Former KISS guitarist Vinnie Vincent (born Vincent Cusano) is in a lot of trouble with the law.

As first reported by TMZ, the musician's wife, Diane, showed up at the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office on May 22, "covered in blood" and smelling of alcohol. She told police that her husband "smacked her" in the face during an argument about another woman, and proceeded to drag her through shards of a broken plate.

Diane claims she was thrown to the ground multiple times before finally escaping and making her way to the station.

Authorities were sent to Vincent's house - and that's when things got really strange.

Like many NBA stars, Joakim Noah likely grew up wanting to emulate Kobe Bryant. But not like this.

In a scenario reminiscent of Kobe's gay slur against a referee last month, the Bulls power forward was caught on camera last night referring to a fan as a "fagot." He's since apologized, saying he got "caught up" in the moment, but GLADD thinks there's larger problem at hand in the league.

"Last month the NBA sent an important message about how such slurs fuel a climate of intolerance and are unacceptable," President Jarrett Barrios told TMZ. "These anti-gay remarks, coming so soon after, demonstrate how much needs to be done.”

Bryant was fined $100,000 for his insult and Barrios is confident something will be done about Noah, as well. He says:

“Noah's apology is a start. We are confident that the NBA will now take disciplinary measures and hasten its work with us to tell all players that there is no place for anti-gay words and attitudes in the game.”

Meanwhile, Noah has problems on the court, as well: the Bulls are in a 2-1 Eastern Conference Championship hole, after Chris Bosh burned the defender for 34 points yesterday in a 96-85 Heat victory.

UPDATE: Noah has been fined $50,000 by the NBA.

Sonja Morgan is a Real Housewife of New York City - and she may be in for some real financial trouble.

A United States Court of Appeals judge has ruled that Morgan is personally liable for fraudulent conduct against Hannibal Pictures, a production company that backed the film Fast Flash to Bang Time before Sonja pulled out of it.

"The masks are falling and there is no longer any doubt that we were defrauded and severely damaged," said Hannibal's Rionda del Castro. "We are now going to collect to the fullest extent of the law."

Morgan filed for bankruptcy in November and blamed John Travolta for the movie's problems, saying he made demands that couldn't be met by her company, "Sonja Productions."

Jane Seymour said she wasn't at all surprised when news of Arnold Schwarzenegger's love child broke - and that you can expect more of the same!

Seymour told CNN that she wasn't shocked when she heard about Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver's separation, and says she instantly knew why.

"I wasn't even remotely surprised. The moment I heard it ... he was obviously jumping the gun before everyone else told the world of the news."

Arnold's antics shocked many, but not Dr. Quinn.

Not being surprised is one thing, but then she dropped the bomb: "From what I gather, I think there will be lots of information coming people's way."

"I heard about two more [out of wedlock kids] somebody else knows about. I even met someone who knows him well. I feel sorry for the kids."

Not one more child out of wedlock, but two.

So basically, if we to be believe the Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman actress, his affair and love child with Mildred Patricia Baena are just the beginning.

You gotta be kidding, right? That was our reaction to learning that Pete Doherty was jailed for cocaine possession. Who would have ever guessed!

The British singer, who's certainly no stranger to drug abuse or jail, just earned a six-month sentence after pleading guilty to cocaine possession.

The charge stemmed from his arrest in March of last year after the Babyshambles frontman was suspected of providing drugs to Robyn Whitehead.

Robyn, a 27-year-old heiress-turned-filmmaker, was working on a documentary about Doherty when she was found dead of a suspected overdose.

He was also living with Amy Winehouse, who somehow survived.

Doherty, who was reportedly working on a comeback album with his old band The Libertines, was forced to cancel a scheduled concert in Scotland.

Hopefully he takes the time behind bars to reflect on life and get clean before anyone else dies, although given his track record, we're skeptical.

This story is as confusing as it is sordid.

Earlier this week, a woman named Kerry Campbell went on Good Morning America and said she gave her eight-year old daughter, Britney, Botox injections in order to help her compete at beauty pageants.

Child Protective Services in San Francisco then launched an investigation and removed Britney from her mother's care.

BUT Campbell has now given a sworn statement to TMZ in which she says her name is Sheena Upton - and she made up the entire tale for a $200 reward from Great Britian's The Sun.

"I was provided with the story, instructions and a script to follow for a recorded interview," said Upton, who appeared on both GMA and Inside Edition (for payment) after The Sun broke the alleged news. "The truth is I have never given my daughter Botox, nor allowed her to get any type of waxing, nor is she a beauty pageant contestant."

HOWEVER, the British newspaper has released its own statement and stands by its original story.

Move over, Mildred Patricia Beana. Former child star Gigi Goyette has come forward as The Sperminator's mistress as well, via her attorney Gloria Allred.

"I represent Gigi Goyette, who had an intimate relationship with Arnold," Allred said.

The attorney declined to comment on why Goyette is coming forward now or her intentions for going public, but we have pulled together some details.

Gigi Goyette, 52, had success as a kid on Little House on Prairie. She reportedly met and slept with Schwarzenegger back in his 1975 Pumping Iron days.

She was 16 then. He was 28. But that's beside the point.

After a long layoff, the two reportedly picked things up again and had an affair in 1989, three years after the action star married Maria Shriver.

Goyette, who also goes by Gigi Jeffers, was one of the many women linked to Schwarzenegger as he made his bid for governor of California.

We have an update on Shauna Sand's arrest last night for domestic violence.

First, we've learned that the trainwreck stands accused of spraying mace into the face of husband Laurent Homburger. The incident went down after an argument that was initiated because Sand told Homburger she wanted a divorce and locked herself in the bathroom...

... only for Laurent to kick the door down and Shauna to pull out the pepper spray.

In response to the arrest, TMZ confirms that Lorenzo Lamas - who has three kids with Shauna - has filed documents in court to attain a temporary order that would grant him physical custody of their daughters, ages 10, 11 and 13.

"I am concerned for the welfare of my children," Lamas tells TMZ. "I will not allow them back in that household until Shauna and her husband receive anger management treatment."

Grease star Jeff Conaway, who has battled a long-time addiction to alcohol and drugs, is in a deep coma after overdosing on pain pills a week ago.

A source said the overdose was a suicide attempt.

Conaway’s manager, Phil Brock, said the actor was found unconscious on the floor of his Encino home May 11. In short, it doesn't look promising.

“A friend went to look for him because he wasn’t responding to messages,” Brock said. “We hope and pray, but doctors aren’t optimistic."

"These could be his final moments. He slightly moved his head three days ago but since, there’s been no sign he’ll recover.”

The actor is still recovering from injuries he suffered last year in a near-fatal fall that caused a brain hemorrhage, neck and hip fractures.

The 60-year-old actor appeared on Celebrity Rehab in 2008.

This frightening photo of Shauna Sand has left figurative scars on all who have viewed it.

But the alleged actress was arrested last night for leaving actual marks on husband Laurent Homburger, as police took her into custody on felony domestic violence charges.

TMZ reports that authorities were called to Sand's house just prior to midnight because someone called 911 and reported a fight. She was taken into custody after cops noticed bruises on Homburger, who was booked himself for spousal battery and making criminal threats.

As of this morning Sands has been bailed out, but her 25-year old man remains in jail.
