The actor who played Vincent Crabbe the bully in six Harry Potter films before getting canned following a marijuana arrest, has been charged with possession again.

Only this time, he was allegedly caught with a HOMEMADE BOMB.

According to UK reports, he intended to detonate it during the London riots this summer. Police say surveillance video showed the 22-year-old miscreant was packing a Molotov cocktail while looting champagne from a drug store on August 8.

Cops eventually arrested Jamie Waylett on September 20.

At some point during the investigation, cops claim they found 15 marijuana plants in Waylett's home, a fact that, given his past history, isn't all that shocking.

Cops released a statement saying the following:

"[Waylett] was charged with violent disorder, having an article with intent to destroy or damage property, receiving stolen goods and also cultivating cannabis plants."

Waylett is due in court November 11.

Rush Hour star Chris Tucker hopefully understands the words coming out of his Florida home loan provider's mouth: His $6 million mansion is being foreclosured on.

The actor owes more than $4.4 million, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

Tucker bought the 10,000-SF waterfront home on Lake Apopka, near Orlando, in 2007. Sounds like an awesome crib ... if you take away the $11.5 million IRS lien.

According to government officials, that's the amount in federal income taxes owed by the 39-year-old, whose monthly Florida mortgage payment is $25,812.50.

There has been no comment on the topic from Tucker, although the star recently canceled at least one of his comedy shows due to "unforeseen circumstances."

The lesson: Even with Florida home loan rates at record lows, and the housing market ripe for buyers, don't jump into any financial agreement you can't afford.

Nice to see Amber Portwood is pulling it together so well these days.

On Saturday, the same day we reported what a suicidal wreck she still is, Amber got in an altercation while drinking at the 59th Street Pub in Anderson, Ind.

Those court-ordered anger management classes? Money well spent.

Clueless Amber

An onlooker says she was drinking and got into a fight with some girls on the dance floor of the club, where the 21-year-old Teen Mom star is a regular.

“Some people can’t handle fame,” a witness says. “They were on the dance floor, it was crowded on a Saturday night, and she bumped into some girls."

Words were exchanged.

"Amber ended up saying ‘You’re just jealous because I own a house and a car,’ and that made it worse. The other girls tried, but she couldn’t let it go!”

According to the witness, Amber Portwood was drinking, but wasn’t “wasted” outside the club early in the morning when she was screaming at a girl.

“She’s just young and I think she likes being the center of attention,” the source adds. “She wants to tell everybody what she has and what she owns and that makes people mad. She basically thinks she’s better than everyone else.”

She's basically totally wrong.

Christopher Chaney, a 35-year-old Florida perv, was the man been arrested in Operation Hackerazzi, the alleged widespread celebrity cellphone hacking scandal.

His actions recently resulted in pics of Scarlett Johansson nude ending up on the Internet, shining new light on a federal investigation already underway.

Chaney was arrested on Wednesday and charged with 26 counts of computer hacking, aggravated identity theft and wiretapping. Maximum penalty? 121 YEARS.

Officials say Chaney hacked into personal e-mail accounts of dozens of people in the entertainment industry, such as Johannson, Christina Aguilera and Mila Kunis.

"This [arrest] comes as a relief to the victims, many of whom suffered great distress," said Steven Martinez, assistant director in charge of the FBI's L.A. field office.

Chaney allegedly obtained victims' passwords and set their e-mail accounts to forward to him, even in the event the users reset their passwords, the charges state.

This allegedly gave him access to myriad financial information, movie scripts, celebrity photos and private e-mails, as well as to contact lists to find other victims.

Hollywood starlets with iPhones and Blackberrys, you may breathe a sigh of relief.

After more than a year of investigating, and just a few weeks after Scarlett Johansson nude photos were leaked and became the latest celebrity scandal tied to a major hacking ring, federal officials have finally made an arrest in the case.

That's right, Operation Hackerazzi (the FBI's name for it) got its man.

A Scarlett Johansson Pic

You can kiss those Scarlett Johansson nude pics goodbye! Hooray/darn!

The FBI has not released any information aside from the fact that an arrest was made. More details are expected to be released at a press conference in L.A. shortly.

The investigation into the phone-hacking ring plaguing hot young Hollywood began in 2010, as suspicions first surfaced that starlets' phones were compromised.

Naturally, those phones included personal and inevitably X-rated photos, texts and emails ... resulting in a whole lot of scandals and criminal charges for some perv.

Vanessa Hudgens was also a frequent victim of the scandal, as was Mila Kunis.

Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Jessica Alba, Selena Gomez, Ali Larter, Busy Philipps, Emma Caulfield and Addison Timlin were among others tied to the case.

It's unclear if the leaked Blake Lively pics from this spring were also related.

Joseph Hyungmin Son of Austin Powers fame allegedly killed his prison cellmate, found dead Monday afternoon at Wasco State Prison Reception Center in Kern County.

The cellmate was a parole violator who'd been sentenced to two years in prison for failing to register as a sex offender, news reports say. Cause of death was pending.

Prison officials have named Son - sentenced to life in prison without parole for torturing and raping someone - as the suspect, but charges have not been filed yet.

DAMN, SON: This guy is bad news. Like really bad.

Son, who portrayed evil henchman Random Task in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, was also a mixed martial arts fighter under the name Joe Son.

He had arrived in prison reception last month after having been convicted of torture stemming from a 1990 Christmas Eve rape of a woman out walking her dog.

Basically he's the scum of the earth. But hey, when you're already in for life with no parole, might as well off some other miscreants Dexter style, right?

Tilda Swinton is a veteran actress, an Oscar winner and a one-time attempted murderer. Wait... what?

Tilda Swinton Picture

Yes, in an interview with Great Britain's The Telegraph Magazine, Swinton recalled the killing of a two-year old named James Bulger in 1993 and said:

"At that point, having suppressed it for years, I remembered when I was four or five, I tried to kill my own brother... He was newly born and I was disappointed, because he was the third boy. That was enough as far as I was concerned."

What's a week without legal drama for Lindsay Lohan?

According to Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services, the alleged actress owes them quite a chunk of change. Lohan is accused of reserving limos for friends, family and herself many times in 2009, without paying of course.

We sense a theme with LiLo. The bills? About $90,000.

Lindsay Lohan Hangs Out

Lindsay Lohan: What a total boob.

Lindsay's PR rep, who's almost as busy as her lawyer, said "We haven't been served with anything, so we can't comment on a lawsuit that has not been served or seen."

Give it time. The company filed the lawsuit October 7.

Elite claims it took Lohan to airports, the Chateau Marmont Hotel, a Lakers game and drug rehab (obvi), while also providing security for her on multiple occasions.

Court documents claim Lohan's original bill was $32,515. With monthly 5 percent late charges of $58,070.79, the star's total unpaid balance is now $90,585.79.

She may not be cutting herself, but the girl has definitely cut back on expenses ... by NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING, EVER. We're onto you, girlfriend.

Cue "misunderstanding" defense in 5 ... 4 ... 3 ...

Officials responded to a 911 call about a possible prescription pill overdose at the L.A. apartment where former NFL star Terrell Owens was staying last week.

Owens was transported by ambulance to an L.A. hospital Thursday night. Cops were dispatched to investigate and spoke with the 37-year-old at the hospital.

Terrell has since been released and appears fine, but have to wonder what's up, since the footballer had no comment for the first time in his entire adult life.

These days, T.O. can only reflect on his career downfall.

T.O. was infamously hospitalized back in 2006 amid reports that he tried to commit suicide by inhaling up to 35 Vicodin pills. He denied that categorically.

He later held a news conference on the matter and said, "The rumor of me taking 35 pills is absurd. I don't think I would be here if I had taken 35 pills."

Owens acknowledged a dependence on prescription painkillers at the time but said that incident was merely an accident. Will he claim the same here?

We'll have to wait and see exactly what the former 49ers, Eagles, Cowboys, Bills and Bengals wideout says ... and if Evelyn Lozada weighs in.

Redmond O'Neal dodged a bullet in his probation case, but was fitted with an ankle monitor and told that he's going to prison for six YEARS if he effs up again.

The 26-year-old's probation was revoked in September after he allegedly snuck out of rehab, ordered drugs on a payphone and was later arrested with heroin.

A judge sent him back to the treatment facility instead of jail, with the stern warning that this is his final shot, and a state-of-the-art GPS monitoring bracelet.

Redmond O'Neal Pic

This thing is no joke. According to law enforcement, the device features real-time cameras that take a snapshot of Redmond's whereabouts every five minutes.

If he steps outside his assigned area, an alarm goes off.

Redmond O'Neal's long history battling drugs is well documented. He pleaded no contest to drug and weapons charges in August and earned a YEAR in rehab.

As we said earlier, if Redmond screws up again, he faces up to six years in prison. With his track record, we'd put the odds of a screw-up around 50/50.
