Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is not entirely off the hook, but it looks like she will NOT be headed to jail after failing to take a required drug test this week.

Law enforcement sources say the judge ordered Amber to submit to an extra 30 days of DAILY drug testing for failing to procure a urine sample on Monday.

A non-test is an automatic "fail" in the eyes of the court, and she could have been put in jail for it on the spot, but the judge cut her a very slight break.

She's treading on very thin ice, however. Amber didn't just botch a drug test, she missed an AA meeting recently - another mandatory activity for her.

According to the terms of her release, she must comply with all of these terms or face up to five years in the big house. She's just one slip-up away.

As punishment, Amber is also required to re-read the drug court handbook and write a 500-word report on her responsibilities as a drug court participant.

Seriously. She has to write a book report. Gotta love it.

A new sex tape has surfaced that stars Hulk Hogan giving his multiple-inch python to an anonymous brunette. The former wrestling legend doesn't deny its existence.

But when asked by TMZ yesterday to identify the woman in the video, Hogan pleaded ignorance and cited a four-month alcohol/banging binge he went on between the period of divorcing long-time wife Linda and meeting new wife Jennifer McDaniel.

"During that time, I don't even remember people's names, much less girls," the Hulkster told the site.

Terry Bollea Pic

Hogan claims to have no clue who is selling the tape, but - despite urging from Vivid Entertainment Chairman Steve Hirsch, who says there will be "huge demand" for the video - he and his lawyer says they will take full legal action if it gets out.

How much would you pay to watch a Hulk Hogan sex tape?

Looks like Amber Portwood has screwed up again. Possibly big time.

The troubled Teen Mom train wreck failed to take a required drug test, and as a result, could face the five-year prison sentence she just narrowly dodged.

Portwood's December drug arrest had her staring down a lengthy stint in the big house, but a judge promised to dismiss the entire case ... with a big "if."

IF she completes a drug program ... a stipulation that includes daily drug testing. Which she apparently couldn't even give a sample for. Terrific work!

Grade A Screw-Up

Amber had been doing fairly well since being released from jail and moving in with her grandmother, but on Monday, she torpedoed all her short-lived progress.

By failing to provide a urine sample during a routine drug test while she serves time on home detention, she may be in for it at her court check-up today.

Amber allegedly failed to provide a sample because she simply couldn't go at the time, but so it goes. No sample = failed test. No exceptions or excuses.

She'll have to answer for the failed test one way or another before a judge today, and we'll have to see if the judge feels it warrants a probation violation.

If so, she could be off to prison for a LONG time. Stay tuned.

Attorneys for Paula Deen said that the former worker suing for sexual harassment and being subjected to a hostile work environment is making false allegations.

Deen's camp says Lisa Jackson only made the claims after rebuffing attempts to resolve the matter amicably, and after the chef refused to pay her to keep quiet.

The lawsuit, filed Monday, "makes false allegations against Paula Deen and they will be proven false in court," said a statement from the firm representing Deen.

Deen

The law firm said the suit was filed in a local court after the Southern cooking star and Type 2 diabetic refused to pay the woman to "address false claims."

Attorneys for Jackson, a former general manager at the restaurant, didn't immediately respond to an email seeking comment regarding Deen's rebuttal.

Jackson said her doctor encouraged her to quit managing Uncle Bubba's Seafood and Oyster House in Savannah, Ga., due to panic attacks and other stress.

The restaurant is owned by Paula Deen and her brother Bubba Hiers.

Jackson, who is white, said in the lawsuit that Hiers routinely made inappropriate sexual remarks and that she heard Heirs and Deen using racial slurs.

Fantasia Barrino just had a baby with shady boyfriend Antwaun Cook, but he's already running around, according to reports ... with his estranged wife.

According to insiders, Antwaun regrets giving up on Paula Cook and their two kids and while Paula is very hurt, relations are thawing between them.

Possibly while naked, we're saying.

"Paula and Antwaun both ended up at Club RE:Public in Charlotte over the weekend and things got a little cozy between the two," the source said.

"I don't know where Fantasia was, but she definitely wasn't in the club where they were! Antwaun was shoving his tongue down [Paula's] throat."

The source continued by saying that while Paula was receptive, she did not want to make a scene and was still a little gun-shy with all the PDA.

However, "he told Paula she belongs to him because she's still his wife!"

So according to this story, the home-wrecker, who was also accused of cheating on Fantasia in January, is wrecking a new home with his old one.

Former college football star Marcus Vick, the younger and possibly more troubled brother of Michael Vick got popped this weekend for contempt of court.

Marcus turned himself in to authorities in Newport News, Va., on Sunday after a warrant was issued for his arrest for failing to appear for two court dates.

Those dates stem from a suspended license charge, and by not showing, Marcus not only joins our celebrity mug shot page, but will spend 10 days in jail.

Sweet deal. He will then be transferred to officials in Montgomery County, Va., to face separate charges stemming from an unrelated incident. Great.

According to reports, Vick failed to pay a $40,000 settlement in a civil case in which he was accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl in 2008.

Marcus Vick was 19 at the time.

Vick was booted off the Virginia Tech football team back in 2006 following a string of arrests and has been involved in multiple legal issues since.

A racial slur against President Barack Obama is just one of the many explosive allegations in a bombshell lawsuit against Paula Deen and her brother, Bubba Hiers.

The lawsuit was filed Monday in Georgia on behalf of Lisa Jackson, a past employee of Paula Deen Enterprises. Among the stunning allegations in the lawsuit:

"In the presence of Ms. Jackson and a vendor, Bubba Hiers stated they should dispatch President Obama to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico so he could n***er-rig it."

The lawsuit also claims that Deen herself used the word in front of employees:

  • Paula Deen Pic
  • The President of the United States

According to the court documents, Jackson was appointed by Deen to handle catering for Bubba's wedding in 2007, and asked Deen what servers should wear.

Paula's alleged response?

"Well what I would really like is a bunch of little n***ers to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties, you know in the Shirley Temple days."

"They used to tap dance around. Now, that would be a true Southern wedding wouldn't it? But we can't do that because the media would be on me about that."

The documents state that Jackson became GM of Bubba’s Oyster and Seafood House in Savannah, Ga., which is co-owned by Deen and Bubba, after the previous GM (a male) apparently got fired for having sexual relations with the servers.

There is no evidence that any foul play was at work in the death of Whitney Houston.

But that did not stop Nancy Grace from speculating about whether someone played a role in her passing, and a new report claims it isn't stopping unidentified callers from pressing the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office from opening up a murder investigation.

Whitney on Stage

Sources tell TMZ that several individuals - alleging to be relatives of either Houston or Bobby Brown - have contacted the office under the belief that the artist was murdered. One even claimed to possess evidence that proved this theory, while another blamed a fellow relative for the homicide.

There's been no verification of identities and still no proof exists that points to anything but an overdose on pain medication and alcohol. The official cause of death will be determined when toxicology results are in.

A back-and-forth fight over dueling claims of cyber-stalking landed troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans behind bars Monday ... for the third time this year.

Yes, three arrests in 2012. It's March 6.

Jenelle, 20, turned herself in to North Carolina authorities after a warrant was issued for her arrest on Friday. Evans was released after only about half an hour, and did not have to post bond, but she did have yet another smiling mug shot taken:

Jenelle Evans Mug Shot (March 2012)

Evans' arrest was in connection with a cyber-stalking claim brought by her former boss James Duffy ... just weeks after Evans accused Duffy of the same crime.

Jenelle filed cyber-stalking charges in January against Duffy, who allegedly posted party photos of Evans online, along with her address and cell phone number.

Then Evans' ex-roommate, who was living with Duffy, had her arrested in connection with making harassing and threatening phone calls against them both.

Only six days later, Evans was arrested again for violating a domestic violence restraining order ... everybody got all that? Which brings us to yesterday:

Disgraced former baseball star Lenny Dykstra on Monday was sentenced to three years in a California state prison after pleading no contest to grand theft auto.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Cynthia Ulfig sentenced Dykstra to hard time after refusing to allow the 49-year-old to withdraw his no contest plea.

Ulfig said the scam to lease cars from dealerships by providing fraudulent information and claiming credit through sham businesses showed sophisticated planning.

Dykstra has had a series of legal woes in a post-career downward spiral that has included a stint at a sober living facility and exposing himself to peeps on Craigslist.

In a rambling, impassioned plea for probation, Dykstra said he's tried to make amends for past transgressions and said he would be cleared of any wrongdoing.

"I'm doing everything in my power to be a better person," he said.

The judge wasn't buying it and denied his request to undo his plea of no contest. Dykstra, wearing a gray suit with a blue shirt, was remanded to custody.

Dykstra has earned nearly a year's worth of credit due to time already served. His defense attorney said Dykstra was singled out because he's a celebrity.

Dykstra initially pleaded not guilty to 25 counts after police arrested him and found cocaine, Ecstasy and synthetic human growth hormone at his home.

He changed his plea in October to no contest and in exchange prosecutors dropped 21 criminal counts ... but the big ones still earned him a trip to prison.
