We realize that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston's divorce was seen, and is still noted to be, one of the most scandalous, shocking celebrity breakups in recent history.

But we'll let you in on a tip, Us: They split in January 2005.

Pitt's affair and subsequent partnership with Angelina Jolie continue to fascinate for obvious reasons, but really guys? We're revisiting his original split with Jen?

At least Star can think up new Brangelina breakups, secret Brennifer hookups, Angie mind games and Jen loneliness in a bid to keep the love triangle current.

This, however, is basically a five-year-old cover story ...

Finally, the truth! Knock us over with a feather!

Yes, we realize the publication cites a new tell-all book about the celebrities and some supposedly new revelations as its reason for dredging this back up again.

What would a new tell-all possibly have to offer, though, and how would we assume any part of it is actually true? Is there no other celebrity gossip out there?

Come on, Us. Jen's dating a new guy now, and he's still married to his ex-wife! Surely there's an adultery / love child story you can fabricate from that, right?

Forget the Royal Wedding of the Century.

We may be looking at an all-time royal mess.

Despite engagement rumors floating over her head, Kate Middleton is reportedly considering an end to her relationship with Prince William. The reason? A four-year old photo that proves he cheated on her with British singer Natasha Hamilton.

It's unclear why this picture, which was published in tabloids at the time, is causing a stir now - but insiders say it's due to Kate's realization that William has been "disrespectful" to her for a long time, and will continue to be even if they get married.

"Kate is now being warned by royal courtiers that she must be prepared for William to follow in his philandering father's footsteps and take a mistress," a source told The National Enquirer.

The tabloid even quotes one of the Queen's advisors, who allegedly said to Middleton:

"It won't be IF he does, my dear. It will be WHEN he does - and then you must simply turn a blind eye."

Kate felt "physically ill" at this possibility, the source reports, causing her to rethink the wedding. We have no idea why. According to Mel Gibson, a woman's place is on her knees, not on some high horse.

Give William a break, girlfriend!

Lindsay Lohan is going to jail.

The troubled star surrendered in court this morning to begin serving a three-month sentence for violating the probation terms of her 2007 DUI conviction.

In reality, Lindsay may spend only about three weeks behind bars, due to the overcrowding of the facility she's headed to. Assuming she behaves herself.

Judge Marsha Revel did not allow the media to capture the exact moment of Linds' surrender (good for her, bad for us), before ordering her into custody.

"At this time, she will be remanded," the judge said as Lohan was about to be cuffed, adding "All cameras are ordered to be shut off, both still and video."

Revel said Lohan would not be eligible for house arrest or work release. She will also be required to report to probation within 24 hours of her release.

Lindsay Lohan did not speak in court this morning.

After cameras were shut off, deputies took her away and removed her belongings as old/new lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley and her family looked on.

"I love you, Lindsay," said Michael Lohan, who unfortunately showed.

Lindsay will now begin processing at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, Calif., where she will spend her sentence, however long that is.

Processing entails fingerprinting, photographing (new mug shots!), cell assignment, ankle monitor removal and a wardrobe change (orange jumpsuit!!).

Back in 2007, Lohan spent just 84 minutes at this same facility. Not long enough, apparently, to change her destructive behavior in any discernible way.

Here's hoping a few weeks or more does the trick this time around. What will be the biggest obstacle for her, no Twitter, no friends or no cigarettes?

We'll find out soon enough.

You'll never believe this, but a woman who starred on For the Love of Ray J has made the move to porn.

Granted, that's about a six-inch step away from the reality show on which she appeared, but fans of that VH1 series are still buzzing over the news that Bethany Benz is now an adult movie actress.

She went by the name "Caviar" on the dating competition - and if the man who made Kim Kardashian famous had known she'd end up in this industry, he likely would have proposed to Benz on the spot.

Of Russian and Nigerian descent, Caviar has grinded in music videos for R. Kelly and posed in photo shoots for Motorsports Magazine, Jet Magazine, and Rolling Out Magazine.

She goes all the way in a film produced by Bang Bros., a photo from which you can view HERE. It's not exactly safe for work, but trust us: it's the safest image we could legally publish on this site.

Ho-tel heiress Paris Hilton was detained at an airport on the French Island of Corsica after authorities discovered she had pot in her purse, according to the AFP.

She was found to have less than a gram of pot and was released.

If any of this sounds familiar, that's because it is. Paris was busted briefly for the same exact thing two weeks ago while watching the World Cup in South Africa.

Cops let the socialite skate after they decided it was a friend who had the weed at that time, and apparently she was quickly let off the hook this time as well.

Bribes go a long way. Just kidding. Mostly.

According to the Mirror (UK), customs officers with drug-sniffing dogs pounced after the multi-millionaire's flight touched down from Paris (France) on Friday.

Downplaying it, Paris yesterday tried to pass it off as "silly nonsense" posting a message on Twitter saying: "So sick of people making up rumors about me."

"The latest one about me is completely false too. Don't believe what you read." Or you can believe it. An officer at Corsica's Figari airport said, contrarily:

"We held her for about 45 minutes and had strong words."

All good now though. Where will she be busted next?

The Mel Gibson tapes are disturbing and reveal a terrible temper, but Oksana Grigorieva is still lacking for evidence that the actor physically attacked her.

Until now ... maybe.

Earlier this morning, Radar Online posted a photo of Oksana taken hours after she claims Gibson punched her in the face during a January 6 altercation.

The image is part of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department's ongoing investigation of the deeply troubled actor, who may face domestic violence charges.

It’s also being used by Oksana in her custody battle with Mel over their eight-month-old daughter Lucia. You can see the awful photo for yourself here.

The question is: Did Mel Gibson do it?

Not necessarily. Oksana says he punched her twice in the mouth, knocking out her teeth and giving her a concussion. But is the pic consistent with that claim?

According to TMZ, Oksana's teeth were not damaged, despite her dentist submitting in a declaration that one veneer was knocked out and another damaged.

Experts who have analyzed the photos believe that Grigorieva's injury is inconsistent with being punched in the mouth since there is no soft tissue damage.

In other words, it may have been self-inflicted and this is a shakedown.

There is "no evidence of external or internal damage," a law enforcement source told the celebrity gossip site. Mel has denied physically attacking Oksana.

Gibson's lawyers are expected to accuse Oksana of trying to extort Mel out of more than $10 million in return for keeping the tapes of his tirades private.

As for the rant in which Mel apparently admits beating Oksana, telling her she deserved it after she referenced him punching her, that's questionable too.

Mel's legal team wants taped rants thrown out as evidence because of "strong evidence" they were edited and tampered with ... it's all extremely weird.

Basically, the Gibson tapes are what they are - in terms of vulgarity, and proving in chilling detail that one of Hollywood's biggest stars needs serious help.

But there's also so much we don't know: Why he is SO angry? Were the recordings altered? Is her injury really self-inflicted? Will either face charges?

That we'll have to wait and see.

John Stamos will guest star on Glee this fall.

But there's nothing gleeful about his current situation: the actor took to the stand yesterday to defend himself against Allison Coss, the young woman arrested in December for trying to extort $680,000 from Stamos in exchange for not releasing allegedly compromising photos of him.

Testifying in U.S. District Court, Stamos denied all accusations that he used cocaine and/or accompanied an underage Coss in a hot tub. He admitted the following under oath:

• He met the then-17-year old in Orlando in 2004. She told him she was 18 and on spring break from college.
• The next day, Stamos and his friends met up with Coss and others in a hotel room, where they were "hanging out, socializing." There was no drug use of any kind.
• Following the Florida trip, Stamos and Coss stayed in touch via e-mail, exchanges the actor described as "flirty" but "friendly."
• Stamos asked for "wild" photos of Coss in 2007.

Coss and boyfriend Scott Sippola are charged with conspiracy and two counts of extortion against the actor. If convicted on all charges, they could face up to nine years in prison. No photos of the star have turned up in any investigation of the pair's home.

Near the end of his testimony, Coss' lawyer randomly asked Stamos if he was a friend of Charlie Sheen. He replied: "No, but I know Lindsay Lohan."

You've gotta love reality TV.

On Monday night, Bravo aired an epic fight between Danielle Staub and Teresa Giudice. It eventually resulted in Jacqueline Laurita’s 19-year-old daughter (Ashley Holmes) ripping out the former's weave.

This confrontation actually took place in November, however, as it was documented at the time and Holmes was forced by the court to pay a $189 fine. Case closed, right?

Wrong says Staub's lawyer, Paul Giblin. Speaking to Hollywood Life, he said of the incident:  “We are going to use this footage and prepare a case against these women. We are seeking assault and battery charges, defamation of character and punitive damages as well.”

First, we'll need a few minutes to stop laughing over the concept that anything could defame Staub at this point. Pretty sure her arrest record and sex tape have done that on their own already.

Second, any case Staub and her lawyer wished to have brought against her castmates would have been filed months ago. This incident is old news. It was simply shown to the world this week, on a series for which Staub makes hundreds of thousands of dollars to appear.

This makes Giblin's concluding comments positivelty hilarious:

“We will get restraining orders by the judge against Teresa, Ashley and all others involved... We are going to ask to impose sanctions against these women, whatever the law allows... This is some kind of conspiracy, it’s like a gang mentality.”

If Giblin is referring to the gang of Bravo writers that came up with this storyline, then he's absolutely correct.

The tape of Mel Gibson's racist, misogynistic tirade leaked a few days ago already proved what a disturbed guy he is, but we held out hope that at least Oksana Grigorieva's claim of him physically assaulting her was not true.

Not only is it true, he threatened to do it again ... and worse.

In a new eight-minute audiotape so vulgar and shocking it defies comprehension, Mel admits to hitting Oksana, says she deserved it and threatens her further.

This recording makes the previous Mel Gibson rant look tame.

Mel’s deeply disturbing remarks on the tape, which you can listen to after the jump (it is extremely upsetting) could be a powerful piece of evidence against the star in the criminal investigation that is being conducted by the authorities.

Mel Gibson needs serious help. Now.

Rambling and so enraged that he's gasping for breath, Mel pants heavily in between vile insults on the tape, at times nearly incapable of speaking. It's not an exaggeration to call this the most bizarre, infamous celebrity meltdown in history.

Equally strange? That Oksana remains perfectly calm throughout, presumably because she's taping it. Not that Mel's conduct is in any way justified, but there are no words capable of describing this ... no one should ever be THAT worked up.

What could have happened to trigger this kind of rage?

In any case, the tape, if legitimate, which it certainly appears to be after we've listened to it twice, the tape is not only big trouble for Gibson in the domestic violence investigation, but for his career prospects. It's that bad.

This is a first: The View is facing controversy, and it's NOT over something Elisabeth Hasselbeck said.

In fact, that conservative commentator - whose most recent example of opinionated nonsense involved a shot at Erin Andrews - has nothing to do with why GLADD is taking aim at this ABC talk show.

Instead, the organization has its sights set on Sherri Shepherd and D.L. Hughley, the June 22 guest host. On that date, the pair talked about the influx of HIV among African-Americans and blamed it on gay black men that were in the closet, aka "on the down low."

"When you look at the prevalence of HIV in the African American community, it's primarily young women who are getting it from men who are on the down low," Hughley said.

Added Shepherd, offering no data to back up her assertion: "It's so big in the black community with women because they're having sex with men who have been having sex with men."

In response, GLADD has taken out a full-page ad in Variety that reads:

"The Centers for Disease Control has publicly disproven this myth. And since June 22, thousands of people have written to ABC, asking that The View provide correct information to viewers. Unfortunately, those requests have been greeted with silence from both ABC and The View."

Panelists on the show are known for expressing their opinions and have the right to speak their minds, of course. But when making grand claims such as the one above, it would nice if they relied on facts to support their statements.
