Mel Gibson is considering suing screenwriter Joe Eszterhas for secretly recording him at his home in Costa Rica, then releasing the audio, according to TMZ.

The actor believes he has a "basic human right" NOT to be secretly recorded in his own home, which is a fair argument ... but did Eszterhas break the law?

The producers of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are not exactly coming up roses in a new lawsuit from two African-Americans who auditioned last year.

They were turned down, allegedly, because of their race.

The comedian sent out a Tweet over the weekend that included two photos and a caption. In the first image, she's joined by boyfriend Alec Sulkin and a puffed out belly. In the second, her stomach has returned to its regular size and it's accompanied by the words:
