Looks like THG was correct in its theory that Michael Lohan's arrest for domestic violence last night stemmed from an incident with his ex, Kate Major.

It appears this violent confrontation got ugly really fast.

According to TMZ, citing what she told the cops, MiLo went to his apartment, which shared with Kate, last night. She hasn't lived there for a while.

Kate, who also dated Jon Gosselin, was briefly engaged to MiLo last year.

Kate dropped by to pick up some of her stuff, but Michael Lohan became upset that Kate was packing up for good, and quickly "went ballistic."

The two started arguing, and Kate turned her back on him, only to be grabbed and thrown across the room, striking the bedpost with her shoulder.

Kate Major claims Michael took a towel and began choking her, too.

Victoria Jackson is at it again - and no one who stands in the way of Jesus Christ is safe!

A couple days after slamming Glee for airing a kiss between two male students, the former Saturday Night Live star appeared on Showbiz Tonight yesterday and didn't shy away from her opinion.

Isn't it possible, after all, that such a storyline helps kids struggling in similar situations?

"It's not helping," says Jackson. "They should have a celibacy campaign and tell kids that 50 percent of teenagers now have this new STD from oral sex. That's what they should try to be doing instead of trying to make kids gay."

The so-called comedian says she is not homophobic... just confused.

"I just want to know why the liberals are pro-Muslim and pro-gay. Muslims kill gays. That's what's confusing to me. And the only thing I can come up with is the Muslims hate God and the gays hate His word."

If Chris Brown ever wants to be remembered for something besides beating Rihanna, flying into a rage because people ask him about it won't help.

We've tried to temper our criticism of the guy, given that it's been two years since the assault took place. But his own actions make it impossible here.

Upset by on-air questions about Rihanna on Good Morning America, Brown lost it behind the scenes, smashing a window and storming off shirtless.

Just a few hours ago, Chris performed and was interviewed by Robin Roberts live from the Times Square studio when she asked about the Rihanna incident.

Brown tried to redirect questions to focus on his new album, F.A.M.E., but Roberts continued to ask about Chris' legal issues stemming from the attack.

After the interview, Brown absolutely freaked, storming into his dressing room and screaming so loud, the people in hair and makeup called security.

Brown was so out of control, he smashed a window with a chair in his dressing room, shattering the glass. Some shards fell onto 43rd and Broadway.

By the time security rushed in, Brown ripped off his shirt and peaced out, blowing off a second performance he was supposed to do for ABC's website.

So much for a truce.

The feud between NeNe Leakes and Star Jones, which started on this season of Celebrity Apprentice, has officially turned vicious and personal. An insider tells Pop Eater that the Real Housewife of Atlanta has been getting close to Star's ex husband, Al Reynolds.

"Star thinks it's pathetic that these two has-beens have teamed up together," a friend says. "NeNe knows how much pain and hurt that man caused Star. For NeNe to suddenly befriend him tells you exactly what sort of woman she really is."

Reynolds, a banker, and Jones, a former co-host on The View, filed for divorce in 2008.

This source isn't exactly a fan of the former, saying of Al:

"[He] will do anything to get back into the press, including hanging out with reality stars. But to be getting close and personal with a woman who has publicly stated she wouldn't spit on your ex-wife if she was on fire is just desperate."

Michael Lohan got popped on three felony charges late Monday night.

The father of Lindsay was arrested in West Hollywood, Calif., after a female companion accused him of domestic violence at a nearby apartment, police say.

MiLo was booked for inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant, false imprisonment and preventing a report of victimization, Lt. John Ratto just confirmed.

"Mr. Lohan was arrested after we received a call around 9 p.m. regarding a domestic dispute," Lt. Ratto said of what is the latest in a string of such reports.

Lohan, who has had past run-ins with the law and has done time in prison, appears not to have been on probation at the time of arrest, Lt. Ratto added.

"He was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near our station, showing no signs of intoxication that I'm aware of. He has been cooperative."

Interestingly, MiLo complained of a medical condition not related to the incident while at the station and was taken to L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Chris Brown's new album, F.A.M.E. (forgiving all my enemies), drops this week. But that's not the only recent release from Brown that has people buzzing.

Then there's the much talked about nude photo leak, in which Chris takes a full-frontal, buck-a$$ naked cellphone pic in the mirror for unknown reasons.

Chris says this was NOT a publicity stunt to hype his new album, though. In fact, he's "disappointed" by the leak because ... people will say it's a stunt.

While out promoting the new album, Chris went on KPWR's "Big Boy’s Neighborhood" morning show and addressed the nude pic situation with candor.

"I didn't want to put pictures out; that's not my intention," he said. "A lot of people were saying, 'Yo, he leaked the pictures, he was trying to get PR.'"

"For me, I was always a singer. So unless I'm planning to do porn, I don't think I'd want to leak my wang to the world before my album comes out."

Fair point.

"It was disappointing to me that it was out," he added. "Because I was like, 'Man, now it's gonna (look like) a gimmick. And I don't want a gimmick."

According to reports, woman alleges that she was held against her will and sexually assaulted during a recording session for Lil Wayne back in January.

Weezy personally was NOT involved. The man don't need to assault no one. He makes love and produces illegitimate kids like they were hip-hop hits.

Anyway. The target of the investigation is music producer Noel "Detail" Fisher, who owns the Canyon Country, Calif., house where it went down.

According to sources, Detail had people over to the house (also a recording studio) for a Pre-Grammy party during which Lil Wayne was laying down some tracks.

The alleged victim was a female catering assistant who was hired for the party.

Cops are looking into allegations that Detail held her against her will overnight and sexually assaulted her, after which she managed to escape and alert police.

She was questioned in the hospital, where she also submitted to a rape test. The investigation is still ongoing and, again, Lil Wayne is NOT in the report.

Ryan Phillippe is not pleased.

Alexis Knapp, the woman who claims Ryan is the father of her unborn child, is already casting him as a deadbeat because he hasn't paid her expenses.

According to sources close to Ryan, not only is this unfair, as it hasn't even been established that the baby is his, he HAS supported Knapp financially.

Not only that, Alexis said that if Ryan supported her during her pregnancy, she wouldn't go blabbing to the media ... which he says she has anyway.

Alexis Knapp, who is due in June, says her baby is definitely Ryan's. Phillippe will take a DNA test as soon as the baby is born and support it if it's his.

Sources connected to Alexis claim while she's pregnant, she hasn't received a dime from Ryan and is hurting financially because she's unable to work.

People close to Ryan say Alexis is lying and that he is paying Alexis' expenses, despite having no obligation to do so until a judge establishes paternity.

Short story, this isn't going well. As a source connected to The Lincoln Lawyer star put it, "File it under the category, 'No good deed goes unpunished.'"

In a major development in the Michael Jackson case, lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray want to see prints from broken syringe found in the late icon's bedroom.

Sources say they think this item may prove Michael Jackson killed himself, a long-held defense theory that has been floated but not aggressively pursued until now.

Dr. Murray's lawyers are looking to obtain a first generation fingerprint to determine who was handling it. Murray is adamant that he never touched the thing.

Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter in MJ's June 25, 2009 death.

Whether he injected or even chugged Propofol, the defense believes MJ suffered a massive overdose of the anesthetic while Murray was out of the room.

Defense sources insist that there were only two people in the room at the time (they likely tried to pursue the missing surveillance tape to back this up).

Since Murray did not break the syringe, Michael must have. Or so they claim. The defense is asking the FBI to deliver the first generation fingerprint.

Due to his jokes regarding the earthquake and subsequent tsunami in Japan, Gilbert Gottfried was fired as the Aflac duck and has issued an apology via Twitter.

This begs the question: will Glenn Beck face similar consequences for his remarks on the subject?

Glenn Beck is "just" saying... God is clearly punishing mankind for our sins.

On his radio show yesterday, The Fox News host labeled the natural tragic, which has taken thousands of lives, a "message being sent" by God. He explained:

"I'm not saying God is causing earthquakes... What God does is God's business. But I'll tell you this, whether you call it Gaia or whether you call it Jesus, there's a message being sent," said Beck. "'Hey, you know that stuff we're doing. It's not really working out. Maybe we should stop doing some of it.' I'm just saying."
