Kate Major, Michael Lohan's on-off girlfriend and sparring partner, was arrested early this morning in Boca Raton, Fla., for battery and resisting arrest.

The hot mess former assistant of Lindsay Lohan was booked at 3:10 a.m. She was detained for resisting arrest and battering an officer with violence.

It's unclear if MiLo was involved in this ... but we wouldn't be surprised.

The fact that there's a permanent restraining order in place prohibiting Michael Lohan from being near Kate Major obviously wouldn't stop him, we know that.

Major was kicked off a plane in November and arrested for misdemeanor battery after getting into a scuffle with another passenger. No charges were filed.

Kate, who was once engaged to MiLo, checked into rehab shortly thereafter, but checked out just last week. Sounds like money and time well invested.

Major was released this afternoon and ordered to complete a mental health / drug evaluation and bring it back to the court within the next 48 hours.

Wonder how that'll turn out.

Heather Locklear was rushed to the hospital around 2 p.m. local time today, after authorities responded to a call from her sister in Los Angeles, who feared the actress was in danger.

Law enforcement officials tell TMZ they believe Locklear took a mixture of prescription drugs and alcohol, as paramedics on the scene decided she needed medical attention.

"Emergency response personnel responded to a medical emergency call at Ms. Locklear's residence," confirmed Ventura County Sheriff's Capt. Mike Aranda to People. "Once they arrived, it was determined that Ms. Locklear needed to be transported to the hospital for further medical attention."

Locklear, who called off her engagement to Jack Wagner late last year, was just spotted Tuesday night with a friend at the Lakers game.

Natalee Holloway was declared legally dead Thursday by a judge in her home state of Alabama. She mysteriously vanished in Aruba more than six years ago.

Probate judge Alan King made the ruling at the request of Holloway's father.

While her body was never found, Dave Holloway met a legal presumption of death for his daughter, according to King, who had set Thursday as the deadline for anyone to come forward and prove she didn't die on the Caribbean island.

Natalee Holloway

With no evidence to the contrary, Natalee Holloway is legally deceased.

The ruling comes just one day after longtime suspect Joran van der Sloot pleaded guilty to the murder of another woman, Stephany Flores, in Peru.

Van der Sloot's lawyer said the 24-year-old killed Flores in 2010 due to "extreme psychological trauma" he experienced in the Holloway investigation.

Cameron Douglas says he's learned his lesson, but it came at a heavy price.

The 33-year-old son of Haywire star Michael Douglas was sentenced to five years in prison last April, after he was caught dealing large amounts of crystal meth.

Wednesday, Cameron was sentenced to an additional four-and-a-half years in prison and a $4,000 fine. The offense, again, was drug possession, behind bars.

The sentence was more than twice what prosecutors had asked for.

The judge, obviously very annoyed at the situation, told Cameron that he had "blown the biggest opportunity of his life," according to The New York Post.

Douglas said he was "saturated in my own shame and penitence" and begged for "the opportunity to build myself and gain the tools I need to shape my future."

"I feel so strongly, for the first time in my life, that I am truly ripe for positive reform and real achievement," Cameron said in a Manhattan federal court filing.

Cameron was previously arrested in 1999 and 2007 for drug possession, and perhaps for that reason, the judge was less than sympathetic this morning.

Joran van der Sloot pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to the murder of Stephany Flores, a Peruvian woman he had met at a casino in Lima in 2010.

Perhaps not coincidentally, the murder took place exactly five years to the day after the disappearance of American teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba.

Joran van der Sloot remains the main suspect in that case. He was apparently in fairly good spirits after formally confessing to the killing today:

In court in Peru, he said he is "truly sorry" for the killing of Flores. He said that from the first moment, he "wanted to confess sincerely" to the killing.

His lawyer stated that van der Sloot killed Flores as a result of "extreme psychological trauma" he suffered from the fallout over the Holloway case.

Van der Sloot faces a possible 30 years in prison in the killing, though the guilty plea was aimed at winning a lighter sentence than that maximum.

The defense had claimed the killing was manslaughter, as it was not premeditated. That crime carries a minimum sentence of just five years.

In a confession, he had said he killed her in a fit of rage after she discovered on his laptop that he'd been linked to the Holloway disappearance.

Prosecutors claimed, however, that he plotted to kill and rob Flores after learning she had won a lot of money at the casino where they met.

The latest issue of Star Magazine delivers a bombshell: Khloe Kardashian is not actually a Kardashian.

The tabloid first quotes Jan Ashley, who married Robert Kardashian after he split from Kris Jenner, and says simply: "Khloe is not his kid. He told me that after we got married."

Khloe Kardashian in Dallas

Ellen Kardashian (Robert's third wife) also alleges to the publication that Robert was open about Jenner's infidelity during their marriage - a fact the reality star cops to in her atrocious new memoir - and says Khloe herself brought up "all the time" how different she was from her siblings.

"She looked nothing like the rest," Ellen says. "She was tall, had a different shape, light hair, curly hair. Didn't look anything like the other three children."

It's worth noting that Ellen Kardashian filed for bankruptcy in 2010. Was she paid to make this admission? Probably. Could it still be valid? Yes.

Ellen concludes that Robert never asked for a DNA test because he accepted the "truth" about Khloe from the outset and, nevertheless, "loved her very much."

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was arrested in North Carolina for making "harassing phone calls" and "communicating threats" to former roommate Hannah Inman.

The 20-year-old was booked into the Brunswick County Jail and later released after posting $1,000 bond. She later tweeted, "I'm free as a biiirrrrddddd :D."

Yay. The arrest could mean serious trouble for Jenelle Evans, who's still on probation for pounding the crap out of Britany Truett in a fight last summer.

Jenelle Evans Mugshot 2012

Her attorney, Dustin Sullivan, said "Jenelle was charged with those charges today after she had taken charges out on James Duffy several days ago."

"I feel these charges against Jenelle are absurd and retaliatory in nature."

Good to know. Just don't compare her to another Teen Mom train wreck. A "fan" tweeted, "Jenelle makes Amber Portwood look like mother of the year."

To which Jenelle intelligently responded back, "what?!!! LMFAO Amber Portwood is in jail for FELONY charges dumbass, oh I guess she's better...s--t."

She's not wrong. And speaking of social media, the reality star was kind enough to give her side of the story, via Facebook, after the got out. Here goes:

The anti-Kim Kardashian movement is gaining momentum.

Over 500,000 people have signed a petition on BoycottKim.com, a website that pushes companies to stop doing business with the world's least talented, most wooden reality star.

As a result, the California resident who owns the site (and who wishes to remain anonymous), tells The New York Daily News that Christopher T. Wilson, a Kardashian family lawyer, has actually contacted him with threats to take it down.

Kim Kardashian, Fan

“They try to scare you,” the founder tells the newspaper, saying that the Kardashians claim to be preparing a criminal harassment complaint against him. “They do not want bad publicity.”

Perhaps they should have thought of that before Kim krapped all over the koncept of marriage.

Snoop Dogg was arrested in Texas this weekend after an actual dog uncovered marijuana on his tour bus at a border patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca.

Willie Nelson got popped for weed in the same small back in 2010.

Ironic, seeing as Snoop went off against cops in 2010 for arresting the country singer at the time, claiming, "They better leave Willie the f**k alone."

Snoop Dogg on 4/20

Snoop Dogg on April 20 of last year. And probably most days of last year.

In Snoop's case, the border patrol ran a standard inspection of the bus, when the K-9 agent alerted its human bosses to a possible hit in a waste basket in the back.

Sure enough, border patrol agents claim they found a red prescription bottle with several joints inside. We're told the bottle contained under a half-ounce of weed.

Officials say Snoop Dogg admitted the dope was his, and that he has prescription for cannabis in California. There is a zero tolerance policy for weed in Texas, however.

Snoop was issued a citation for misdemeanor drug possession and released. If convicted on the drug charge, the 40-year-old could face up to 180 days in jail.

NOTE: Somewhere, Ron Paul is shaking his head over this violation of the D-O-double-gizzle's civil liberties. NOTE #2: Not really, but he would legalize the sticky-icky fo sho.

Ah, the life of a famous person. You can pretty much admit that you beat up the mother of your children... and then make a deal with a judge that allows you to fight for millions.

Such is the case for Floyd Mayweather Jr., who was sentenced to 90 days in prison last month on a domestic violence charge, but has now successfully postponed his jail time until June. This means he'll be free to fight in Nevada on May 5.

"We are pleased that the judge granted postponement of Floyd's surrender date so that he can fulfill his commitment to Las Vegas to deliver his promised mega-fight and the economic benefits it provides to the community," said Leonard Ellerbe, a representative of the fighter.

No opponent has yet been named for the May 5 fight.

Mayweather will then begin serving his prison term on June 1. He must also complete 100 hours of community service and pay a $2,500 fine.
