Fill disclosure: We do not know for 100 percent fact that Brett Favre actually texted Jenn Sterger pictures of his package, or communicated with her in any way.

But a new video released sure makes it look like he did, compiling all the weird texts and voicemails Sterger received from someone she thought was Favre.

This is the evidence that allegedly surfaced earlier this year, and that the ex-Playboy model and sports columnist will not confirm or deny on the record.

GOIN' TOO FAVRE: Brett did, if he really texted any wangage to Jenn.

The exchanges took place during the frequently-retired QB's one season with the New York Jets. The smoking-hot Sterger covered the team as a reporter.

Again, Jenn Sterger did not release this. Everything was acquired from a third party, and it's possible the dude communicating with Jenn was not Brett Favre.

However, getting a Mississippi cell, taking some voice lessons, and implicating Jets handlers and others for no other reason than to mess with Jenn Sterger?

Well, that would be an elaborate prank.

Brett Favre Messages to Jenn Sterger

As THG sees it, there's only one thing weirder than a former MLB star being sued for having unprotected sex with a woman while not disclosing he's HIV-positive.

That would be a second woman making the same allegation.

Roberto Alomar's wife, Maria Del Pilar Rivera Alomar, has accused the baseball great of just that in divorce papers. The couple is estranged as of earlier this year.

Maria Del Pilar Rivera Alomar is not pleased with Roberto.

The New York Post reports that Mrs. Alomar, who goes by Maripily, alleges Roberto "knew prior to his first sexual contact with (her) that he was HIV-positive."

The lawsuit comes two years after Roberto's former girlfriend, Ilya Dall, accusing him of the same thing in a $15 million lawsuit, which was later dropped.

Oddly, Alomar's then-girlfriend, Rivera, described Dall's lawsuit as "a vile lie."

At some point since then, she apparently changed her stance on that topic.

Girlicious star and one-time rumored Chris Brown lover Natalie Mejia just pled guilty to traveling with a Gucci purse full of cocaine, but will avoid jail if she stays clean.

Mejia was arrested in Glendale, Calif., after the cops found more than a dozen bags of blow in her purse during a traffic stop. That's generally not a good thing legally.

Nat finally pleaded guilty to felony drug possession charges in L.A. County Superior Court, but the judgment was deferred, a huge break for the pseudo-celebrity.

Friday, Shery Shabani and David Beckham denied that they had an affair.

Her husband, Joseph Shabani, isn't on the same page whatsoever.

Joseph, who allegedly tried to run Beckham off the road after claiming the star had a fling with his wife, is speaking out. "I believe she had an affair," he says.

BIT OF A STRETCH: Are you buying reports of Becks' infidelity?

Shery Shabani, a Beverly Hills mother-of-two, claimed Joseph, also known as Kambiz, tried to run Becks off the road outside their children's school over the tryst.

A tryst that she and David, who's also been linked to hooker Irma Nici, insist never happened. Joseph says it did in a court filing, though he does not name Becks.

Joseph wrote: "Petitioner (Shery) and I have been experiencing marital troubles for many months, due to my belief that Petitioner (Shery) has had an affair."

Diana Taurasi is the best women's basketball player alive. She's also the latest female professional athlete to bare it all.

This WNBA star covers the Body Issue of ESPN the Magazine and says of the decision to pose naked: "Doing the shoot was something new and I had fun with it. For me, doing this was about facing the challenge and celebrating everything all of our bodies have been through and done."

That's one point of view. Another is that women such as Amanda Beard and Danica Patrick should be drawing attention to their athletic accomplishments, not their birthday suits.

Where do you stand? Are these athletes simply proud of their bodies, or turning themselves into sex objects instead of respected professionals? In general, should they be posing nude?

Wayne Rooney paid for sex with a high-priced call girl and bragged about the affair around town. But the soccer star hopes a vacation to Prague will help repair his marriage to wife Coleen.

Witnesses spotted the couple at Heathrow airport last night, as they embarked for the vacation separately, in an attempt to evade the paparazzi.

"Wayne wants this trip to be like a second honeymoon," a source told The Daily Mirror. "He is desperate to make it up to Coleen and a break away is exactly what they need."

Life hasn't been easy for Rooney since the scandal broke. He got injured on the field and Coca-Cola scrapped plans to feature his face on the side of millions of cans after unnamed bosses at the company branded Wayne as "disgusting" for his alleged cheating.

Coleen doesn't seem to agree, though. She's agreed to take her husband back, under certain conditions.

Late last week, R&B singer Mario was arrested for assault against his mother.

With his client free on bail, the artist's attorney spoke on the incident over the weekend and acknowledged that a confrontation took place. But he cited the drug history of Mario's mom (Shawntia Hardaway) as its basis.

"Anyone who has waged the battle to save loved ones from the forces of drugs knows the irrational behavior that almost always accompanies their actions," said Hassan Murphy. "Despite the allegations, Mario remains committed to supporting his mother."

Police responded to Hardaway's call on Friday and found an apartment in disarray. They booked her son on charges of second degree assault after Shawntia accused him of pushing her in the chest.

Murphy referred to this "unfortunate incident between a loving son and a mother" as something that happens when one side struggles "with a devastating addiction."

Rick Sanchez does not like Jon Stewart at all. He also has no clue what the word "bigot" means. Allow us to explain.

The CNN anchor appeared today on the Sirius radio show Stand Up! with Pete Dominick. Asked about Stewart, who is in the news these days for his planned Rally to Restore Sanity, Sanchez replied simply: "I think Jon Stewart’s a bigot."

Could you elaborate, Rick?

"I think he looks at the world through, his mom, who was a school teacher, and his dad, who was a physicist or something like that. Great, I’m so happy that he grew up in a suburban middle class New Jersey home with everything you could ever imagine."

Okay. Thanks for that bio. But you do understand that one must be bigoted against a certain group, right? Keep explaining yourself, please: Who is Stewart biased against?

Mario Dewar Bennett, better known simply as Mario, was arrested early this morning and charged with assault. The victim?

His mother.

As first reported by TMZ, the alleged incident took place in the Baltimore apartment Mario shares with his mom.

Police say Shawntia Hardaway told them her son had been "throwing and damaging property" and that he pushed her "eight feet into a living room wall" earlier in the week.

Authorities did find numerous broken items inside the apartment, such as a china cabinet, a busted mirror and a hole in the closet door. The former Dancing with the Stars contested was arrested on charges of second degree assault and released on $50,000 bond.

Remember Sam Lutfi? Britney Spears' former "manager" and "friend" who is no longer allowed near her by law? We'll, she's not the only one to seek protection.

A permanent restraining order has been slapped against Britney's ex-associate, this time by Samuel Barth. Sam Lutfi can't contact Barth or anyone close to him.

It all went downhill when the two started living together.

"Mr. Lutfi began to insist my mother was 'evil,' and my family relationships unhealthy. Mr. Lutfi made a concerted effort to turn my sister against our mother, incessantly calling, emailing, and texting about our 'unhealthy' family life," Barth said.

Lutfi also allegedly hacked into Barth's Twitter and Facebook and gained access to his mother Deborah's email. Deborah states in a sworn declaration, "I have never actually met Mr. Osama Lutfi and have no desire to have any contact with him."
