Michael Pedicone is no longer the drummer for My Chemical Romance, a decision the band arrived at today after the musician allegedly stole a bunch of items from the group following its show in Washington on Thursday night.

A message on the artists' website said Pedicone was caught "red handed" and that he even confessed to police later that evening.

"The band has no intention of pressing charges or taking this matter any further than we have to. We just want him out of our lives," My Chemical Romance members wrote.

No word yet on just what Pedicone ganked, but he didn't really deny the incident in a recent Tweet:

"What happened is more complicated than it sounds but I did make a mistake. It was never my intention to hurt this band or all of you."

Nope, we cannot all just get along.

Michael Colyar, a veteran actor best known for his role in Barbershop, was kicked off a United Airlines flight last week and proceeded to go on a rant against the alleged racist basis for such an action.

Now, he plans to sue.

TMZ reports that Colyar has hire Milton Grime, the lawyer who won $3.8 million for Rodney King after police were caught on tape in 1991 viciously beating that civilian down.

While passengers on Colyar's flight say the actor was loud and obnoxious, he believes flight attendants only gave him the boot because he's African-American and, we assume, he's seeking a large cash settlement as a result.

Soulja Boy's anti-military rap is, not surprisingly, drawing fire from the U.S. Armed Forces. What is somewhat surprising is to see a retired Army sergeant leading the charge with a response to the controversial song in rap form!

Leo Dunson, a five-year combat veteran, recorded the trac, "Change Your Name" after hearing Soulja Boy's "Let's Be Real." Basically, Dunson - who raps under the name Sgt. Dunson - comes at Soulja early and often (NSFW lyrics):

Dunson says Soulja Boy's song is, "The most ignorant thing I've heard in so long" and is especially offensive with the 10-year anniversary of 9/11 looming.

He says a petition to get Soulja Boy's music banned from all U.S. military bases is getting support from civilians and all branches of the armed forces.

Soulja Boy is, of course, legally free to rap about whatever the heck he wants, but Sgt. Dunson and U.S. troops are certainly free to not like it and hit back.

Amanda Knox is back in court in Italy, appealing her conviction for the 2007, high-profile murder of Meredith Kercher, whose sister publicly appealed for justice.

Knox and Kercher were college exchange students - Knox from Seattle, Kercher from the UK - when Meredith was foun  murdered in the Italian house they shared.

Knox was convicted of the killing in 2009, along with then-boyfriend Raffaelo Sollecito and another man. Kercher's sister Stephanie railed against her appeal.

Amanda Knox claims the DNA evidence used against her was unreliable.

In a letter released by her family's Italian lawyer, Stephanie Kercher, says:

"In these last few weeks we have been left seriously anxious and greatly troubled by the news regarding the original DNA findings in the case."

'It is extremely difficult to understand how the results, obtained with great care and presented in the first trial as valid, could now be regarded as irrelevant."

As part of her appeal, new DNA experts were brought in, with some experts claiming evidence used to convict Knox was unreliable and should be excluded.

A decision on the appeal of Knox is expected this month.

A number of military veterans are demanding an apology from Soulja Boy after the rapper ignited a wave of controversy with his song, "Let's Be Real."

After plugging his Twitter page (really), Soulja drops this bomb:

"F**k the FBI and the army troops ... fighting for what? Be your own man ... I'll be flying through the clouds with green like I'm Peter Pan."

Mmmyeah. Here's the (very NSFW) song ...

Fred A. Flores, a retired U.S. Marine and now a commissioner for the L.A. County Veteran’s Advisory Commission, spoke out against this "offensive statement."

Flores, who has two children currently serving in the military, calls Soulja Boy "Ungrateful" ... adding, "He should apologize to ALL armed forces."

"[The rap] is very irresponsible, especially for an entertainer for the youth of our country, and especially with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 coming up."

Seriously, Soulja. Just because you spell your name wrong doesn't give you license to start bashing actual soldiers who protect your ass daily.

Kurt Angle has been pinned by the law once again.

The former Olympic Gold Medalist and WWE star, and current TNA employee, was arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of drink driving.

Kurt Angle Mugshot

The wrestler's rental car was spotted swerving on I-66 by another vehicle, the driver of which dialed 911. Virginia State Troopers subsequently arrived on scene, pulled Angle over and took him to Warren County Jail, where he was later released on $2,000 bond.

Angle was previously arrested in March charged with “being in control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated,” after parking on a median and failing a field sobriety test. He was also booked (though later acquitted) in 2007 for DUI and careless driving.

Katt Williams wants to make one thing clear: he is not sorry.

The comedian got into it with a fan at a gig in Phoenix last week, telling the man "this ain’t Mexico. It used to be Mexico [expletive] and now it’s Phoenix... Do you remember when white people used to say 'Go back to Africa,' and we'd have to tell them we don't want to? So if you love Mexico, [expletive], get the [expletive] over there!"

It appeared as if Williams was contrite for this outburst soon after it was made public, but he tells CNN an apology was penned by his publicist and was simply "for the Tracy Morgans of the world," referring to that actor's response to his own stand-up scandal in June.

"I don't think I need to apologize for being pro-American," Williams says.

He didn't piss in an aisle. And he didn't allege racism. But Billie Joe Armstrong was still kicked off a flight this week - and you won't believe why.

According to the Green Day singer, he was tossed off a Southwest flight from Oakland to Burbank because his pants were loose. Armstrong Tweeted today: "Just got kicked off a southwest flight because my pants sagged too low! What the f(asterisk)(asterisk)(asterisk)? No joke!"

A producer from ABC was actually on board the flight, according to Fox News, and says Armstrong replied by asking the attendant if there weren't "better things to do than worry about that?"

But the employee persisted, told the artist he could be taken off the plane if he did not comply... and that's exactly what happened!

With the conclusion that Rebecca Zahau died in a suicide, police say the mystery of two deaths tied to millionaire Jonah Shacknai's mansion has been solved.

A San Diego woman, Zahau, was found hanged at the mansion of Shacknai, her boyfriend. His son, Max, died from injuries suffered from an accidental fall.

"These deaths were not the result of any criminal acts," San Diego County Sheriff Bill Gore said at a press conference, as reported today by People.

Shacknai

The police findings effectively close the investigation into the unusual, very highly publicized deaths of pharmaceutical CEO Shacknai's girlfriend and son.

The family of Zahau (a.k.a. Rebecca Nalepa) is not satisfied, however.

"We her family and friends do not believe it's a suicide. There are still unanswered questions," says Mary Zahau-Loehner. "It is very suspicious."

T.I. was a free man for a full 24 hours this week, until the rapper was sent back to jail for getting a ride to his halfway house in a pimped out tour bus. Such a method of transportation is against the law, apparently.

How does wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle feel about this development? She says it's complete crap and here's why:

Prison officials saw the vehicle ahead of time and didn't say a word! Heck, they "walked him over, took pics and told him good luck in life," Tiny tells TMZ.

T.I. and Wife

"This is a bunch of bullsh-t," Cottle added. "They should have said something before he got on the bus... T.I. would have politely gotten into a van... T.I. is one of the strongest individuals I know... and they just trying to break him in more ways than one and it's not gonna work! 'Cause what God got for him, can't no man take that away... period!"

More like an ellipse, really. We likely haven't heard the end of this story.
