While the police continue to investigate Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson, the former is suing the actor for battery, defamation and emotional distress.

With the aid of her new litigators, Martin Garbus and Daniel Horowitz, Oksana will file a lawsuit against Mel, the father of her child, for all of the above.

Garbus and Horowitz will serve her reps in connection with the domestic violence investigation against Gibson and the extortion probe against Oksana.

SMOKED: Oksana is taking it to Mel in court.

They attorneys will also represent Oksana in her music career. Specifically, they will argue that Gibson is unlawfully blocking the release of her music.

As for the civil battery case against Gibson, who Oksana says hit her in the face and threatened her life, sources say the plan is to file it by year's end.

It's been a rough couple of months for Mel, who Oksana recorded going nuclear in various rants, and who is also accused of dalliances with whores.

Violet Kowal also says she has tapes of her own to prove that she was railing Mel while Oksana was pregnant. The scandals just keep piling up ...

Floyd Mayweather has been charged with four felonies and four misdemeanors.

The charges stem from an incident last week in which Josie Harris, who is the mother of three children with the boxer, called the police on her ex-boyfriend. She claims he punched her in the face.

Initially, Mayweather was only charged with felony grand larceny, as he allegedly stoke Harris' iPhone (because he was furious over text to basketball player CJ Watson?).

But TMZ now confirms new charges have been added to the list. They include: coercion, robbery, battery and harassment. Two of those charges are based around threats Mayweather reportedly made against his 10-year old son.

If convicted on all counts, the athlete faces up to 28 years in prison.

We now know the identity of "this girl."

In the latest issue of Star Magazine, the tabloid cover touts an affair between Ashton Kutcher and a random 21-year old who claims she slept with the actor in the house he shares with wife Demi Moore. She's been identified as Brittney Jones.

In the article, Jones confirms that she met Kutcher at a bowling alley, exchanged numbers with him and started to receive texts asking if she was busy.

"I did all the suggesting in the texts, it was like he was paranoid and didn't want to text anything that would get him in trouble," Brittney said. "I asked him if he wanted to meet, that's how we made the plans."

Shannon Sharpe will step aside from broadcasting duties after Michele Bundy accused the former NFL great of forcing her to have sex and threatening her life.

The CBS Sports analyst and former tight end is taking leave from the network in light of these unsettling allegations leveled against him, according to reports.

Sharpe's accuser claims that he "forced [her] to have sex with him," "threatens her life" and "places her under surveillance and calls to say he is watching her."

(NOT) SHARPE SHOOTER: Shannon won three Super Bowl titles with the Broncos and Ravens. He's facing at least that many criminal complaints from Michele Bundy.

The petition for a restraining order against Sharpe was discovered on Friday, but Sharpe still appeared on TV two days later as part of CBS's weekend NFL coverage.

Sharpe joined CBS in 2004 after finishing a 13-year NFL career. At the time of his retirement, he held the all-time record for career receiving yards for a tight end.

It's worth noting that Sharpe has not been charged with a crime or arrested, but these are serious charges. Unlike the Ines Sainz story, this is no laughing matter.

** UPDATE: Officials in Fulton County, Georgia have dismissed the restraining order against Sharpe and there is no investigation pending.

Shaquille O'Neal is involved in some weird ass stories.

The Big Shamrock may or may not be engaged to Hoopz, may or may not have had an affair with Vanessa Lopez, and may or may not have hacked an employee's computer and attempted to frame him by planting child porn on that piece.

Shawn Darling is suing Shaq for intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and civil R.I.C.O. (a racketeering charge) in Miami, Florida.

Some of Shawn's explosive allegations:

• O'Neal conspired with active law enforcement to frame Darling for a criminal offense and destroy any evidence that Darling had against O'Neal.
• Shaq hacked the voicemails of Darling and Vanessa Lopez, who is currently suing O'Neal, deleting Lopez's messages and changed her password.
• O'Neal used law enforcement contacts to obtain restricted information about another mistresses, Alexis Miller, while he was legally fighting her.
• Shaq physically disposed of a personal computer holding evidence of many transgressions while married to Shaunie O'Neal in a lake behind his home.

Darling worked for O'Neal from 2007-2009 as his personal IT guy and claims he was originally hired to work on "different O'Neal family projects."

Ines Sainz is a reporter from the Mexican TV station Azteca. She recently paid a visit to the New York Jets' facilities to interview star Mark Sanchez.

There, she alleges she was sexually harassed by players and staff.

Wow. We know Ines Sainz is hot, but it's like Gang Green is as undisciplined off the field as they were on it during last night's 10-9 loss to Baltimore.

Reporter Ines Sainz says the N.Y. Jets got their sexual harassment on.

She offered her first detailed account Monday of how she was subjected to "grotesque" locker room antics on Saturday, saying, "It mustn't happen again."

She says the team is serious about making it right, though: "I believe they are taking it seriously and it's only going to be one bad experience," Sainz said.

Yesterday, Ines watched pregame warmups just yards from some of the players accused of bombarding her with catcalls, whistles and blatant ogling.

George Michael's recent arrest for driving under the influence has resulted in a brief jail stint for the star. He'll do eight weeks' time. Ironic for the "Freedom" singer.

On July 4, the 47-year-old singer admitted getting behind the wheel of his Range Rover while high on the weed and crashing into a building. Never a smart move.

At least George, seen below on his way into court today, was looking dapper and in good spirits before the sentencing. Might as well go down in style ...

No word on when George Michael will begin serving his jail sentence.

When shooting guard C.J. Watson signed with the Chicago Bulls in the off-season, the team hoped he'd provide some scoring punch off the bench. We doubt this is what they had in mind.

According to a newly-released police report, the career 82% foul shooter was sleeping with Josie Harris, the ex-girlfriend boxer Floyd Mayweather stands accused of hitting.

The documents state that Mayweather read text messages on his baby mama's phone, a couple of which were from Watson and screamed: "Are you having sex with C.J.?" Harris' affirmative answer led to the assault in question.

You might wanna work on your defense, C.J. Watson.

The report, obtained by TMZ, gets even more disturbing: it reads that the 10-year-old son of Mayweather and Harris told police he "saw his dad was on his mother and was hitting and kicking her."

From there, "Harris stated that Mayweather began yelling at her, 'I'm going to kill you and the man your (sic) are messing around with... I'm going to have you both disappear.'"

This would damage Chicago's Eastern Conference title hopes. You gotta have quality back-up play at the two spot.

Spencer Pratt apparently told the truth for once when he said he was arrested yesterday in Costa Rica for felony possession of a firearm. Explosive stuff!

Pratt, who issued a profound apology to wife Heidi Montag last week, was busted for firearm on his way back to the U.S. He was cited and then released.

Spencer claims he was on his way out of the country when he was arrested. He says he turned over the weapons and signed a confession with the local DA.

An arresting document from Costa Rica confirms Pratt was arrested, charged, prosecuted and found guilty. Couldn't have been that bad, as he's a free man.

The name of Heidi Montag is on there, as well, as "spouse." His listed occupation? "Actor." Given the stunts he's pulled, that may not be too big a stretch.

Michael Richards is known for the iconic role of Kramer on Seinfeld. Unfortunately, he's been in the news for some very unfunny reasons in recent years.

There was the infamous n-word rant in 2006. Now the actor is accused, via a lawsuit, of unleashing a serious beating on a photographer in L.A. last month.

Brendon O'Neal claims Richards approached him on the street August 25 in a "menacing manner, with closed fists," then proceeded to beat him up badly.

Bad Cosmo. Very bad Cosmo.

O'Neal claims Richards punched him in the face, knocked him to the ground, and then went on to kick repeatedly at O'Neal's arms, hands, and camera.

O'Neal claims he suffered "great mental, physical, and nervous pain and suffering" - and is suing for unspecified damages, medical expenses, and more.

The lawsuit gives no explanation as to what triggered the alleged beating. It's a depressing story in any case ... but these Seinfeld quotes are hilarious!
