Joanne Whalley, Val Kilmer's ex-wife, claims in court documents that the actor stiffed her on child support payments for their two kids. Not cool.

Their marriage ended in 1996, and their kids are now 19 and 16. At the time of the divorce, Val agreed to pay $27,500 a month in child support.

But according to court documents filed in New Mexico, Whalley claims he's now behind on payments. Shedoesn't specify how much Kilmer owes.

Val K

She's going after his property in order to get what she claims she's owed, establishing a lien on Kilmer's property to force the actor to pay up.

This isn't the first time. Court documents show Joanne got a lien on Val's stuff in 2007 after he allegedly stiffed her on child support back then.

Val eventually rectified that situation and the lien was removed in 2008. No response from the actor's camp regarding the current allegations.

Alex Rodriguez should stick to being fed popcorn by Cameron Diaz.

For the second time in a few years, the Yankees third baseman is at the center of an underground poker scandal. According to Radar Online, ARod took part in a couple illegal Texas Hold 'Em games in the recent past, during which cocaine was used and a brawl broke out.

Major League Baseball is looking into the allegations and taking them "very seriously," an insider tells ESPN.

Alex Rodriguez on The Late Show

The Yankees have won five games in a row without Alex Rodriguez in the lineup.

The games were held at the Beverly Hills mansion of record executive Cody Leibel, with the host losing "more than a half-million dollars" at one, a witness told Radar, and violence subsequently breaking out over his refusal to pay.

Redmond O'Neal is in major trouble with the law. Again.

The 26-year old son of Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett was arrested for heroin possession yesterday morning after police pulled him over in Santa Monica for running a red light. Redmond was booked for the traffic infraction, along with violating felony drug probation and possession of a controlled substance.

O'Neal has been busted for drug possession on numerous occasions. He posed for multiple mug shots in 2009 and was last taken into custody in January 2010. This poor guy makes DMX look like Princess Di.

"It's a really sad situation," an O'Neal family friend told Us Weekly. "To say Ryan is disappointed is an understatement. The entire family is obviously very distressed about this."

Because Redmond was on felony probation, he could, and should, be sent back to jail.

Come on, Waka Flocka Flame.

The rapper was detained by police in Georgia Tuesday after cops pulled him over for a routine traffic violation and say they found marijuana in his car.

When police approached the rapper's White Chevy Tahoe, they could smell weed. Waka Flocka was asked to step out of the vehicle and placed in cuffs.

When cops searched the ride, officers found "a small amount of marijuana" on the floor. Waka was cited for possession of less than an ounce of weed.

And failure to wear a seat belt. Obviously.

He was eventually released and sent on his way after being "very cooperative." Earlier this month, he was arrested for drug possession in New York.

The long-held secret is out in the open: Francois-Henri Pinault is the father of Linda Evangelista's four-year old son.

Now, the super model wants the billionaire - who is married to Salma Hayek and also a father to her toddler - to pay. Literally. Exorbitantly.

Evangelista appeared in Manhattan Family Court yesterday and asked for $46,000 per month in child support, a number that would be the "largest support order in the history of the Family Court," said the man who will decide whether or not she gets it, Support Magistrate Matthew Troy.

How could anyone spend $46,000 per month? Evangelista says she needs $175,000/year for gun-toting chauffeurs, along with $80,000/year for around-the-clock child care.

Kieffer Delp, the oft-troubled ex of Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans, is often cited as the root of the North Carolina native's emotional and legal problems.

He was also cited for ganking some steaks from a grocery store.

Kieffer Delp and Jenelle Evans

Seems like everybody's got beef with Kieffer Delp.

A source close to the MTV star says Jenelle Evans' friends and family worry about her mental state whenever she's around this shady character.

"Kieffer is a bad influence on Jenelle," the source says. "She didn't get in any trouble before she met him. It's always because they're hanging out."

Delp, best known for being the guy Jenelle was busted breaking into some house to smoke a blunt with, is due to appear in court on September 12.

His flirting with Britany Truett also led to this insane girl fight.

Once the loudest, proudest fame whores around, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag lived a fake life for the sake of cameras for years and reaped the benefits.

Nowadays, however, things are a bit different.

They’re broke and living in a beach house in Santa Barbara owned by his folks, who let them live there rent-free. Few other family members speak to them.

Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery binge has marred her face and body. They are largely unemployable, both on camera and off, victims of their own success.

Pratts Play with Guns

Three short years ago, they were at the top of their game with The Hills, working every lever of the celebrity industrial-machine to their advantage.

Speidi. One word said it all. You knew them. You hated them. But you ate up their antics and the celeb culture they embodied. They knew it. Worked it.

But things turned dark as The Hills wound down. By the end of 2009, their lives grew increasingly insane ... not to mention financially unsustainable.

Lavish spending on useless crap - cars, clothes, her music career - killed them.

“We were getting paid to be people we weren’t for so long that there’s no line,” Spencer Pratt says. “What we learned is, you can be too famous.”

Sam Ronson was arrested yesterday morning for DUI outside Baker, Calif.

She either had too many mimosas or one heck of a time the night before!

According to the booking sheet, obtained by TMZ, the 33-year-old DJ and former GF of Lindsay Lohan is listed as 5'7" and 102 pounds.

Police sources say Ronson was driving home from Las Vegas at 10:30 a.m. in her black Porsche when she was pulled over for speeding.

She was given a field sobriety test and didn't perform well.

Samantha Ronson then refused to take what is called a "roadside blow," a less scientific breathalyzer (non-mandatory) test and was arrested.

Ronson was transported to the Baker substation, where we're told she blew over the legal limit. She was cooperative the entire time.

John Skelton, father of three boys missing from Morenci, Mich., since last year, pleaded no contest Thursday to unlawful imprisonment, according to reports.

The surprise plea deal in Lenawee County Circuit court meant other charges were dropped against Skelton, including kidnapping and parental kidnapping.

Skelton could get 15 years at his sentencing, scheduled for Sept. 15. As for what happened to his kids, some new disheartening details have emerged.

Eerily reminiscent of the Casey Anthony case, Circuit Judge Margaret M.S. Noe read aloud from police reports stating that a week before the disappearance, Skelton searched online for information on how to break a neck.

Noe said Skelton said, "The children will hibernate until they graduate."

The boys – Andrew, 9; Alexander, 7, and Tanner, 5 – were last seen on Thanksgiving at their father's home. After the boys went missing, Skelton tried to hang himself. The boys’ mother has said she believes they’re alive.
