Josh Rendon of 16 and Pregnant is currently under investigation by the U.S. military for his conduct leading up to his arrest early this week on charges of endangering the welfare of a child (and various drug charges to boot).

As we reported yesterday, Josh Rendon and Ebony Jackson were both busted ON the Little Rock Air Force Base Rendon for putting their kid at risk (and doing drugs).

He could be court-martialed in addition to his legal woes.

On Tuesday, police raided Rendon and Ebony's home, after someone complained about living conditions in the house. Police found the place covered in feces.

Yes, actual fecal waste.

The couple's 2-year-old daughter was taken away by the Department of Human Services. If he gets kicked out of the military, Rendon and his wife will undoubtedly lose their home, because they live on the Air Force base.

Not a good situation. Maybe hire a housekeeper.

California's Attorney General says officials will not reopen the investigation into the death Rebecca Zahau, despite calls from Jonah Shacknai to do so.

Rebecca's nude body was found hanging from a balcony at Jonah's Coronado, Calif., mansion, days after his son, Max, was found unconscious there.

Rebecca's death was ruled a suicide, which her family vehemently disagrees with. Max later died from injuries he sustained from an accidental fall.

Despite the mysteriousness of Zahau's suicide message and the way her body was found, among other factors, officials consider the matter closed.

In a letter from Kamala Harris' office to Jonah Shacknai, the A.G. writes:

"Your letter requests an inquiry into the investigation that was conducted by the San Diego Sheriff's Office ... The California Department of Justice would review a local investigation under very narrow circumstances."

A pro basketball player busted for pot possession? What a wild notion! They really need to end this lockout for the sake of people like Marcus Camby.

The Portland Trail Blazers star was driving in Pearland, Tex., Monday when an officer pulled him over for an equipment violation ... whatever that is.

Here's the addition to THG's celebrity mug shots gallery that followed:

Marcus Camby Mug Shot

That's when the officer noticed the car wreaked of marijuana. Cops found less than two ounces of pot, but that's was more than enough for a bust.

Amusingly, cops say Marcus and a friend were charged with "possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone." What does that mean? By a school?

Does that imply there are drug zones somewhere? Who knows!

Despite attempting to clarify himself once already, Brad Pitt again tried to quiet the PR storm he created with his apparent diss of Jennifer Aniston in Parade.

In a sitdown with Matt Lauer on Today, the Moneyball star addressed the controversy arising from the interview in which he - intentionally or not - made Jen out to look like a dull bore he was pretending to be happy with.

What did he have to say for himself this morning?

Brad Pitt, Parade Magazine

"I've been told about the reaction," he said. "I don't know what was pieced together or put together. All I know is that my point was, the best thing I'd done as a father is be sure my children have a good mother."

"That's all I was, or am, trying to say. It has no reference to the past."

"And I think it's a shame that I can't say something nice about Angie without Jen being drug into it. You know, she just doesn't deserve it."

They also have absolutely no interest in having their personal life serve as public fodder, which has been the case for about 10 years running.

For a notoriously private guy, Brad Pitt surprisingly opened up a can of worms with his comments about his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston in Parade magazine.

Remarks the actress and her camp are said to have "gone ballistic" over.

Regardless of the Moneyball star's intentions, saying he wasn't leading an interesting or fulfilling life pre-Angelina Jolie, and that he was "trying to pretend my marriage was something that it wasn't" reated a PR firestorm.

Jen Aniston: Blindsided By Brad!

How did the former Mrs. Pitt react? "She was annoyed," a pal close to the Horrible Bosses star says. "She thought that it was rude and inappropriate."

Team Aniston angrily reached out to Pitt's representatives, according to Us Weekly, and "They got his team involved and Brad was read the riot act."

Within 24 hours, Pitt had surprisingly released a statement clarifying and lamenting the pretend marriage comment while praising his former spouse.

Jen "is an incredibly giving, loving and hilarious woman," Brad swears.

Still, the Pitt source says, despite his claims that it was all spun wrong, "no one believes his words were taken out of context - he said what he said."

Why say that in any context? Yhough Pitt is clearly happy with Angelina Jolie and their kids, "We think he's jealous [Jen's] in love," the source says.

You could tell he was hesitant to make the statement in the first place, and now Tony Bennett has issued an apology for it.

Yesterday, the singer appeared on Howard Stern's radio show and said "we caused" 9/11 because "we were bombing them and they told us to stop." Watch his take on the tragedy below:

Following a day of headlines over the remarks, Bennett has come out and said:

"I am sorry if my statement suggested anything other than an expression of my love for my country, my hope for humanity and my desire for peace throughout the world. Nobody loves America more than I do."

Fernando Flores really needs to give it up.

Britney Spears' former bodyguard is still suing her, insisting he was sexually harassed by the singer, who he claims “deliberately and recklessly” fed her sons shellfish despite known allergies, landing them in the hospital.

Seriously, dude wants $10 million for this.

“Despite the fact that Spears, Plaintiff and the children’s nanny all knew they had serious, even life threatening food allergies to seafood, Spears deliberately and recklessly fed her children, Preston and Jayden, crabmeat,” Flores wrote in legal papers.

“When both boys started vomiting, Spears explicitly prevented Plaintiff and the children’s nanny from seeking medical care for the two children.”

When Fernando Flores admonished Spears after the incident, which he claims took place sometime last year, she said: “Mind your own f**king business!”

Tony Bennett appeared on Howard Stern's radio show yesterday to promote his new album, Duets II.

But the talk turned to 9/11 after the iconic singer said he met President George W. Bush, who told him personally that going into Iraq was a "mistake." Stern wondered whether America had a choice, which promoted Bennett to respond:

"But who are the terrorists? Are we the terrorists or are they the terrorists? Two wrongs don't make a right... They flew the plane in, but we caused it because we were bombing them and they told us to stop."

Following yet another arrest, Matt Hardy is headed to rehab.

The professional wrestler, who was booked on suspicion of DUI last month, was actually led back to the police last week after his girlfriend, Reby Sky, called 911 because she was concerned Hardy "was strung out on pills."

Authorities subsequently obtained a search warrant for Hardy's house and found prescription painkillers in a safe, along with 20 vials of anabolic steroids and some ecstasy. Hardy turned himself in on Monday, posted bail and then released the following video, which says he's embarking on a three-month rehab program paid for by the WWE:

UPDATE: Reby says she was coerced by police into turning her boyfriend in, telling TMZ she "would never do anything to put [Matt] in a compromising position with the law."
