Last week, an inmate named Dexter Isaac said music producer James Rosemond paid him $2,500 in 1994 to rob iconic rapper Tupac Shakur.

That may or may not be true, but Rosemond was arrested yesterday on different charges: the head of Czar Entertainment has been booked for narcotics distribution and money laundering.

Incredibly, Rosemond and Isaac will likely end up in the same prison, at least temporarily, as the latter will be held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center.

"I don't think the bureau of prisons will allow them to be in the same cell or in the same unit," Rosemond's attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, told E! News.

Hey, yo, Scott Hall is headed to jail.

The former WWE/WCW/TNA star will spend two days behind bars for his role in a Florida bar argument last May, as Hall was arrested for being uncooperative with police when they intervened to stop him from screaming at fellow patrons.

Yesterday, a judge in Seminole County sentenced Hall to 10 days in prison for the incident, reducing that figure to two days for time served.

Hall played a key role in arguably the most shocking wrestling event on record: when Hulk Hogan turned heel at the 1996 Bash at the Beach. Watch the video above to relive that iconic moment.

Roger Ebert set off a firestorm of controversy yesterday with a single Tweet about Ryan Dunn, the Jackass star who perished in a car accident early Monday.

"Friends don't let jackasses drink and drive." That's all Ebert wrote, but the timing and word choice upset many, including Dunn's best friend Bam Margera.

Ebert's Facebook page has since been disabled and the film critic has been widely criticized by many on Twitter. In a new blog post, he explains the Tweet:

  • Roger Ebert Pic
  • RIP Ryan Dunn

"To begin with, I offer my sympathy to Ryan Dunn's family and friends, and to those of Zachary Hartwell, who also died in the crash," Ebert writes.

"I mean that sincerely. It is tragic to lose a loved one. I regret that my tweet about the event was considered cruel. It was not intended as cruel."

"It was intended as true. I meant exactly what I wrote. I wasn't calling Ryan Dunn a jackass. I was referring to his association with Jackass. I thought that was clear."

"Note that Bam Margera uses the word 'jackass' in the same way in his tweet."

Ebert goes on to further explain the context of what he said:

Courtney Stodden is a 16-year old who married a 51-year old, veteran actor Doug Hutchison.

But the aspiring singer's mother sees nothing wrong with this union, giving it her full blessing in a statement released soon after news of the couple's May 20th wedding went public this week:

"We are totally supportive of this marriage," said Krista Stodden, who had to sign off to make it legal. "Doug is a wonderful man and we love him. They are very much in love and we are so supportive of this. Courtney was a virgin when she married Doug. She is a good Christian girl."

Mrs. Stodden also wants to set the record straight about her daughter's body, adding: "She has real breasts, real lips, she's not plastic."

Awww, so as you can see, Courtney and Doug are just two people who met, fell in love and... wait, what?!?

What do you think of the relationship between Stodden - whose career, based on the video above, needs all the help it can get - and Hutchison?

R&B singer Nivea Hamilton (a.k.a. Nivea) was arrested for DUI in Atlanta this weekend after driving her into a tree with a child in the vehicle.

Usually not a good situation.

The drama began after Nivea, who is believed to be Lil Wayne's baby mama #4, left a nearby wedding reception for her friend Toya Carter (Weezy's baby mama #1), where she also hung out with Lauren London (#3). Standard.

Nivea was on the road around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday when she plowed her Mercedes into a tree that had fallen into the road during a recent storm.

When cops arrived, Nivea had "bloodshot, glassy eyes and smelled like alcohol." Nivea told police she only had three drinks earlier in the evening.

Whatever she had, she didn't see the bright yellow police tape and traffic cones directing cars away from the downed tree, and drilled that piece.

Nivea was eventually arrested on suspicion of DUI and reckless driving. The child in the car was not injured and was released to Nivea's boyfriend.

See, R. Kelly. When you urinate on 14-year old girls during sex, there's always a price to pay...

Jeff Kwatinetz, the former manager of this R&B singer, has filed lawsuit against his ex-client, alleging that Kelly screwed him out of over $1 million in commission.

In the suit, as first reported by TMZ, Kwatinetz argues he "guided Kelly through the recording of two new albums, substantial multi-million dollar tours... a book deal, and a myriad of other appearances and events" during 2008, as the artist was forging a comeback following numerous personal and legal issues.

However, Kelly "refused to pay" the 15% commission owed to his manager, according to documents.

Jackass star Ryan Dunn died earlier today and already, film critic Roger Ebert took him to task over reports that he drank before getting behind the wheel.

Dunn's drinking buddy claims Ryan had at least three beers and three "girly shots" before hitting the road. He was driving when he crashed and passed away.

Ebert, of all people, had this to say this afternoon:

Ebert TweetSources say Ryan Dunn spent four hours in Barnaby's of America in West Chester, Pa., before he got behind the wheel of his Porsche this morning.

One of his friends says Dunn had three beers and three shots between 10:30 p.m. and 2:10 a.m., but he was "not too drunk to drive."

However, according to another person who was inside the bar that night, Dunn was "wasted" and "had a lot to drink."

Either way, what's your take on Ebert's Tweet?

Because the entire Anthony Weiner ordeal wasn't wild and weird enough...

During the former Congressman's resignation press conference last week, Benjy Bronk - an employee of Howard Stern - heckled the disgraced politician, asking questions such as: "Are you more than seven inches? Will you maintain your hot physique and smooth sexy chest?"

Following an alleged physical altercation with the mother of one of his children, rapper Tone Loc was arrested for domestic violence over the weekend.

The 45-year-old, best known for '80s rap hits "Wild Thing" and "Funky Cold Medina," was arrested around 2:45 p.m. on Saturday in Burbank, Calif.

It was reported that Tone posted $50,000 bail and was released from jail after three hours. Police did not reveal who the alleged victim was.

Perhaps known for his gravelly voice and laid-back attitude, Tone Loc's pair of #1 singles both came from his 1989 debut, Loc-ed After Dark.

A less successful follow-up, Cool Hand Loc, dropped in '91. That was about it.

After his music career cooled off, the rapper used his unmistakable voice to launch a second career as a voiceover star and sometime actor.

Last December, Loc was arrested for DUI, but his manager said he does not drink and it was a seizure that caused him to drive erratically.

Tone has yet to comment publicly on this weekend's arrest.

Actress Estella Warren, who was charged with DUI and resisting arrest in an alleged hit-and-run last month, has entered a residential treatment facility.

She is wearing an alcohol-detecting SCRAM bracelet, Lindsay Lohan style.

"She wants to prove she isn't drinking," her attorney, Darren Kavinoky, said. "She's committed to making the situation right and moving on in an appropriate way."

The former Planet of the Apes star, 32, is looking at up to six months in jail on four misdemeanor charges that also include battery on a police officer. Wow.

Warren crashed her Prius into three other cars last month and hit an officer who tried to arrest her. She checked herself into rehab shortly thereafter.

"This scenario can be the catalyst for significant change," Kavinoky says. "Estella's attitude towards this is awesome. She's more than accepting. She's embracing the personal opportunities that have come from this."

Here's hoping she keeps it up.
