Kim Kardashian is suing mad.

The large-breasted professional celebrity has filed a lawsuit against Old Navy in which she claims the company intentionally duped the public with a lookalike (who may be dating Kim's ex!) in one of its commercials.

Making Kardashian especially irate? In an effort to boost publicity, Old Navy has been Tweeting to her account, referencing the similar-looking model. And we all know that NOTHING is more sacred to Kim Kardashian than her Twitter account.

The reality star is reportedly suing for at least $15 million, claiming the ad cost her that amount in damages. How? That's more confounding than the reason for Kim's fame.

Tyler Hadley, a 17-year-old high school dropout from Port St. Lucie, Fla., allegedly bludgeoned his parents to death with a hammer, according to police.

He then invited dozens of friends via Facebook to a house party while the bodies of Blake and Mary Jo Hadley lay upstairs in a bedroom, police say.

Acting on an anonymous tip, officers visited the home Sunday and Tyler initially told them his parents were out of town, says Capt. Don Kryak.

Police entered the house and stunningly found the bodies in the locked master bedroom on the floor, partially covered with towels, books and files.

A hammer believed to be the murder weapon used by Tyler Hadley lay between them. "It was a merciless killing," says Kryak, stating the obvious.

As for the party, as many as 60 people Tyler invited via Facebook showed up, and the bash went from about 9 p.m. until the early hours of Sunday.

"He had the party after the homicides took place," says Kryak.

It was not known if any attendees saw the bodies, but a rumor started that Tyler killed his parents, and a tip thankfully made its way to the police.

Unlike with Casey Anthony, we don't see a surprise acquittal here.

While testifying in front of British lawmakers today, Rupert Murdoch was attacked by a protestor with a pie tin.

In the middle of shirking all responsibility for his newspaper's phone-hacking scandal in the country, Murdoch was interrupted by an individual (Jonathan May-Bowles) who rushed at him with white foam inside the aforementioned desert tray.

Watch Murdoch's wife, Wendi, actually take the man down in the following footage:

The hearing was eventually re-started, with Murdoch laying blame for the sordid controversy on "the people I trusted."

Following his shutdown of News of the World and the arrest of Rebekah Brooks for her role in that publication's phone-hacking scandal, Rupert Murdoch spoke before British lawmakers today and addressed the controversy surrounding his media empire, News Corp.

In response to the allegation that his newspaper broke into the voicemail of a kidnapped 13-year old, Murdoch said he was "shocked, appalled and ashamed" by the development. He also claimed to have no evidence that reporters did the same to relatives of those who died on 9/11.

Murdoch took very little personal responsibility overall.

The death of Rebecca Nalepa, a woman found nude, hanging from a balcony, her hands and feet bound, at a Coronado, Calif., mansion last week, has officials launching an investigation into her millionaire boyfriend Jonah Shacknai.

Shacknai, who police say owns the home, had been dating Nalepa for about two years. Jonah's brother, Adam Shacknai discovered Nalepa's body.

After calling 911 early Wednesday, he cut her down. Local paramedics performed life-saving measures, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators are calling the death suspicious but have not ruled out the possibility of suicide. Making the case even more noteworthy is the fact that Jonah's six-year-old son, Max, fell to his death just two days earlier.

Police have not established a formal connection between those events.

"It appears to be some type of a violent death, however I'm not going to compromise the integrity of the investigation by giving anything more than that at this time," San Diego County Sheriff's Dept. Capt. Tim Curran said.

Lil Boosie's legal woes have worsened after he was indicted for conspiring to get hold of codeine syrup at the Louisiana State Penitentiary in Angola.

He has been charged with one count of criminal conspiracy to take contraband to and from a penal institution, and another of inciting a felony.

He is also due to stand trial next month after pleading not guilty to a first-degree murder charge relating to a 2009 shooting in Louisiana.

Safe to say he will be known as "incarcerated rapper" for awhile.

Sad news out of the world of automotive game shows today:

The taxi used for Canada's version of Cash Cab struck a pedestrian in Vancouver over the weekend, leaving a 61-year old man dead.

The accident took place on Friday night, when a resident of British Columbia was crossing the street and tragically met his demise at the front of the replica taxi used by that game show. It was being driven by a producer after filming for the day had been completed.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim and his friends and his family." said said Andrew Burnstein, president of Castlewood Productions Inc. "My heart also goes out to the driver of the vehicle, a member of our technical staff, who is shaken and devastated by this tragic accident, as is our entire team."

Police are investigating the incident and no charges have been filed yet.

Reality TV losers Michaele and Tareq Salahi are being sued by a woman who claims they stiffed her on a tour of Virginia wine country, reports say.

The case of Emily McCallum vs. Michaele Salahi and Tareq Salahi is on the docket for 8:30 a.m. today in Loudoun County (Va.) General District Court.

McCallum is one of several who've complained that the Salahis have been operating a wine tourism company and not delivering on their obligations.

Earlier this year McCallum earned her master's degree and wanted to celebrate with family and friends by taking a scenic wine tour in Virginia.

"She scheduled it with a company owned by the Salahis and paid in full," a source said. "They never showed up and at the last minute, Emily had to get another company. She's been unable to get her money back from them."

"I'm really glad she's taking them to court."

It can't hurt. Anything that might help keep these notorious fame whores, posers, liars and party crashers in check can only be a good thing.

Rachel Uchitel has repaid much of the money Tiger Woods paid her to keep quiet in the aftermath of their affair, and may sue Gloria Allred as a result.

Huh? Relax. It's even more confusing than you think.

Derek Lowe Mug Shot

In early 2010, Allred negotiated a $10 million settlement for Rachel, who had planned to hold a news conference and detail her relationship with Tiger.

The mammoth payoff included a confidentiality agreement, which prohibited Rachel Uchitel from talking about Tiger. Ever. Here's where it gets dicey:

The confidentiality clause works the way you think it does. If Rachel spoke about Tiger, she'd have to pay back the money, as well as potential damages.

Several months ago, Tiger's lawyer, Jay Lavely, contacted Gloria regarding Rachel's appearance on Celebrity Rehab, saying they planned to sue over it.

While she never talked specifically about Tiger on the VH1 show, Uchitel's reality show treatment "addiction to love" royally pissed off Woods' camp.

Rachel felt strongly she had not violated the agreement, but Gloria convinced her she would lose if Tiger's attorney pursued the case against her.
