Competing for Brad Womack's attention on The Bachelor, Ashley Hebert turned to food to cope with the stress. Soon enough, she'd packed on 10 pounds.

For a petite, 5'2" girl, that's a fair amount.

Fortunately, Ashley changed her diet and exercise habits to lose the weight in time for her upcoming wedding to her dreamy mystery fiance (follow this link for The Bachelorette spoilers if you care to know who that is).

Ashley Hebert Tortured!

Those 10 pounds weren't the extent of Ashley's self-esteem battle.

Despite the misleading cover above (she was called those things as part of a comedy roast, after all), there's no question she has legitimate insecurities.

The way Bentley Williams messed with her, how could she not?

Fortunately, with the show behind her and a bright future ahead, things are looking up. Ashley Hebert is engaged, and mentally and physically, just so healthy!

“It’s a new, enlightened me. I’m happy. I’m in such a great place right now!” she says of her new body and her new life with the final rose winner.

The Bachelorette finale airs August 1.

Paris Hilton treats her body much better these days.

Back in the day, the ho-tel heiress says, "I was going out with my girlfriends all the time and dancing, having a lot of coffee and Red Bull. Being on the go, I would just grab fast food or skip meals because I was busy."

She weighed 105 pounds and fit into a size zero.

Very Pretty Paris

"She would be like, 'You're way too skinny. It doesn't look good,'" Hilton recalls. "I said, 'Mom, everyone is skinny in Hollywood. It's just the way it is.'"

"And she was like, 'No. It's not normal.'"

Good for Kathy for setting her straight. Also deserving of credit? Cy Waits, Paris' current boyfriend, who also helped Paris with her body image woes.

"He explained everything to me," Hilton says of Waits. "Now I only eat organic foods when we're at home. He makes me watch documentaries on food, and he makes me aware of what's good for your body because he's very into that."

Runaway bride Crystal Harris was called out by Holly Madison for living it up at Wet Republic in Las Vegas just days after dumping Hugh Hefner.

Harris' co-attendee in Sin City, Heidi Montag, also turned heads at the pool party.

Showing off a slender look she reportedly achieved by working out for 14 hours a day, Montag not only looks plastic, but slightly anemic now:

Gaunt and Plastic

Heidi Montag, who had countless plastic surgery procedures done in 2009-10 (we really did lose count), debuted her new "look" at Wet Republic.

"I've been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I've been working out really hard because I had this pool party," she said.

"I was like, I have to be in shape. I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I've ever been because I've kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband [Spencer Pratt] and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape."

Botox Barbie says she went from 130 pounds to 103.

"I've been running a lot, and doing weights," the former reality star said. We can see that. It's not like she has any sort of career to take up time.

Jennifer Hudson has shed 80 pounds over the last year or so, accomplishing the sort of weight loss goals many women dream about.

How did the Weight Watchers spokeswoman do it? You'll have to buy her upcoming book to find out.

The former American Idol finalist and Oscar winner will pen a memoir that chronicles her "experience growing up in an environment where healthy living was not a priority," according to a statement by publishing company Dutton.

Rapper Fat Joe's new single is called "Drop a Body."

That's appropriate, since he pretty much has. The hip-hopper, best known for his #1 single "Lean Back" with Remy Ma, recently dropped 88 pounds.

That's on top of 72 he had already shed from his peak weight of 425 (you can see how he got his name). Joe is now down to a respectable 265!

Fat Joe now and just three short years ago.

The reason is simple: "I can't leave my daughter behind," he says of of 5-year-old Azaryah. "I want to be here for her; I don't want to die on her."

Joe says he dropped the weight over the past nine months by working out two hours a day with a trainer, and by sticking to healthier foods.

After seven of his friends in their 30s passed away last year due to heart attacks, Fat Joe turned around his life. But will he change his name?

"They're all trying to alter my name," he laughed, "but I can't see myself as anything else ... I think I gotta ask Diddy what my new name is."

LeAnn Rimes wants critics of her lean bikini body to know one thing: she's fine.

The country star says all the "hoopla about my body" – which intensified after photos of her in a bikini emerged from her recent honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas with Eddie Cibrian – has been hurtful and unnecessary.

"People are calling me bulimic or anorexic," she tells People, "and these are real, serious issues and diseases – that I don't have."

"For someone who is healthy, who works hard for my body, it's very frustrating," she adds. "I work out and take care of myself, but not in an over-obsessive way."

Adds her trainer, Michael Jackson at Equinox in Woodland Hills, Calif.: "My primary concern with her is that she's toned and healthy. And she is."

LeAnn Rimes is taking on the haters again.

For the second time this spring, the washed-up singer has responded to a Twitter follower who thinks LeAnn ought to increase her food intake. Regarding the following photo, someone wrote to Rimes:

"Whoa, you're scary skinny! Sorry don't mean to offend but that's a lot of bones showing through skin."

Rimes, condescendingly, disagrees.

"Those are called abs not bones, love," she shot back. "This is my body, and I can promise you I'm a healthy girl. I'm just lean."

New husband and The Playboy Club star, Eddie Cibrian, likely agrees. But do you? Is Rimes underweight?

Ciara is certainly no stranger to revealing fashion, so it's not shocking that the R&B singer feels quite at ease wearing anything ... or nothing!

"I feel the sexiest when I'm by myself, walking around nude," the 25-year-old says. "I have this new obsession with nudity, it's really weird."

"It may sound weird, but I just really love embracing the body."

Weird, perhaps ... but weird in a hot way!

Although Ciara works out five days a week and tries to "eat clean" most of the time, her goal isn't to become thin, just to stay in relatively good shape. "I would never advise somebody to be so strict to where you don't enjoy yourself," she says.

If you missed it, Olivia Ward won The Biggest Loser last night.

She and her sister, fellow finalist Hannah Curlee, had already won big before the final results were even unveiled. The combined weight they lost is nearly what Olivia alone weighed at the start of The Biggest Loser’s 11th season!

In an interview with OK!, the ladies discussed their journey.

Olivia Ward, Hannah Curlee

Tipping the scales at 261 pounds, Olivia, a married  opera singer, had been told by her doctor that she might never bear children if she didn’t change her life.

That was enough to spur her into action.

She went on the weight-loss show and did just that with Hannah (who, by age 32, had ballooned to 248 pounds) by her side, dropping half her body weight!

Not only did that earn her a $250,000 prize and bragging rights, but something all the more important - self-respect, and the feeling that she's in control.

Hines Ward was named the Dancing With the Stars winner Tuesday night.

Olivia Ward, no relation, was also a big winner - on The Biggest Loser!

Although they started this season of the NBC show as an under-the-radar twosome, sisters Ward (second from left, below) and Hannah Curlee became breakout stars following a sensational run during the trip to New Zealand earlier this year.

All her hard work paid off last night!

Also in the final four ahead of the finale were Irene Alvarado and Jay Jacobs, who vied for America's vote and the right to compete for the ultimate prize.

Joining Hannah and Olivia in an all-female final three was Irene, who became a best buddy to the Purple Team during the season. Among them, a winner emerged.

After an incredible 129-lb. weight loss over a span of eight months, New York City opera singer Olivia Ward was crowned Season 11's Biggest Loser.
