all went down:

Southwest

Smith had two tickets, but then decided to fly standby on an earlier flight, where only one remained. He was asked to leave after being seated. Southwest said:

"If a customer cannot lower the armrest and infringes on a portion of another seat, an adjacent customer would be very uncomfortable and a timely exit from the aircraft in the event of an unexpected emergency might be compromised."

THG NOTE: Isn't any emergency unexpected. Random question. Just asking.

"I know I'm fat," Smith says, having battled weight issues for years but. "I broke no regulation, offered no 'safety risk' (what, was I gonna roll on a fellow passenger?)"

"I saw someone bigger than me on THAT flight! But I wasn't about to throw a fellow Fatty under the plane. He & I made eye contact, he was like 'Please don't tell...'"

At least the humiliated director didn't lose his trademark sense of humor.

After landing in Burbank on a later flight, he wrote, "Don't worry: wall of the plane was opened & I was airlifted out while Richard Simmons supervised."

Kendra Wilkinson would've also worked. Whose side are you on?

Shame on you, Kendra Wilkinson. You're a mother now. It's time to set a good example.

Not a week has gone by in 2010 where Kendra has not been featured on the cover of a supermarket tabloid. She's not exactly talented. She needs to make money somehow. We get that.

But the latest issue of OK! Weekly continues a disturbing trend by magazines across the nation, most notably this pathetic rag: the focus on post-pregnancy weight loss.

Even Kourtney Kardashian acknowledges that it's perfectly acceptable to not return to a size two immediately upon giving birth. One is tired, one is taking care of a newborn, it's quite alright if one's figure shows the signs of new motherhood.

But is Kendra willing to take a stand against the unhealthy message that women must go on a strict diet as soon as a baby is no longer in their womb? Not if she can get paid for promoting it!

Bikini and a Baby

Wilkinson says she goes through "45 minutes of hardcore training and weightlifting," followed by the treadmill until she's tired. She also does squats and lunges. Hey, it's easy to find time for this routine when you have no actual job and can pay a nanny to look after your son.

Kendra's goal? To look like Kim Kardashian.

"She can be my motivation to try and get the best booty in Hollywood!" she tells the magazine.

THG's goal? For everyone to boycott OK! Weekly. Will you help us make this into a reality?

We don't ever often give the Kardashians credit, but Kourtney Kardashian set a good example for women last month. Of course, mother Kris than came along and ruined it.

Here's what went down:

Following an OK! Weekly cover story that teased an "exclusive" with Kourtney and focused on her post-pregnancy diet secrets, the new mother called out the tabloid for photoshopping her picture and exaggerating her recent weight loss. In essence, Kourtney was confidently saying: I didn't lose all my baby weight yet - and that's okay.

What a refreshing attitude.

In the latest issue of Life & Style, meanwhile, Kardashian continues this trend and says: "It's been hard to find time to work out. All I want to do is spend time with Mason.... Losing the weight has been a lot harder than I thought."

Again, isn't it nice to hear a celebrity not act as though the most important thing in life is to shed as much weight as possible, especially when provided with such an understandable, beautiful excuse as a newborn?

This makes it even more galling that mother Kris Jenner said in the same Life & Style article:

"Kourtney's going to be just fine. She's going to start QuickTrim. She'll be sexy Kourtney again in five minutes."

And if she's not, Kris? Will you disown her for missing out on an opportunity to shill for such an unhealthy weight loss product?

When it comes to her first grandchild, you'd think Jenner could go a week without shamelessly plugging a product. Then again, we're not sure why you'd think that. This is the Kardashian family, after all.

The former Mr. Britney Spears, a.k.a. Kevin Federline, opened up to Access Hollywood about his battle with depression, weight gain and his world-famous ex.

K-Fed will next a contestant on VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp. He says rumors that he gained weight to secure a spot on the weight loss show are false.

“They called me and they asked me if I wanted to do it and I had 24 hours to decide because the show started taping the day after that weekend,” he said.

“It just couldn’t have come at a better time.”

Married to Britney Spears for two years, Kevin said depression played a part in his overeating. “Once you're depressed, you don’t feel like doing anything," he said.

"You’re kind of discouraged about yourself and then the weight gain too, or that makes me more depressed. I mean, it’s a combination of all of those things.”

K-OVERFED is actually looking slimmer these days.

Kevin admitted that his divorce from Spears in 2006 played a part in his depression. Asked if he is at a place where he can be friends with Britney, he said yes.

“Yeah, I mean, I think as time goes on, it keeps getting better and better and better. I mean, I’m really happy the way that my life is going right now, I really am. I think, you know, I have come a long way. All of us have. The whole family."

“It’s gotten so much better from where we were,” he added. “I’m in the best possible scenario right now and I’m really happy for her. I’m very happy for her.”

Kevin Federline also commented that he can see himself getting married again in the future, and there could be more kids in his future ... maybe.

“I could see that,” he said. "I’ll let the young ones grow up first and we’ll see.”

Those mom jeans and fat Jessica Simpson pictures are so last year.

The singer ... actress ... whatever she is totally got back into killer shape again and she’s crediting boxing as having her reached her weight loss goals.

There's little doubt that Jessica's bod is rockin' again.

Exhibit A: The flattering black dress she stepped out in Wednesday night for a dinner date with friends in Los Angeles. Gotta give credit where due:

  • In Shape Jessica
  • Jess Gets Buff

The 2010 version of Jessica Simpson is leaner and meaner!

Jess Tweeted this week: "Boxing changed my life! I have so much energy and it cured my insomnia. Although I don't think I can get out of bed I'm SO sore."

Simpson, whose ex-loves include Nick Lachey, John Mayer and Tony Romo, is also reportedly happy and in love with her new flame, rocker Billy Corgan. Really.

We're glad she's doing better and not sitting around jamming candles in her ear. You can chalk up her big turnaround to boxing at the gym. The only drawback?

"Dear elderly man at the gym," she Tweets. "its hard 4 me 2 keep composure whilst punching at chipmunk speed when ur ball sack spills out of ur wind shorts."

You heard her, naked old guy at the gym. You're on notice.

He lost 245 pounds. Now he's gained a fiancee.

The famed Subway sandwich chain spokesperson popped the question to his girlfriend of one year, Katie McLaughlin, a teacher, last November.

Luisana Loreley Lopilato de la Torre and Michael Buble

"She's been so wonderful and caring. She's the most supportive woman," says Fogle, who proposed near Indiana University, their alma mater.

"I couldn't ask for more."

Congratulations, Jared the Subway guy!

Katie McLaughlin and Jared Fogle plan to exchange vows this summer. But not before Fogle gets back into shape after letting himself go a bit.

Dude gained more than 40 pound last year. Granted, that's a far cry from 245, but he's still disappointed in himself looking to run it back off.

"I look at it as a little bit of a hiccup," Fogle says, blaming "not exercising as much as I should and not paying attention to what I was eating."

Now on track with a disciplined 2,000-calorie-a-day diet, Jared Fogle is also training for a marathon this fall in an effort to keep up the fight.

"I'm going to look darn good in those wedding pictures!" he says.

It's a new year, and that means a new fitness plan for Jessica Simpson. The alleged singer, actress and VH1 reality star says she's got a new workout passion.

She posted on Twitter earlier this week, "Just got done boxing. Second day in a row... Have I lost my marbles?" No. That would imply she once had marbles.

The star, who is scheduled to appears in VH1's The Price of Beauty this year, has been chronicling her gym routine on Twitter. She must really be bored.

"Why am I still hurting from our workout earlier? I'm getting old!" she wrote, adding that she has "sore buns." Imagine her brains after all that Tweeting.

Jessica Simpson is looking pretty good these days at least.

Last year was an up-and-down one for the singer's career - and weight. Looks like she's determined not to have people ripping apart Jessica Simpson pictures in 2010.

Within a week of 2010, Kim Kardashian has already made more news than she did in all of 2009. Well, almost.

The socialite has posed for a new ad campaign, appeared on The Jay Leno Show and seems intent on taking back the Publicity Whore crown from her sisters.

Kim Kardashian for Haiti

What better way to do that than to drop 15 pounds via an unhealthy weight loss supplement and then to pose on the cover of any magazine that pays you to brag about this unnatural change to your body?

Enter the latest issue of OK! Weekly. It promises to reveal the "exclusive on how Kim shed the pounds and went from a 124 pounds to 109 and from a size 6 to a size 2!"

Of course, we all know the answer: she and Khloe sold their souls to QuickTrim. This cover shot must make all those hours of sitting on the toilet totally worth it...

In early 2009, Adam Lambert won over viewers on American Idol.

But that wasn't the singer's biggest victory to date.

In a new interview with OK! Weekly, Lambert opens up about his life-changing victory over obesity.

“I lost probably about forty pounds about ten years ago,” he said. “When I was in high school, I had bad eating habits. I ate a bunch of crap – a bunch of fast food and stuff. I learned more about what’s healthy and what’s not healthy. I used a little bit of self-control.”

Svelte Singer

After shedding the excess weight, how did Lambert feel?

“Oh, a hundred times better. Physically I felt better, but I also had better self-esteem and body image.”

Lambert added that he lacks the self-discipline to incorporate workouts into his daily routine, but we're not too worried about him. You'd be surprised how many calories can be burned by gyrating around on stage.
