This is one of the stranger, more disturbing videos in recent memory.

With Thomas and Nancy Beatie undergoing divorce procedures - and with the former, known as "The Pregnant Man" for his transgender surgery, filing charges of assault against the latter - TMZ has uncovered a video filmed by Thomas from a few months ago.

In it, we see Nancy awaken from a passed out stupor; drag her daughter around; scream at her husband; and then attack him with what she continually refers to as "my computer."

Thomas is oddly calm throughout most of the incident... until Nancy threatens to drop the laptop into the pool. At this, Thomas completely loses it, crying and screaming, while his daughter does the same. It's all very odd - why is he videotaping? Why is his reaction to the fate of the computer more extreme than his reaction to Nancy putting her hands on their child?

The Beaties are due in court next week to work on custody arrangement and child support payments. This video is expected to be used as evidence against Nancy.

Sean Bean rose to major fame last year thanks to his role in Game of Thrones. But the charges levied against the actor yesterday are far from playful.

According to UK's The Daily Mail, Bean was arrested by local police after allegedly placing harassing phone calls and sending abusive text messages to his ex-wife, actress Georgina Sutcliffe.

He was booked at Holborn police station and forced to give DNA/fingerprint samples.

No other details are available at this time, but the couple split in 2010, citing "irreconcilable differences" in their divorce papers. They had been wed for two years after meeting in 2003.

Bean, who currently appears in the ABC drama Missing, has been married four times.

Hollywood film executive Gavin Smith is reportedly missing, and the surprising details - or lack thereof - about the family man's disappearance have left his wife, kids and colleagues searching for answers.

Smith was staying at a friend's house and drove off, without a word, in his black Mercedes around 10 p.m. one night last week. He never came back.

The 57-year-old was reported missing by his wife Wednesday when he failed to pick up his son to take him to school and then did not call into work.

Smith's wife, kids, and sister told ABC News that the former UCLA basketball star and 20th Century Fox movie exec would never abandon his family.

"He would never do that. He's a great father. My dad had no reason to leave," said Evan Smith, Gavin's eldest son and a basketball player at USC.

The family would not say why Smith, an 18-year veteran in the movie industry, was staying with a family friend in Oak Park, Calif., Tuesday night.

He had reportedly returned earlier that that day from a movie convention in Las Vegas and was supposed to stay the night there, but the family said it was unusual that he left that home at 10 p.m. without warning.

The lawyer for the two masseurs suing John Travolta for sexual assault claims others have come forward with similar stories and will join the lawsuit.

Okorie Okorocha, who reps John Travolta accuser (John Doe) #1 and #2, says he's keeping their identities secret because they're victims of sex crimes.

He also says he fears backlash against the men from the powerful actor.

A John Travolta Photo

Okorocha claims he tried settling the first sexual battery lawsuit involving John Doe #1 discretely, telling Travolta's lawyers they could go through a private judge and keep everything completely confidential, only to be rebuffed.

Okorocha also says Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, is off base when he says the movie legend was not in L.A. January 16, as he vehemently insists.

That's date the first incident allegedly occurred, and Okorocha says during their initial discussions, Travolta's lawyers conceded the actor was in L.A.

The second alleged victim came forward days with a similar account of Travolta paying for a massage, then propositioning him/groping his genitals.

It's unclear how many other men may join the salacious lawsuit, if any, but the first two John Does are seeking $2 million in damages ... apiece.

A second masseur with allegations of sexual battery and harassment has come forward against John Travolta. But does either accuser have any merit?

The second plaintiff suing the actor is represented by Pasadena, Calif., attorney Okorie Okorocha, who also reps the original John Travolta accuser.

Both have chosen to remain anonymous, at least for now.

Accuser #2 claims Travolta engaged in improper behavior during a massage session at an Atlanta-area resort, according to legal documents.

In response to the new filing, Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, responded: "This second 'anonymous' claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one."

"The attorney who filed the lawsuit on behalf of his second anonymous client, who does not want to disclose his name although he is required to do so, was notified that his first client's claims were totally false and fabricated."

"Our client was not in L.A. when anonymous 'John Doe #1' claims he interacted with [Travolta]," says Singer, who has adamantly denied the claims.

The accusers' attorney, Okorocha, responded to People:

The man suing John Travolta for sexual battery is responding to the actor's denials, saying he can in fact prove the salacious behavior took place.

Marty Singer, Travolta's lawyer, says the lawsuit from the anonymous masseur is totally unfounded, as John wasn't even in town at the time.

Despite his claim that Travolta was not in L.A. January 16, and that the suit is “complete fiction and fabrication,” John Doe tells a different story.

“I have proof to support the truth that I’m telling,” he said.

Travolta

Much like his name, he won't reveal specific details ... yet.

Singer's claim that John Doe would “regret” filing the lawsuit incensed the masseur, who says, "It is not for Mr. Singer to deny me my right.”

“I represent the 99 percent of the population, the working class, and I was put in an inappropriate situation that I didn’t put myself in."

John Doe said he has no intention of backing down.

He said he thinks his case is strong: “I passed a lie detector test for the National Enquirer, and I’m telling the truth about what happened.”

Jenelle Evans recently went under the knife to enhance her breasts, and in the process, posed nude for a series of before and after photos.

Which have obviously made their way online.

The 20-year-old Teen Mom 2 star has been stoked about her new chest from the start, and certainly appears to be in the leaked pictures.

"She likes them," a source close to Jenelle says about her fake boobs, which can be seen with surgical gauze still underneath them in some pics.

"She is really happy, but she thinks they're lopsided."

Maybe so, but she looks fresh faced and happy in the images. That alone is noteworthy from the normally brooding, sudden, violent reality star.

Jenelle had the surgery done near her home in Oak Island, N.C., and Jenelle Evans' boob job reportedly set her back around $5,000, reports say.

Suge Knight has NOT been arrested for the unsolved 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur, despite what recent Twitter rumors would have you believe.

The ex-Death Row honcho's crime record includes prison stints for drug possession, assault and probation violations over the last quarter century.

It does not, however, include a recent murder accusation.

Tupac was signed to Knight's label when he was gunned down in a Las Vegas drive-by in 1996, a murder that has never led to an arrest ... possibly because Shakur is not really dead, at least according to conspiracy theorists.

Spokeswoman Laura Meltzer of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, which allegedly arrested Knight, spoke to E! about the rumor:

"I don't have any information that [Suge Knight was arrested]. We picked him up on traffic warrants in February ... that is the last arrest I show for him."

John Travolta has been sued by a masseur (male masseuse) who claims that the actor tried to have sex with him during a recent massage.

According to the shocking lawsuit, Travolta saw the masseur's ad online, and scheduled an appointment for $200 an hour. Then it all went haywire.

The accuser did not know who booked the appointment, but followed instructions and met up with a black Lexus SUV, which Travolta was driving.

Travolta and the masseur, who says he saw Trojan condoms in the center console, drove to the Beverly Hills Hotel and went to Travolta's bungalow.

The suit claims Travolta stripped naked, appearing semi-erect.

The masseur says he told Travolta to lay down on the table and the first hour went without incident. Unfortunately, there was a second hour booked.

Then, according to legal documents, the 58-year-old actor began rubbing the masseur's leg, touched his scrotum and the shaft of his penis.

Matthew Fox has run into more problems with the law and with alcohol.

About nine months after allegedly attacking a female bus driver in a drunken rage, the former Lost star was arrested for DUI in Oregon on Friday.

Matthew Fox, Margherita Ronchi

Police sources tell TMZ that Fox was booked at 3:23 a.m. local time, taken into custody and released later that day. Not many other details are available, but a passenger was reportedly in the car as well.

Fox, who lives in the local city of Bend, was on his way to a fast food joint for a very late-night bite, insiders tell the site.
