Missing Maryland woman Robyn Gardner was seen hours before her disappearance in Aruba, and appeared "heavily intoxicated," according to ABC News.

She was last seen alive in an Aruban restaurant, under two hours before her companion, Gary Giordano, reported her missing during a snorkeling trip.

Giordano remains in custody in an Aruban jail and is the lone suspect in Gardner's disappearance, although he has not yet been charged with a crime.

Gardner, Giordano

The active search for Robyn Gardner has been called off.

Aruban police have said they believe Gardner is dead.

Eyewitnesses said Gardner seemed "woozy" at the restaurant and barely ate. A worker thought it was odd that she went snorkeling, since Gardner "seemed so perfectly put together," referring to her clothing, hair and make-up.

ABC News has obtained the last known pictures of Gardner, 35, to be taken before her disappearance at the Rum Reef Bar & Grill on August 2.

Jantel Lavender, a rookie on the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks, has been accused of making like Charlie Sheen.

Based on documents filed with the L.A. County Superior Court this week, the fifth overall draft pick's ex-boyfriend (Adam Ashley) has been granted a restraining order against Lavender following a July 5 incident in which he alleges she threatened him with a knife.

Lavender is also accused of kneeing her ex so hard in the crotch that his private parts were "throbbing from the pain," while also slamming his head into a wall and choking him.

The 6'4" forward must stay at least 100 yards away from Ashley, and has filed a restraining order of her own in response, saying Adam once tried to punch her. A court date has been set for August 30.

Lavender attended Ohio State and averages 7 points per game for the Sparks. She's shooting 51% from the field.

Joe Francis is accused of assault by a female - what else is new - but insists he never laid a hand on a girl who says he got physical with her at his mansion.

He says surveillance cameras will prove him right, too, as video captured a three-woman altercation at his home back in January - and he wasn't involved.

According to Francis, two of the girls were fighting each other and all three were escorted outta there for being unruly. There was no attack by Joe, period.

Skeez

The ladies told the police that Francis grabbed one of them by the throat and hair, and slammed her head into the tiled floor of his house - more than once.

Francis was charged with one count of battery causing great bodily injury, but has fought it all the way, saying there isn't even a tiled floor near the scene.

Regardless, Pacific Community Police Station officials tell E! News he was booked on a misdemeanor false imprisonment charge and released today.

The City Attorney who charged Francis at the time is currently prepping to run for D.A., and Joe believes that the entire case is politically motivated.

It may very well be. He may very well be innocent. He remains a sleaze, however. Like it or not, that's not going to help his credibility very much.

Redundantly named rapper Rich Rick claims Lil Wayne ripped off his property, the beat behind Weezy's moving, tender single "How to Love."

Now he's out for some legal payback.

Rick filed a lawsuit earlier this week claiming he purchased several master recordings between 2006 and 2009 - including the beat now appearing on LW's "How to Love" - from a group of rap producers called Drummer Boyz.

Rick claims that the Boyz went on to pitch the beat to Lil Wayne in 2010, and that Weezy acquired it in exchange for a cut of the royalties.

The song's a hit and Rick's suing both Weezy and the Drummer Boyz, plus others involved, for everything from breach of contract to fraud.

Weezy has also been accused of stealing "Bedrock."

The Man with the Golden Voice is now the man with a legal beef.

Ted Williams, the homeless individual who skyrocketed to fame because of his deep voice (click play, below) has filed a lawsuit against three men he claims ripped him off.

Referring to Zev Suissa, Randy Thomas and Joe Cipriano as the defendants, the suit states this threesome took advantage of Ted's status an alcoholic. He signed a deal with them that Williams now says was "one-sided, onerous, burdensome, non-negotiated and blatantly unfair." It gave them a wad of his cash.

Williams, who re-entered rehab in May and hasn't been heard from since, wants a judge to void the contract.

Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley Jr. - who were convicted of murdering three Boy Scouts in 1993 and who have come to be known as "The West Memphis 3" - were released today after serving 18 years in prison.

In an odd, legal twist, the trio entered a plea of guilty in court... and were subsequently set free.

West Memphis 3 Mug Shots

The case grew in stature and publicity over the last few years, as new DNA evidence came to light that cast doubt on the conviction. Two documentaries were made about the West Memphis 3, with celebrities such as Eddie Vedder and Natalie Maines insisting on a retrial, and even showing up in court today.

The families of two of the victims even joined forces with the defense, proclaiming that Echols, Baldwin and Misskelley Jr. were innocent.

Details regarding the life and recent death of Russell Armstrong continue to pour forth, with the latest report painting this reality star in a disturbingly negative light.

According to a TMZ insider, just prior to filming on season two of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Russell struck Taylor Armstrong so hard that he fractured her cheek bones and sent her to the hospital. The injuries, and subsequent photos, were "horrific," this source states.

Taylor Armstrong, Kyle Richards and Camille Grammer

Taylor Armstrong, Kyle Richards and Camille Grammer are all smiles in this photo. But a new report sheds light on their private pain.

Unsure how to handle the situation - would Bravo fire her for appearing uncooperative if she didn't show up for filming? - Taylor reportedly confided in Camille Grammer and Kyle Richards. She then told Russell about this conversation with her castmates.

The Bravo mole says he reacted by emailing Camille a "very threatening" message that contained "the rantings of a lunatic."

Taylor's bruises and breaks, meanwhile, required weeks to heal, delaying production on the series. Now, the actual premiere has been pushed back as the network wonders what to do about Russell's suicide.

Graphic photos found on the camera of a man Robyn Gardner was with have deepened the mystery surrounding the Maryland woman's disappearance.

Robyn was supposed to be in Orlando with her parents - or so she told her boyfriend, Richard Forester. In reality, she went on a vacation to Aruba.

The mystery has only deepened as authorities in Aruba begin releasing details from the investigation, such as images that are "beyond pornographic."

No other information about the photos has been revealed, and it's still not known exactly when the pictures - on Gary Giordano's camera - were taken.

It is also difficult to determine whether the acts are consensual, says Julia Renfro, editor-in-chief of Aruba Today, the island's English language daily.

Andy Dick may have hit a new low, which is saying something.

The alleged comedian went off on an anti-Semitic rant this week, railing against Howard Stern of all people while visiting the Greg Fitzsimmons Show.

So what exactly did Dick say? You really won't believe it.

On Fitzsimmons' show, Dick spewed that the radio legend was a "shallow, money-grubbing Jew" with a "big fat hook nose." Yup, that's verbatim.

Dick's vitriol apparently stemmed from Stern not going to bat for him when his own Sirius satellite radio show was canceled a few years back.

"For two years I did the show, never got a cent, and I'm not complaining about that. I'm just saying the Jew facts. I never got paid," Dick said. "I have no problem with his big, fat, hook nose, and his money-grubbing miserly Jewishness."

Stern, as you might expect, was not thrilled ...
