When the body of Anneka Di Lorenzo washed up by Camp Pendleton, a Marine Corps in Southern California, investigators believed it was someone quite young.

Only later were the remains determined to be those of the 58-year-old former model and actress who once aspired to be "the sexiest woman in the world."

Anneka Di Lorenzo, the 1975 Penthouse Pet of the Year, was found earlier this year in a restricted area of the USMC base with her neck and back broken.

What investigators are struggling to determine is how.

Anneka Vasta

After becoming Pet of the Year, she acted in Caligula and other films. She dated Penthouse publisher Bob Guccione, who she sued for sexual harassment.

She became a nursing assistant after her stint in Hollywood, but she had a history of mental health problems, including paranoia, and was on medications.

An autopsy found no drugs in her body, however.

Born Anneka Vasta, she was found on rocky sand about a mile south of where her car was recovered. Her Madza was parked overlooking a scenic vista, but not one from which she could have jumped to the water beneath.

Morgan Wilson, the hothead who made it to the finals on season one of Top Chef, was indicted earlier this month on child porn charges, according to reports.

Three second-degree felony charges were filed October 6. Morgan stands accused of possession of the material with intent to promote child pornography.

Wilson was arrested December 7 “after undercover investigators received several file transfers from Wilson’s computer via Limewire in September 2010.

The files allegedly contained "images and videos of children as young as toddlers engaged in sexual acts,” according to the Plano, Texas, Star-Courier.

Wilson, 38, was shown three images that were downloaded by investigators in an initial search and he admitted that he viewed the images to the police.

Wilson, whose employer (the Ritz Carlton Dallas) would not comment on his status as the executive pastry chef, was released from jail on a $10,000 bond.

He must not have access to any computer without monitoring software until further notice. He must appear before a judge to face the charges Thursday.

A week after he was arrested in Burbank for failing to obey traffic laws, Mitchel Musso was formerly charged with two counts of drunk driving, both misdemeanors:

  1. Driving under the influence of alcohol.
  2. Driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher.

If convicted on both charges, the actor could go to jail for six months, but that is a minute possibility. First-time DUI offenders rarely get sentenced to prison, TMZ reports, barring aggravating circumstances, none of which apply here.

Expect Musso, who is due in court again on November 11, to be handed probation and forced to attend alcohol education classes. A fine is also likely. Most importantly, let's hope he learns a valuable lesson.

Do NOT drink and drive, kids. The same goes for adults.

Dreux Pierre Frederic, aka Lil Fizz, aka one of the guys from B2K is being sued by the State of California for allegedly operating an illegal marijuana dispensary in L.A.

Law enforcement officials believe the 25-year-old is one of the owners of the Little Amsterdam weed shop in West Hollywood, open for business as of July 2010.

The issue? Not that it's illegal to sell pot (it's California), but he set up shop in an area where weed shops are strictly prohibited, according to the state's lawsuit.

Prosecutors want Lil Fizz to shut down his operation ASAP and pay $2,500 fine for every day the shop has been open. At 477 days, that'd be $1,192,500.

It gets worse for the R&B singer. Officials want Fizz to pay law enforcement and legal costs related to the case, which could add up to another $750,000.

Little Amsterdam has yet to issue a statement about the lawsuit or Fizz's involvement. Calls have not been returned ... they are probably so BAKED.

This morning's reports that exiled Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi is dead have now been confirmed. There's photo and video evidence, and it is graphic.

Unlike photo or video evidence of the death of Osama bin Laden, which was never released to the public, Al Jazeera has already aired it this afternoon.

News outlets across the world are reporting the story along with a photo of bloody, dying Moammar Gadhafi, moments after he was captured in Libya.

Libyan officials have confirmed Gadhafi was shot to death when rebels pulled him out of a storm drain near his home town of Sirte early this morning.

We've posted the photo and video of Gadhafi's dead body taken immediately after the 69-year-old despot was killed. Be forewarned, both are graphic:

Notorious Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi, the most wanted man in the entire world, has been killed, the country's rebel government and ABC News claim.

The tyrant who terrorized the North African nation and much of the world during his 42 years of rule was cornered by insurgents in the town of Sirte, Libya.

Moammar Gadhafi was born and maintained a stronghold of his supporters there, but word that he is dead sparked celebrations in most of the country.

The White House and NATO have yet to confirm reports of Gadhafi's death.

Moammar Gadhafi Picture

The National Transition Council said Moammar Gadhafi is dead following a battle in Sirte, which finally fell to the rebels today after weeks of tough fighting.

Gadhafi, 69, had been on the run for several weeks after being chased out of the capital Tripoli, the capital of Libya, by NATO bombers and rebel troops.

He had been believed to be hiding in the vast Libyan desert while calling on his supporters to rise up and sweep the rebel "dogs" away, but to no avail.

NATO said its fighters struck a convoy of Gadhafi's loyalists fleeing Sirte, but could not confirm Gadhafi was in the convoy, the Associated Press reported.

Still, many accounts claim that one of the world's most notorious tyrants - if not the most, after Osama bin Laden was killed - has been knocked off.

More details to follow as the story develops ...

UPDATE: We now have photo and video to confirm the story. Be forewarned that both the image and footage of the dictator's death are graphic.

Lindsay Lohan was handcuffed and led off to a jail cell today after a judge revoked her probation. She'll be free on bail shortly, pending a Nov. 2 hearing.

On that date, Judge Stephanie Sautner will determine how much - if any - time behind bars the train wreck will serve for her repeated probation violations.

Sautner Lohan is completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women's Center, where the judge told her she had to complete probation.

The last straw for Sautner came when LiLo's probation report quoted her as saying she didn't community service "fulfilling." That's when this happened ...

Lindsay Lohan Handcuffed

Lindsay got kicked out of the Women's Center after no-showing nine times, and Sautner also doubted Lohan has been seeing her psychiatrist as required.

The judge dismissed Shawn Holley's argument that Lohan had to leave town to work, and that's why she missed a number of community service dates.

Sautner recalled all the screw ups Lindsay has had in her court cases, reminding Holley that compared to being in jail right now, "Probation is a Gift."

Before Lindsay was taken away in cuffs today, the judge said she must complete 16 hours at the morgue before the Wednesday, November 2 hearing.

Lindsay could get nearly a year and a half in jail then, though Sautner said that's unlikely do to overcrowding. Still, this judge is not playing around.

What do you think? Should Lohan do hard time?

Police found marijuana, over $70,000 in case AND a gun during Soulja Boy's arrest early Tuesday, with the goods found in a briefcase belonging to the star.

The 21-year-old rapper and four other men were arrested in Temple, Ga., after cops pulled over their Escalade because one of the lights on the car was out.

Police detected a "strong odor" of weed, prompting them to search the SUV.

All five men were hauled to a nearby jail and booked for marijuana possession and a gun charge. The idiots have since been released, but not before Soulja Boy missed up to 10 scheduled interviews promoting the DVD release of his movie.

Yes, there's a Soulja Boy movie ... which more people likely know about now.

Oddly enough, this might have been the best PR his camp could ask for:

Heather Mills is a b!tch who spread horrible lies about Paul McCartney and a cheapskate who never paid for $5,000 haircuts, according to a lawsuit.

Mills is being sued by her former hairstylist David Paul, who says starting 2005, Mills often hired him at his out-of-shop rate of $5,000-per-day.

Her goal? To become a celebrity.

Heather M.

At least he gave Heather some great hair ... NOT!

According to the suit, David claims Mills told him she couldn't afford to pay him up front, but promised she'd deliver the green when McCartney - her then husband - gave her money to do so. Guess that never ended up happening.

David claims Mills used his services at least 20 times, but never paid up, even after she received a multi-million dollar divorce settlement from Paul.

David says Mills began to avoid him in 2008, after he made several requests for his paychecks -which totaled $80,000 - she never, ever paid him.

Worse yet, Mills says Heather would tell terrible lies about McCartney, insisting he was "a cheap tyrant who was often a drunk and abusive husband."

Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell, a seemingly nicer and more stable influence on his life than wife #2 ended up being, got married this month.
