Fantasia Barrino just had a baby with shady boyfriend Antwaun Cook, but he's already running around, according to reports ... with his estranged wife.

According to insiders, Antwaun regrets giving up on Paula Cook and their two kids and while Paula is very hurt, relations are thawing between them.

Possibly while naked, we're saying.

"Paula and Antwaun both ended up at Club RE:Public in Charlotte over the weekend and things got a little cozy between the two," the source said.

"I don't know where Fantasia was, but she definitely wasn't in the club where they were! Antwaun was shoving his tongue down [Paula's] throat."

The source continued by saying that while Paula was receptive, she did not want to make a scene and was still a little gun-shy with all the PDA.

However, "he told Paula she belongs to him because she's still his wife!"

So according to this story, the home-wrecker, who was also accused of cheating on Fantasia in January, is wrecking a new home with his old one.

Former college football star Marcus Vick, the younger and possibly more troubled brother of Michael Vick got popped this weekend for contempt of court.

Marcus turned himself in to authorities in Newport News, Va., on Sunday after a warrant was issued for his arrest for failing to appear for two court dates.

Those dates stem from a suspended license charge, and by not showing, Marcus not only joins our celebrity mug shot page, but will spend 10 days in jail.

Sweet deal. He will then be transferred to officials in Montgomery County, Va., to face separate charges stemming from an unrelated incident. Great.

According to reports, Vick failed to pay a $40,000 settlement in a civil case in which he was accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl in 2008.

Marcus Vick was 19 at the time.

Vick was booted off the Virginia Tech football team back in 2006 following a string of arrests and has been involved in multiple legal issues since.

A racial slur against President Barack Obama is just one of the many explosive allegations in a bombshell lawsuit against Paula Deen and her brother, Bubba Hiers.

The lawsuit was filed Monday in Georgia on behalf of Lisa Jackson, a past employee of Paula Deen Enterprises. Among the stunning allegations in the lawsuit:

"In the presence of Ms. Jackson and a vendor, Bubba Hiers stated they should dispatch President Obama to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico so he could n***er-rig it."

The lawsuit also claims that Deen herself used the word in front of employees:

  • Paula Deen Pic
  • The President of the United States

According to the court documents, Jackson was appointed by Deen to handle catering for Bubba's wedding in 2007, and asked Deen what servers should wear.

Paula's alleged response?

"Well what I would really like is a bunch of little n***ers to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties, you know in the Shirley Temple days."

"They used to tap dance around. Now, that would be a true Southern wedding wouldn't it? But we can't do that because the media would be on me about that."

The documents state that Jackson became GM of Bubba’s Oyster and Seafood House in Savannah, Ga., which is co-owned by Deen and Bubba, after the previous GM (a male) apparently got fired for having sexual relations with the servers.

There is no evidence that any foul play was at work in the death of Whitney Houston.

But that did not stop Nancy Grace from speculating about whether someone played a role in her passing, and a new report claims it isn't stopping unidentified callers from pressing the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office from opening up a murder investigation.

Whitney on Stage

Sources tell TMZ that several individuals - alleging to be relatives of either Houston or Bobby Brown - have contacted the office under the belief that the artist was murdered. One even claimed to possess evidence that proved this theory, while another blamed a fellow relative for the homicide.

There's been no verification of identities and still no proof exists that points to anything but an overdose on pain medication and alcohol. The official cause of death will be determined when toxicology results are in.

A back-and-forth fight over dueling claims of cyber-stalking landed troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans behind bars Monday ... for the third time this year.

Yes, three arrests in 2012. It's March 6.

Jenelle, 20, turned herself in to North Carolina authorities after a warrant was issued for her arrest on Friday. Evans was released after only about half an hour, and did not have to post bond, but she did have yet another smiling mug shot taken:

Jenelle Evans Mug Shot (March 2012)

Evans' arrest was in connection with a cyber-stalking claim brought by her former boss James Duffy ... just weeks after Evans accused Duffy of the same crime.

Jenelle filed cyber-stalking charges in January against Duffy, who allegedly posted party photos of Evans online, along with her address and cell phone number.

Then Evans' ex-roommate, who was living with Duffy, had her arrested in connection with making harassing and threatening phone calls against them both.

Only six days later, Evans was arrested again for violating a domestic violence restraining order ... everybody got all that? Which brings us to yesterday:

Disgraced former baseball star Lenny Dykstra on Monday was sentenced to three years in a California state prison after pleading no contest to grand theft auto.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Cynthia Ulfig sentenced Dykstra to hard time after refusing to allow the 49-year-old to withdraw his no contest plea.

Ulfig said the scam to lease cars from dealerships by providing fraudulent information and claiming credit through sham businesses showed sophisticated planning.

Dykstra has had a series of legal woes in a post-career downward spiral that has included a stint at a sober living facility and exposing himself to peeps on Craigslist.

In a rambling, impassioned plea for probation, Dykstra said he's tried to make amends for past transgressions and said he would be cleared of any wrongdoing.

"I'm doing everything in my power to be a better person," he said.

The judge wasn't buying it and denied his request to undo his plea of no contest. Dykstra, wearing a gray suit with a blue shirt, was remanded to custody.

Dykstra has earned nearly a year's worth of credit due to time already served. His defense attorney said Dykstra was singled out because he's a celebrity.

Dykstra initially pleaded not guilty to 25 counts after police arrested him and found cocaine, Ecstasy and synthetic human growth hormone at his home.

He changed his plea in October to no contest and in exchange prosecutors dropped 21 criminal counts ... but the big ones still earned him a trip to prison.

She may star on The Middle, but when it comes to politics, Patricia Heaton is one of the few outspoken celebrities who is far to the right.

How far to the right? Rush Limbaugh far.

Just like that conservative talk show host, this actress went off on Sandra Fluke not long after the Georgetown Law School student appeared at a press conference last week and pleaded her case for why contraception should be covered by health insurance companies.

As you can see in the sample Tweets below, Heaton continually, condescendingly mocked Fluke's supposed reliance on others:

Patricia Heaton Tweets

But then also like Limbaugh, Heaton issued an apology via Twitter, writing: Mea culpa Sandra! Wasn't being respectful 2 u re my tweets as I hope people wd b w/me. Don't like you being dissed -so sorry."

Perhaps realizing that a Mea Culpa written like a second grader was equally disrespectful, Heaton gave it another try and finally struck the right tone:

I apologized to Ms Fluke last week. I may not agree with her views but I didn't treat her with respect and I'm sorry. I was wrong. Mea Culpa.

Already embroiled in controversy over her recent disclosure of diabetes, Paula Deen is now accused of sexual harassment in the termination of an employee.

The queen of Southern fried cooking nixed allegedly philandering general manager of one of her restaurants because, as she put it, "If you think I have worked this hard to lose everything because of a piece of p**sy, you better think again."

Paula replaced the G.M. with a woman, and now she's suing Paula and her brother for ... sexual harassment. That qualifies as irony right there.

Poor Paula

Lisa Jackson worked as G.M. for Uncle Bubba's Seafood and Oyster House in Savannah, Ga., from 2005-2010. Paula's brother, Bubba Hiers, is part owner with Paula.

Lisa claims Bubba brought "inescapable pornography" to the workplace all the time, often visiting XXX websites on the kitchen computer and failing to log off. Smart.

According to the suit, Bubba allegedly asked Lisa to bring pics of herself to work, photos of her when she was younger, telling her, "You have nice legs."

On the bright side, this may make people forget about that whole drunken-hamburger video...

Actor-turned-singer-turned-occasional-trainwreck David Hasselhoff performed a show at the IndigO2 in London over the weekend, singing songs in a variety of get-ups, from a lifeguard costume to a long-haired wig to an Adolf Hitler mustache and suit.

Wait... what? No, really, it's true:

David Hasselhoff as Hitler

In the Hoff's defense, he was singing a song from the movie The Producers, which is based around a play titled "Springtime for Hitler." But still. There are a lot of plays out there from which he could choose a number.

It didn't help that Hasselhoff reportedly forget the lyrics to the track and that an attendee referred to the show (via The Sun) as "complete shambles."

What do you think of Hasselhoff dressing as Hitler?

This is one of the more obscure Twitter wars in recent memory.

A week after lashing out for receiving death threats on the social network, Miley Cyrus is once again at the center of a controversy - and it all has to do with theoretical physicist Lawrence Krauss.

Lawrence Krauss Pic

The singer/actress posted the above photo of Krauss on her account last night, including a passage that partly reads:

You are all stardust. You couldn’t be here if stars hadn’t exploded, because the elements (carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, all the things that matter for evolution) weren’t created at the beginning of time. They were created in stars. So forget Jesus. Stars died so you can live.

Many followers proceeded to take exception to the whole "forget Jesus" thing, with one follower writing to Miley: "You seriously believe that crap? It’s so ridiculously stupid. Go to hell."

There's someone who clearly follows the teachings of Jesus well, huh?

This isn't the first time Cyrus has upset her Christian followers. The young star is an outspoken advocate of gay marriage, penning an op-ed on the topic last month and receiving a lot of criticism for her views.
