Oy vey. Will this never end?!?

Justin Bieber in Brazil

Justin Bieber took a DNA test last Friday in order to prove, once and for all, that he did NOT father a child with Mariah Yeater.

But now attorney Jeffrey Leving is speaking out and saying his client is unhappy with the procedure because no one in her camp was present for it.

"We have to make sure the chain of custody is properly supervised," Leving told E! News, explaining why he wants Bieber to take another test. "I don't know if it was even his DNA. Evidence has to be properly supervised to make sure it is not corrupted. What I am hoping is to get DNA testing done for everybody and to have it done in a supervised setting."

Yeater, of course, dropped her lawsuit against Bieber last week, but Leving says he'll have no choice but to "refile" if the parties can't reach a resolution on the testing issue. Man. These people really are weasels, aren't they?

Earlier this week, police on the campus of the University of California-Davis used pepper spray to subdue protesting students. The maneuver - which you can watch on tape HERE - caused outrage across the Internet.

But Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly has no idea why.

"It's like a derivative of actual pepper," she actually said on air yesterday. "It's a food product, essentially."

Kelly acknowledged the video "looks bad," as officers in riot gear unleashed the substance on a group of relatively calm individuals. But they didn't really react, so might the cops have used a "diluted" version of the product, she wonders?

Watch the clip above and react: Kelly is...

First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden, wife of the Vice President, served as grand marshals yesterday prior to a NASCAR race at Homestead-Miami Speedway. They were on hand to promote the military family-based project Joining Forces, starting the race along with a wounded veteran named Andrew Berry and his family.

And the famous wives were audibly booked upon being introduced to the crowd. Hear for yourself:

The sports governing body downplayed the response via a statement by Marcus Jadotte, NASCAR vice president of public affairs. It reads:

"The NASCAR community and the vast majority of those attending our race Sunday welcomed the first lady and Dr. Jill Biden and the military families in attendance. We are proud to support military families across the country and proud to support the Joining Forces initiative."

But, come on, we have ears. We can hear the negative reaction of many in attendance. Which leads us to ask: Booing the First Lady during a non-political appearance? Right or wrong?

Jennifer Lopez grabbed the attention of American Music Awards viewers last night by wearing very little clothing... and by shilling a whole lot for Fiat.

The singer danced and gyrated to a medley of songs during her six-minute set, while also making prominent use of the same car you've undoubtedly seen her endorse in countless commercials over the past few weeks. See for yourself:

The overt, Kim Kardashian-like shill has raised the ire of many celebrities. John Legend, for example, Tweeted in response to the advertisement-based performance: "That had to be the most shameless thing I've ever seen in a performance. I was genuinely shocked."

What do you make of this routine? J. Lo's Fiat plug was...

Footage of police in riot gear pepper spraying students at point blank range has surfaced and caused outrage at the University of California-Davis and beyond.

University of California Davis Chancellor Linda Katehi, who has been called upon to resign, said in a statement that she was forming a task force to investigate.

She called police action and video images, which circulated Saturday, "chilling." Police say it was "fairly standard police procedure." You watch and decide ...

In the video, an officer dispassionately pepper-sprays a line of several sitting protesters who flinch and cover their faces but remain passive, arms interlocked.

As the images and clips spread on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter over the weekend, the university's faculty decried the school's "gross failure of leadership."

At a news conference, Katehi said what the video shows is "sad and really inappropriate" but defended her leadership and said she had no plans to resign.

"I do not think that I have violated the policies of the institution," she said. "I've worked personally very hard to make this campus a safe campus for all."

The protest was reportedly held in support of the overall Occupy Wall Street / Occupy Oakland movement and in solidarity with protesters at UC-Berkeley.

Heath and Deborah Campbell, New Jersey parents of three children with Nazi-inspired names, lost custody of their fourth child 17 hours after he was born.

According to the Express-Times of Lehigh Valley, Pa., Hons Campbell was taken into custody by the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Service.

"There's no legal binding court order. This is basically a kidnapping, but they use different terms," an upset Heath Campbell told the Express-Times.

Hitler's Parents

The couple made news in 2008, when a ShopRite grocery store declined to decorate a birthday cake for their son Adolf Hitler Campbell's third birthday.

The state took custody of Adolf, along with his sisters JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Himler Jeannie Campbell, in January of 2009.

The three children have remained in foster care ever since.

A DYFS spokesperson would not comment on a specific case, but said children are only taken into custody if there is a suspicion of abuse or neglect.

"We would never remove a child simply based on their name," the spokeswoman said, implying that it was certainly not because of their names.

The couple's attorney, Pasquale Giannetta, said that a hearing has been scheduled for Monday to determine the custody status of the newborn.

Jeremy London is a wanted man.

The actor - best known for his former role on Party of Five and a recent patient on Celebrity Rehab - is on the run after his girlfriend called the Palm Springs Police Department Friday due to an argument over custody of their child that allegedly resulted in an assault.

"This is a false allegation and we understand that the police have to follow protocol in issuing an arrest warrant - standard when any woman files a complaint of domestic abuse," London's rep told People. "However, no such abuse occurred and these allegations will soon be proven false.

"Jeremy's legal counsel is cooperating with authorities and a factual account of the incident is on record. We anticipate Jeremy to be cleared of any wrongdoing as he continues to enjoy fatherhood and embrace sobriety."

London has been involved in a number of unusual incidents over the past year or so, the most bizarre being a kidnapping in the summer of 2010, during which the actor says he was held at gunpoint.

L.A. County Sherriff's Office investigators' decision to reopen the Natalie Wood case after three decades has raised suspicions of her husband, Robert Wagner.

The captain of the boat that Wood, a major movie star at the time, mysteriously vanished from in 1981 is now blaming veteran actor Wagner for her death.

The Tinseltown starlet died off of Santa Catalina Island in California after partying on a yacht one night with hubby Wagner and actor Christopher Walken.

At the time, police said Wood, 43, accidentally fell overboard and drowned. Now the boat's captain, Dennis Davern, is telling something of a different story.

On Today, Davern said Robert Wagner, now 81, asked him not to take steps to find his wife. It was a matter of "We're not going to look too hard," he said.

"We're not going to turn on the search light, we're not going to notify anybody right at the moment," said Davern, who admitted that he lied at the time.

"I made some terrible decisions and mistakes," he said. "I did lie on a report years ago. I made mistakes by not telling the honest truth in a police report."

Asked if Wagner was "responsible" for Wood's death, Davern said, "Yes I would say so." Lana Wood, Natalie Wood's sister, also spoke out about the case:

In the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal that has roiled Penn State, two Syracuse University ball boys say they were molested by the school's associate head basketball coach, Bernie Fine, in the late 1970s and continuing into the 1990s.

Police in Syracuse said they have opened an investigation. In a statement Thursday night, Syracuse said it has placed Fine on administrative leave.

One of the alleged victims, Bobby Davis, told ESPN that Bernine Fine molested him starting in 1984, shortly before Davis entered the seventh grade.

Davis, the team's ball boy for six years beginning in 1984, said the abuse occurred at Fine's home, at Syracuse basketball facilities, and on road trips.

The second alleged victim, Mike Lang, now 45, is Davis' stepbrother and was also a ball boy for several years. He said Fine molested him at a similar age.

Davis said Syracuse head coach Jim Boeheim saw him in Fine's hotel room on several of those road trips, but never told Boeheim about the alleged abuse.

Police stressed that they are in the early stages of the investigation. Thursday evening, police planned to interview both men who made the allegations.

Both men spoke in video interviews with ESPN Thursday night, describing the alleged acts by Fine - reaching into their shorts and rubbed their genitals.

Earlier this week, text messages allegedly sent by Mariah Yeater were leaked to TMZ and seemed to include reference to someone other than Justin Bieber as the father of her child. This revelation took place soon after the accuser dropped her paternity suit against the singer.

Bieber in New York

So, case closed, right?

YES, says Bieber's attorney, telling E! News: "This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story... Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media. There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be."

NO, says Jeffrey Leving, Yeater's attorney. He believes the messages were "fabricated," adding that "the information I have is these text messages were not sent by her."
