While Bret Michaels searches for romance on Rock of Love, another member of '80s hair band Poison is going about it in a different manner.

Rikki Rockett was arrested on a rape warrant issued out of Mississippi as he arrived at LAX after getting off a flight from New Zealand.

According to the L.A. Daily News, Rikki Rockett, 46, was arrested on Monday at the airport and then booked into the Los Angeles County Jail.

Rockett was held on a strong-arm rape warrant stemming from Neshoba County, Missisippi, and appears to have been released from L.A. County custody.

Details about the warrant were not immediately available. Messages left with state police officials in Mississippi have so far been unanswered.

Rockett was born Richard Ream (really!) in Mechanicsburg, Pa., where he worked as a hairdresser, lifeguard, dishwasher, EMT and a suit salesman before he co-founded the band Poison with still-infamous vocalist Bret Michaels.

In random news, in late 1993, Rikki discovered that Poison guitarist Richie Kotzen was having a relationship with Rockett's fiancee at the time, Deanna Eve.

Kotzen was fired following this incident.

This is obviously a sad story, but Richie Sambora no longer has the Washed Up '80s Rockers Facing Legal Problems Club all to himself this week, at least.

Officially joining the illustrious celebrity mug shot club last night, Richie Sambora was arrested for DUI in Laguna Beach, Calif. Nice work man!

Law enforcement sources say the 48-year-old Bon Jovi guitarist was pulled over by the Laguna Beach police just before 11:00 p.m. last night.

Cops observed him driving erratically in a black Hummer and pulled him over. He failed numerous field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI.

At the station Richie Sambora opted to take a blood test rather than blow into a breathalyzer. Laguna Beach PD say there's no indication of drugs.

Richie Sambora was released around 4:00 a.m. this morning.

There was a female passenger in the car at the time of the arrest, but, TMZ reports this afternoon that "she's not a celebrity." Rumors, currently unconfirmed, have indicated that the female in question may be Sambora's daughter, Ava, 10.

In 2007, Richie had not one, but two stints in rehab.

Gosh. And here we thought we knew Richie. What would Lauren Conrad think of Heather Locklear's ex driving like a madman through her hometown? Just be glad Sambora didn't go all Mel Gibson on any law enforcement peeps afterwards ...

Ashley Dupre, a.k.a. Spitzer Girl, went crazy in Florida for "Girls Gone Wild," as we reported earlier (and as Joe Francis was willing to pay $1M for her to do, before realizing he already had mucho archive footage of her).

That's funny enough, but it gets weirder (and skeevier). Ashley may have been underage when she was filmed naked on the "Girls Gone Wild" bus.

Her lawyer, Don Buchwald, says Ashley Dupre was born April 30, 1985, and the footage was shot between March 13 and March 20, 2003, making her ... 17!

But "Girls Gone Wild" CEO Joe Francis says even if she was 17, Florida and Federal law permits her to be filmed in any state of undress ... as long as she consents and there is no "sexual contact." Joe says (he would know) there was none.

However, in a statement, Joe Francis says GGW has a "corporate policy" not to use girls under 18, and thus has "delayed the release of [Ashley Dupre] nude footage on the Internet and are investigating the matter."

Somewhere, Eric Stapelman is smiling. Not just because he likes nude photos of hot girls, but because Francis is certainly shadier and more disliked than him.

Just 22 years old, Ashley Alexandra Dupre (better known as Kristen), is an unwitting star in a steamy drama that took down New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer.

Kristen, described in an affidavit as having a February 13 rendezvous with Eliot Spitzer at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, has spent the last few days in her ninth-floor rental in an upscale New York apartment.

According to the New York Times, Ashley Alexandra Dupre made a brief appearance in court Monday as a witness in the case against four people charged with operating the infamous prostitution ring known as Emperor's Club V.I.P.

In a series of telephone interviews Tuesday and today, Ashley Alexandra Dupre said she had slept little over the past week due to the stress from the case.

"I just don't want to be thought of as a monster," the pretty New Jersey native - 5-foot-5 and 105 pounds - said as she revealed the tiniest tidbits of her story.

Born Ashley Youmans but now known as Ashley Alexandra Dupre or "Kristen," she spoke softly, with good humor, and added with significant understatement:

"This has been a very difficult time. It is complicated."

Ashley Alexandra Dupre has not been charged as of this post.

The lawyer appointed to represent her, Don D. Buchwald, told a judge in court on Monday that she was subpoenaed to testify in a grand jury investigation.

Eliot Spitzer, who is married to Silda Spitzer and has three teenage daughters, announced today that he will resign as governor effective Monday.

New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer spoke out Monday, admitting to a shocking story which reported that he's been linked to a prostitution ring.

"I have acted in a way that violates my obligation to my family ... I apologize first, most importantly, to my family, I apologize to the public," said Spitzer.

"I must now dedicate some time to regain the trust of my family," he also said, adding he would not be taking any questions.

Spitzer did not state whether he would step down as governor, but said he would be "reporting back in short order" on what he intended to do.

The Democratic Governor of New York, Eliot Spitzer (with wife Slida), had aspirations of being president one day, many thought. Now his career is in peril.

The New York Times reported that Spitzer informed his most senior officials that he had been involved in a prostitution ring, as was determined by a wiretap.

CNN, said that Spitzer was identified as a client of the ring, which is upscale and expensive. CNN quoted a price of $3,000 an hour.

The 48-year-old has been married since 1987 to Silda Wall. They have three children: Alyssa, 18, Sarabeth, 15, and Jenna, 13.

Spitzer graduated from Harvard Law and became an assistant district attorney before entering private practice. He was elected attorney general in 1998.

Elected governor in 2006, Spitzer promised sweeping reforms. One of the rising stars of the Democratic party, his aspirations may have just evaporated.

This bombshell was just about the only thing that could pry the nation away from the race between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama - and make it seem tame.

We thought Gummi Bear getting popped for cocaine possession would be the best D-list celebrity arrest of the day, but Steve-O took issue.

The venerable Jackass actor was arrested on drug charges, an LAPD spokesperson said, and is currently kickin' it old school in the slammer.

Officers were first called the scene at 5 a.m. this morning after hearing Steve-O was vandalizing the walls of his own apartment.

"It appears there were holes in the common wall adjacent to a neighbor," a police spokesperson said. We know the feeling, man.

Drugs were found at Steve-O's place after police arrived.

TMZ reports that Steve-O (real name Stephen Glover) was initially held in a citizen's arrest and that bail has not yet been set.

Strange behavior is nothing new for the Jackass jackass.

Way back in the day, in May 2003, he was jailed for five days in Sweden after joking about smuggling drugs in the country.

Two months after that ordeal, Steve-O was charged with disorderly conduct at a Lollapalooza concert in Pennsylvania.

Here's hoping for more posts about Steve-O naked and/or getting thrown in jail. This clown makes for some comical celebrity gossip!

It's been so long since our last Gummi Bear sighting.

Back then, he was just doing his thing - taking vacations even though he has no job, flipping off celeb gossip media, looking portly.

This weekend, however? Jason Davis was busted for cocaine.

The grandson of the late oil tycoon Marvin Davis and the brother of Brandon "Greasy Bear" Davis was stopped by LAPD traffic cops on Friday night.

Cops tell TMZ that they found a controlled substance on his person - and then arrested Gummi Bear and threw his ass in jail at around 7:30 p.m.

Jason Davis was booked at 4 a.m. Law enforcement officers say he called a person he said was his stepfather who came at about 1:30 p.m. on Saturday and posted $10,000 bail. Hard to imagine where he came up with the cash.

Law enforcement sources later reported to the media that the controlled substance Jason Davis was busted with was, in fact, cocaine.

Poor Gummi Bear. Reports say the ursine specimen got popped by LAPD on Ventura Blvd. in Van Nuys, Calif., and is due back in court on March 10.

This is shaping up to be a record year for celebrity mug shots!

The latest addition to the gallery? Drum roll please... Ne-Yo!

According to TMZ, the R&B singer (real name Shaffer Smith) was popped on February 19 while driving recklessly in Cobb County, Georgia.

He was not under the influence at the time, but Ne-Yo was arrested for reckless driving and for not having a valid license. Off the chain, dog.

He may or many not have been on the run from the Baldness Police ...

Maybe this Ne-Yo mug shot will get him an endorsement deal with Rogaine.

We can only hope this recent arrest doesn't hold Ne-Yo back from more stirring collaborations like his recent duet with Rihanna. My, how that voice moves us.

We already knew that Aaron Carter was in love with Kaci Brown.

Now, it turns out that Nick Carter's little brother also has an affection for Mary Jane!

Aaron was arrested yesterday in Kimble County, Texas with at least two ounces of marijuana. TMZ has confirmed Aaron was pulled over on I-10 for speeding. When police searched his vehicle, they found enough pot to make Matthew McConaughey jealous.

Aaron will be arraigned later today.

Aaron Carter better hope he comes across this tough in prison. We can only imagine what happens to boy band singers behind bars...

Turns out Bai Ling was busted by LAX Airport police yesterday after allegedly stealing two magazines and a pack of batteries from a gift shop.
