A week after Whole Foods yanked all Skinnygirl Margarita products off its shelves, a class action lawsuit has been filed against the brand most associated with Bethenny Frankel.

As first reported by TMZ, Reneta Bonar claims she and millions of other consumers have been fooled by Beam Global Spirits for making "deceptive statements" on the bottle of Skinnygirl, specifically the label that reads "ALL NATURAL."

San Diego police said on Friday that Rebecca Zahau's death was caused by her suicide, but what was only referenced and not revealed until this point was a mysterious message she left in the home of Jonah Shacknai.

Medical Examiner Investigator Dana Gary has since told San Diego's CBS News 8 that the suicide note was painted in black on the bedroom door. The paint was found on Zahau's hands and the rope around her neck.

Soulja Boy's anti-military rap is, not surprisingly, drawing fire from the U.S. Armed Forces. What is somewhat surprising is to see a retired Army sergeant leading the charge with a response to the controversial song in rap form!

Leo Dunson, a five-year combat veteran, recorded the trac, "Change Your Name" after hearing Soulja Boy's "Let's Be Real." Basically, Dunson - who raps under the name Sgt. Dunson - comes at Soulja early and often (NSFW lyrics):

Amanda Knox is back in court in Italy, appealing her conviction for the 2007, high-profile murder of Meredith Kercher, whose sister publicly appealed for justice.

Knox and Kercher were college exchange students - Knox from Seattle, Kercher from the UK - when Meredith was foun  murdered in the Italian house they shared.
