Missing Fort Wayne, Ind., girl Aliahna Lemmon has been found, but tragically, not alive. Babysitter Mike Plumadore has been charged with her murder.

The 39-year-old who was babysitting her when she went missing appeared in an Indiana courtroom Tuesday, charged with murdering the 9-year-old.

“It was a horrific crime," Allen County, Ind., Sheriff Ken Fries told reporters after the body's discovery. "Probably worse than you can imagine."

Mike Plumadore, a family friend, was "interviewed by police and taken into custody at 9 p.m. Monday and charged with murder" in Lemmon's death.

About 15 registered sex offenders reside at the 24-unit mobile home park the girl lived at, which the FBI searched Monday following the girl's vanishing.

Plumadore is not listed on Indiana's registered sex offenders list, though he has past convictions in Florida and North Carolina for trespassing and assault.

The deadly fire that roared through a home in Connecticut owned by NYC ad exec Madonna Badger is wrought with countless heart-wrenching details.

Foul play is not one of them.

A preliminary finding shows that the fire was caused by embers discarded from a fireplace that warmed the home Christmas Eve, according to reports.

House Fire

Badger's parents and three young daughters were trapped behind a wall of flames as the firefighters were unable to rescue the five doomed occupants.

Badger survived the fire, as did Michael Borcina, a contractor who had worked on the home and whom the police have described as a family friend.

On Tuesday, officials, in laying out what they believed caused the fire, said everyone in the house had apparently awakened after the fire erupted.

They all tried escape, but most could not.

And the award for Most Unexpected Feud of the Week goes to...

A few days after Will Smith posted a photo on his Facebook (below) of him and fellow cast members from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, many wondered: where was actress Janet Hubet, who portrayed the character of Smith's aunt, Vivian, for multiple seasons?

Fresh Prince of Bel Air Cast Pic

The answer, according to Hubert herself: Nowhere to be found near the former star of that sitcom... and don't expect that to change any time soon.

"I will never do anything with an a--hole like Will Smith," Hubert told TMZ. "He is still an egomaniac and has not grown up. This constant reunion thing will never ever happen in my lifetime unless there is an apology, which he doesn't know the word."

Madonna Badger, a famous New York City advertising executive, lost her three children and her parents when her waterfront mansion went up in flames yesterday.

Badger, who created the iconic Mark Wahlberg underwear ads for Calvin Klein, among other notable campaigns, and her friend Michael Borcina escaped the blaze.

Badger bought the Stamford, Conn., waterfront estate last year for $1.7 million. Borcina's construction company was renovating the home. Now it looks like this:

Stamford Fire

Stamford Police Sgt. Paul Guzda said Badger's three daughters, seven-year-old twins and a 10-year-old, all died in the fire. Badger's visiting parents also died.

Police officers said they notified Badger's estranged husband, Matthew Badger, of the tragedy and drove him to the scene from his apartment in Manhattan.

The two split three years ago and are in the process of getting divorced.

Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was just reamed out in an Indiana courtroom, accused of violating her probation and pulling a no-show for two urine tests.

Law enforcement sources say Portwood got popped on December 16 for possession of a controlled substance. It's unclear what exactly the substance was.

She also failed to provide mandatory urine drug screening results on December 16 and December 19. Not a smart move when you're on probation already.

Awful Amber

That's not even all. Amber Portwood is on the hook for various other alleged probation violations, including failure to complete anger management class.

A judge recently ordered her to set up a college fund for her young daughter, Leah. You can probably guess whether or not that's happened.

Spoiler: It has not.

As such, Amber was ordered to remain in custody until her hearing in late January. At that point, the Teen Mom's longer-term fate will be determined.

SIDE NOTE: This is her second straight Christmas in jail. Wow.

Miley Cyrus was involved in yet another videotaped scandal this week, but this time it's hard not to side with the superstar. Here's what went down:

While on vacation in Costa Rica with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, Miley stopped to pose with a few fans. But she then had to go and turned to walk away... only for one onlooker to refer to her as an "asshole." Cyrus whipped around and replied (20-second mark, below):

"What the f-ck? Are you for real? We're on vacation!"

Miley later took to Twitter and explain ed her reaction:

"Just to clear something up I would NEVER swear to a fan. When someone yells something SO rude making ME look like an 'a**hole' in front of fans who I am more than happy 2 take a picture w/ i cant tolerate that kind of rudeness. Every1 who was there apologized 4 the womans brusque behavior. She obviously wasnt a fan. Hope every1 has a Merry Christmas! LOVE 2 ALL!"

In far more positive video news, Cyrus has joined other celebrities in this campaign to promote charitable help in Haiti.

Star Magazine has pulled off the impossible: coverage of the Kardashians than actually turns off this attention-crazed family.

The latest issue of the tabloid quotes Charles Kernaghan - the head of the Institute for Global Labour and Human Rights - as saying the Kris Jenner-led clan employs youths in China to manufacture Kardashian merchandize in unsanitary warehouses.

An investigation has been launched into these "slave labor" like conditions - that reportedly include long work hours, meager wages and uncomfortable temperatures - but there's a  problem:

Kardashians Kover Story

Kernaghan says he was misquoted and tells TMZ there's no proof that the Kardashians are involved in any kind of sweatshop scandal. He's never even been to any of the factories in question.

In light of this admission, along with the magazine cover above, sources say the family is set to move forward with a libel lawsuit against Star. Lawyers believe the tabloid should have to pay for damage caused to the Kardashian brand's reputation and, trust us, we hate to agree with anything this family says or does.

But they may have a point here.

Adam Lambert has reportedly been arrested in Finland.

Details are still coming in, but this much we know, according to a Perez Hilton source:

The ex-American Idol finalist got into a "huge fight" with boyfriend Sauli Koskinen outside of a bar in Helsinki called "Don't Tell Momma." Both were booked by local police and, as of early this morning, are sitting in separate jails in the area.

Finnish journalists claim that witnesses attempted to break up the brawl, only for Lambert to also attack the peace-makers. No one was seriously injured in the melee.

We'll have more on this arrest as news breaks. Lambert, meanwhile, is in the process of promoting the first single off his second album.

UPDATE: The duo has been released and Koskinen has blogged: "Publicity is not easy, but also celebrities are just human. Love is not easy either, but it lasts forever!"

Monta Ellis has allegedly pulled a Brett Favre. No, he hasn't sullied his legacy by announcing multiple false retirements and then taking subtle shots at his superstar replacement.

Instead, the Golden State Warriors shooting guard and one of the most dynamic players in the NBA has been sued by a former team employee, Erika Ross Smith, for supposedly sending her numerous unwanted text messages, culminating in a photo of his genitals.

Talk about being a baller! (Sorry.)

Smith worked last year as in the team's community relations department, and claims in her lawsuit that Ellis texted her from November through January with lines such as "I want to be with you" and "Hey Sexy." He would also ask what she was wearing.

"On a micro level, my client has endured unwanted harassment, has suffered and continues to suffer emotional distress and trauma," Burt Boltuch, Smith's lawyer, said at a news conference this week. "On a macro level, this type of conduct, especially in the sports world, must stop... she was embarrassed. She was intimidated. She felt scared and helpless."
