FOX Sportscaster Josh Booty was arrested this morning on DUI charges - and was so uncooperative that he had to be tased, bro!

Law enforcement sources say Booty was taken to the Orange County Jail, where he was booked - and that's when he went completely bonkers.

Orange County Sheriff's spokesperson Jim Amormino told TMZ that Josh Booty became "belligerent and uncooperative" during the booking process.

Amormino says his deputies assessed the situation and were forced to use a taser - "less than lethal force" - to contain the broadcaster.

After being tased, Josh Booty fell to the ground, hitting his head on the floor and cracking it open. He was taken to a hospital and stitched up.

Josh Booty, a former star at LSU and backup quarterback for the Browns, is the older brother of current USC quarterback John David Booty.

He was taken to jail, patted down and searched, and told to pick up his clothes, but Josh wasn't having any of it, telling deputies, "Give me a minute bro ... f**k!"

Deputies forced his hands behind his back and when Josh attempted to pull his arms back around and took an aggressive stance, the fight was on!

Because of Josh Booty's size, strength and level of intoxication, deputies were unable to control him. They tazed him to no avail - he wasn't even fazed.

So, what to do? Taze him again! That's when Josh Booty fell, cracked his head open, and was taken to the hospital. Goodness, what a night.

Heidi Fleiss and some dude who may or may not have been planning on hitting that were arrested this afternoon in Pahrump, Nevada.

Yes, that is a real place.

Police there got a call warning them of a possible drunk driver. When Nye County Sheriff's deputies pulled the car over, they discovered it was being driven by none other than Heidi Fleiss, the famed "Hollywood Madam."

During the traffic stop, police found prescription narcotics for which Heidi Fleiss was unable to produce a valid prescription.

Fleiss' passenger, John Owen, was also arrested for allegedly possessing a controlled substance and for possession of marijuana.

Heidi Fleiss, who we have to say is lookin' pretty damn good these days, has been charged with driving without a license, possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription, being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of a controlled substance. But that's all!

The renowned pimp is planning on opening so-called "Heidi Fleiss' Stud Farms" in Nye County, Nev., where brothels are legal. Heidi currently operates a laundromat called "Dirty Laundry" in Pahrump. Really. She does.

Katie Rees found a new way to use her body last night.

The former Miss Nevada was arrested in Las Vegas for allegedly assaulting a police officer, TMZ reports.

The walking beauty pageant scandal was pulled over for a traffic violation. What went down? Well, it wasn't Rees, for a change. But when cops attempted to arrest her, Katie began to elbow and kick them.

Police said they were just gonna cite Rees, but when she went all Mary Delgado on them, they had to take her in. FOX5 in Las Vegas broke the story.

Rees, of course, was famously stripped of her crown after she stripped down for a number of quasi lesbian photos that surfaced online.

Kumari Fulbright has competition. Not for craziest beauty queen. She'll own that crown for awhile.

But Kim Mattingly is challenging Fulbright for creepiest, most whacked out mug shot - and the estranged, soon-to-be ex wife of baseball great Don Mattingly is putting up quite the battle. Take a look:

Kim Mattingly really, really wanted her cell phone back.

Now, here's the story behind the loony image: Kim was arrested last week after she confronted Donnie Baseball at their Evansville, Indiana home.

She accused the former Gold Glove first baseman of taking her cell phone. Naturally, this caused Kim - according to the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Department - to scream in an "unsteady" and "abusive" manner. She was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Don Mattingly resigned a few weeks ago as hitting coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers, citing "family problems." That's an understatement!

Perrie Cataldo brought viewers to tears last night with his story of being a single father, one whose baby's mama was killed two years ago for being "at the wrong place, at the wrong time, with the wrong people, doing the wrong thing."

Now, however, it sounds as though this American Idol hopeful wasn't always in the right place, either.

TMZ has obtained an arrest record revealing that Cataldo - after being kicked out of a bar for fighting - carried a handgun back inside the joint in Glendale, Arizona in 2006. According to the arresting officer, Cataldo was "concealing" the gun under his clothing, confronted by security and arrested.

Cataldo plead no contest to carrying a concealed weapon (a misdemeanor) and was fined $568. FOX had no comment, but allow us to say:

We hope Perrie gets the chance to turn his life around. After all, Antonella Barba didn't get bounced from the show for her past with a weapon a certain male friend had been concealing underneath his clothing.

Few can match Lil' Wayne in terms of pure mug shot production.

Snoop Dogg and Riley Giles. That's it. Kumari Fulbright may have the best single celebrity mug shot, but she's not as prolific as the aforementioned duo.

But that's another debate. Back to Lil' Wayne's most recent run-in with the law, which occurred last night and produced this pair of mug shot gems...

Law enforcement officials say that Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., was arrested near Yuma, Arizona last night on three felony counts:

1. Possession of dangerous drugs
2. Possession of narcotics
3. Possession of drug paraphernalia

No clue how exactly #1 differs from #2, but TMZ says the Drug Enforcement Agency was involved in the troubled rapper's arrest. That means it's not a Lil' Problem - which we hear is the name of Wayne's cousin.

The rapper is in the custody of the Yuma County Sheriff's Department, where he'll be held pending his arraignment at 9:00 a.m. PST.

UPDATE: Lil' Wayne has been hit with some big charges - namely possession of cocaine, ecstasy and drug paraphernalia. He could be in jail a lil' while.

Wayne was arrested with two others who have been charged with possession of marijuana. Cops say they found 105 grams of pot, 29 grams of cocaine and 41 grams of ecstasy on his tour bus - after it stopped at a Border Patrol checkpoint.

Police also found $22,000 in cash and a 40-caliber pistol, but Lil Wayne evidently does have a permit to carry a concealed weapon in Florida. They are checking to see if that carries over to Arizona. A judge set his bond at $10,000.

Lil Wayne was also arrested in Idaho last year for possession of drugs.

Roger Avary has managed to make Sidney Blumenthal look like a responsible citizen.

Avary - an Academy Award-winning screenwriter for Pulp Fiction and scribe behind the recent film Beowulf - was arrested for drunk driving in Ventura County over the weekend. That's bad enough. But it gets much worse.

The moron crashed his car in the process, causing his wife, Gretchen Avary, to be ejected from the vehicle; she was later transported to Ojai Valley Community Hospital, where she's listed in stable condition.

But one of the passengers wasn't so fortunate: Andreas Zini died.

Avary was booked into Ventura County Jail and charged with manslaughter and DUI. He was later released on $50,000 bail.

Lock him up: Roger Avary got drunk, drove, crashed and killed a man.

Look out, Kamari Fulbright, you have a bit of company for this year's Best Act of Violence Against a Boyfriend Award.

Elyse Sewell - from the first season of America's Next Top Model - and her boyfriend, Marty Crandall from The Shins, were arrested on Friday night for domestic abuse.

Elyse Sewell documented the stunning development on her blog:

On the drive home from Albuquerque to Portland, my ex-boyfriend got s-itfaced and roughed me up in a Sacramento hotel. I escaped from the room through a blitzkrieg of violence and talked to hotel security, who called the fuzz.

Because he had a bite mark, inflicted in self-defense, on his arm, Marty told the police to PRESS CHARGES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AGAINST ME. Now I am a felon. Jailors. America's Next Top Model fans, all. As the warden took pics of my bloody knuckles for evidence (!!!! evidence!), he quipped, "So there goes that hand modeling job, huh? What's Tyra going to say about this?"

And here is how I was summoned from the holding cell for a strip-search, complete with a thorough plumbing of the boodissy: "Hey, Supermodel! Git over here!"

Elyse Sewell was bailed out, but Martin Crandall remains in jail; both must stick around Sacramento until their court hearing tomorrow.

We can't say who is at fault here, but we can appreciate anyone that uses the words "blitzkrieg" and "fuzz" in an account of events such as this.

Say hello to Kumari Fulbright. The Arizona law student was crowned Miss Pima County in 2005 and Miss Desert Sun in 2006.

The pageant contestant also competed for Miss Arizona both those years - and was recently arrested for torturing and kidnapping her boyfriend.

Kumari Fulbright was arrested for holding her boyfriend captive and threatening to murder him. In her defense, the dude did leave the toilet seat up quite often and insisted on watching SportsCenter instead of Gossip Girl.

Last month, Kumari Fulbright and three men reportedly robbed her 24-year-old boyfriend. But that wasn't nearly enough for them:

They kept the man captive for 10 hours at two different Arizona residences, with court documents stating that Kumari bit him several times, stuck a knife near his ear and threatened to kill him while pointing a gun in his direction.

Eventually, the victim grabbed for her gun, set it off and managed to escape during the fray. There's really nothing to add to this astounding news, except to say: your move, Tara Conner!

It never stops. The new Miss Missouri USA, Candice Crawford, was recently cited in Columbia, Mo., as a minor in possession of alcohol.

Somewhere, fellow embattled beauty queens Tara Conner, Katie Blair, Ingrid Marie Rivera, Amy Polumbo, Valerie Begue and Katie Rees are smiling.

And quite possibly getting their drink on!

Candice Crawford, a junior and broadcast journalism major at the University of Missouri-Columbia, is the sister of Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford.

With her December, 2007 citation for underage possession of alcohol, 20-year-old Candice Crawford became the latest beauty queen to make celebrity gossip news.

The Columbia Missourian's police blotter reads simply:

Candice Crawford, 20, was cited for suspicion of minor in possession at 12:08 a.m. March 16 at Tonic in the 100 block of South Ninth Street.
