A hundred pounds.

That's how overweight Gary Shirley of Teen Mom baby daddy fame is. And the pride of Anderson, Ind., vows that extra weight will come off. All of it.

Hey, you gotta aim high, and Gary has already dropped eight since he decided to start working out with a trainer two weeks ago. Just 92 to go man!

He's been working with Rodney Razor at Stay Fit 24 gym in his hometown. Currently weighing in at 320 lbs, Gary says he's going to cut that back to 220.

Gary's workout consists of intense cardio, treadmill and elliptical exercises, and weight training ... or as it's also known to fitness experts, "exercise."

His trainer also recommends a low-carb diet, stressing a healthy breakfast and eating every 3-4 hours, otherwise known to professionals as "diet."

"I definitely want to see him lose and I’ll do everything in my power to see it happen, but it just takes commitment on his part," the trainer said.

If his relationship with Amber Portwood is any indication, it's an uphill climb.

Earlier this month, rumors sprung up that Khloe Kardashian might be pregnant.

Not because anyone referred to her as fat. But because she wore an unusually flowing dress to a public event; because that's the route her sister took when she signed on for a spin-off; and because her siblings didn't flat out deny the chatter.

Naturally, though, Khloe has used this talk to once again whine about her weight, doing so in a video posted to her blog.

"I feel like no matter what I do, I never look good enough to everybody else," Kardashian says. "I think my weight is my biggest lifetime struggle. It's not the biggest thing in life, but it does get you down sometimes."

Fortunately, when these dour moods strike, Khloe can count the money she's made by posing for tabloid covers that hype up her awesome bikini body. So that helps a little.

Is Holly Madison overweight?

The former Playmate told Radar Online in a recent interview that producers of Peepshow in Las Vegas made it a clear a little while ago that they'd like her to shed a few pounds.

"It was a shock," Holly says of the request. "I just feel like I market myself as a sex symbol, I don't market myself as a fitness model or a professional dancer so I feel like the way I look is fine!"

Saying she has altered her eating habits a bit and "lost a few pounds," Madison is still deciding just how much she needs to slim down.

Do you think Holly needs to lose weight?

Raven-Symoné has lost a considerable amount of weight.

But even when showing off a svelte figure at last week's People's Choice Awards and donning a cleavage-baring top, the young actress said she never felt ashamed of her body.

"I thought I looked fabulous before and nobody else did," she told People. "So, whatever."

The former That's So Raven star says she's still getting comfortable with her figure.

"Actually, now I wear bigger clothes because I don't like the way people stare at me. I liked it before. Now, you're just looking at me for the wrong reasons. Before, you were actually looking at me for a real reason."

Either way, Justin Bieber has taken notice. He Tweeted on Friday: "Raven-Symone would you like to dance with me?"

Best known for her role on Full House, Candace Cameron Bure admits in a new memoir: she never had a full stomach.

The actress struggled with bulimia for many years, beginning after the aforementioned show concluded in 1995.

Cellulite vs. Britney

"It's a very dangerous cycle that can just start to consume your life and really take over," Bure told People of the disease, which she recounts in Reshaping It All."It wasn't about me trying to lose weight. It was all about emotions."

Candace is now married to NHL player Valeri Bure and says exercise with her three children - ages 8 to 12 - helps her maintain a healthy lifestyle.

This memoir will hit stores in January.

For the 79th time this year, a Kardashian sister graces the cover of a tabloid in a story about weight loss.

Admitting that she weighs a scant 95 pounds and continuing to send the message to young girls that you absolutely must shed any excess fat ASAP, Kourtney Kardashian gives an interview to OK! Weekly in which she doles out truly revolutionary advice.

What was her post-birth weight-loss secret?
"I try to make healthier choices.”

What are her vices?
"Oreo Double Stuffs, but I’ll have two instead of eating a box of them. And I love chips! I like Sour Cream & Onion Ruffles and [Scott Disick] always buys me the mini Hostess Donettes because I’m obsessed with them.”

Sigh. Sarah Palin is back in the news again.

For whatever reason, the ex-Alaska Governor took First Lady Michelle Obama and her efforts to improve childhood nutrition to task on Laura Ingraham's radio show.

Carrie Fisher Pre-Weight Loss

We know conservatives believe in smaller government, and there are strong cases to be made for that philosophy. Attacking Michelle's nutrition initiative, though?

Sarah Palin is not a fan of Michelle Obama's anti-obesity efforts.

Of the First Lady, Palin told Ingraham that "I think she has got a different worldview and she is not hesitant at all to share what her worldview is."

As for Sarah Palin's worldview, no one can make sense of it, but she does use big words like "exceptionalism" in the rant against Michelle below:

Rachael Leigh Cook feels pretty strongly about how some magazines alter images of celebrities, and how that impacts the unrealistic expectations of young girls.

At the Healthy Media for Youth Summit in DC, the She's All That star told Fox News about her own struggles with body image and food issues. Excerpts:

Carrie Fisher Pre-Weight Loss

On celebrity photos in magazines: "Nothing that you see is real, even if you look at what looks like a candid photo of someone, anything can be done."

Rachel Leigh Cook is not a fan of image altering.

On how this should be considered a crime: "It is false advertising and false advertising is a crime so why isn't this a crime? I'm just up in arms about it."

On weight gain while filming The Babysitter's Club at age 15: "I remember gaining a bit of weight on the first movie I worked on because, 'hey, free food!'"

On developing food issues as a result: "When you're in a transitional phase in your teenage years, I think it's a normal reaction to develop food issues."

Hmm. Maybe we know what happened to the Lady Gaga meat dress.

A photo from the Norwegian leg of Lady Gaga's Monster Ball tour appears to show the singing sensation and rumored hermaphrodite with a slightly fuller figure.

Lady Gaga Out Cover

Rather than being critical, we'd say that change is a good thing!

Is Lady Gaga a touch heavier lately? If so ... good for her.

While she still looks incredible in her costumes, gone is the stick-thin frame that prompted worries among fans - and sparked six hospitalizations in 2009 alone.

Lady Gaga has a history of struggling with her weight, and the "dangerous diets" the singer has dabbled in amid her rise to stardom may be largely responsible.

Gaga's performances Saturday and Sunday nights in Oslo weren't affected by her fuller figure, as she still rocked all night with a plethora of costume changes.

We're just glad that she's looking healthier.
