This past Sunday was "family day" in VH1's Celebrity Rehab.

Astonishingly, Michael Lohan's stood him up in that piece.

The drama began when MiLo "wanted Lindsay, Ali, and the rest of the family to come for family day," says a source. "Michael even wanted Dina to come."

  • Fist-Pumpin' MiLo!
  • Mmm Lemme Think

"They all refused, they don't want to appear on camera in that setting, period."

"Michael grew very upset. Emotions were very raw for him. Soon, thereafter, all hell broke out between other patients and families," the insider said.

Viewers will be in for "quite a shock when it airs," the source says.

Dr. Drew "handled the mayhem with pure professionalism, as he always does," despite all he has on his plate (the Michaele Salahi debacle, etc).

Celebrity Rehab 5 is set to premiere in May on VH1. As for what brought MiLo to the show? Anger issues. Yes, he's addicted to rage. And fame.

Earlier this week, Michaele Salahi was kicked off Celebrity Rehab because she lacked the one thing people entering rehab typically possess - addiction.

No clue why the show didn't establish this ahead of time, but Michaele's husband, Tareq Salahi is threatening to sue, and that's not even the half of it.

According to her husband Tareq, Michaele only agreed to do Celebrity Rehab to get help from Dr. Drew for a pre-existing condition: Multiple Sclerosis.

Michaele Salahi and Tareq Salahi

"She was leaning on Dr. Drew who is a respected doctor to get her through some of the issues after the White House," says fellow party crasher Tareq.

He adds that Michaele Salahi takes her MS condition "very seriously" and that it was the show that wanted her to pretend to be something she wasn’t.

Tareq says he now has plans of "exposing" Dr. Drew and the show.

"My wife takes her health very seriously, she has a real diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. We can show you  emails about what they wanted her to pretend to be, therefore, but that's going to come out later on with one of the major networks."

As for Michael Lohan's role in all this?

White House party crasher and The Real Housewives of D.C. annoyance Michaele Salahi was just kicked off Celebrity Rehab. The reason for this is simple:

She has no actual addition.

Sources on the set say Michaele was asked to leave Dr. Drew's hit program because she has "no addiction," and thus had "no reason to be there."

It's a familiar theme for her ...

Michaele is as unwelcome on VH1 as she is at the State Dinner.

Last week, we learned Michaele and Tareq Salahi were both cast on Rehab for reasons unknown. We feel bad that Michaele has MS, but ... you can't rehab that.

Apparently the producers had this realization a little late. Wouldn't you think the show could figure out that she wasn't an addict before they cast her?

Then again, they cast Michael Lohan and his "anger issues." Clearly they're just trying to score whoever they can for ratings and work out the details later.

With Lindsay Lohan working to stay sober and stay out of jail for felony grand theft, her dad has joined Celebrity Rehab for anger management issues.

Her mom, who does not care for her dad, calls this "unforgivable."

"We have tried to be as private as possible during this difficult time, now he plans to exploit our family even more, it is unforgivable," Dina Lohan said.

Dumb Dina Lohan

Don't even ask, because we have no explanation.

Shooting for the VH1 reality show began last week and Michael Lohan’s "treatment" is expected to last for about 21 days. Dina is far from pleased.

While they support his need for rehab, they feel doing it on a TV show is a PR stunt - from Michael Lohan? No way! - and ust plain unnecessary.

"The family is relieved Michael is getting help. Once again, we're all very disappointed by his constant yearn for attention," Dina Lohan explained.

Michaele AND Tareq Salahi, the couple that allegedly crashed the White House and went on to Real Housewives of D.C. quasi-fame, is off to Celebrity Rehab.

Yesterday, we reported that Michael Lohan, Lindsay's dad, will also be in the cast. Are the people this season addicted to fame? Probably more than that.

Michaele, Tareq Salahi

Dr. Drew will welcome former New York Mets great Dwight Gooden, alleged actress Bai Ling, Jeremy Jackson, who we think was on Baywatch, and more.

Anything to maintain that Z-list level of fame, right guys?

According to reports, Charlie Sheen is also in talks to join the show. Just kidding. Did we fool you? He's way too busy winning to join this ensemble of losers.

Michael Lohan is checking into rehab.

Of course, it's Michael Lohan, and he doesn't so much as breathe if it doesn't get him some publicity, so he's going to Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

The troubled father of Lindsay has already started filming the addiction reality show, which airs on VH1 and has a perfectly mediocre success rate.

Sorry, Jason Davis.

Michael has spent time in rehab previously and did time in prison in the '90s when he was involved in an insider trading/contempt of court scandal.

He and Lindsay Lohan have gone through periods of estrangement, but MiLo has been an outspoken advocate of his daughter and publicity lately.

Here's hoping he gets the help he needs, although that's a tall order. Michael Lohan Jr. is changing his name for a reason. We're just sayin' ...

A new season of VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew and the romantic life of former Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel is the center of attention.

With no usage of the words "Tiger" or "Woods" of course.

Uchitel told Dr. Drew she bypasses the whole dating process for "intense, overnight" connections, he called it "love addiction" and encourages her to chill.

Rachel said men she pursues are often birds of the same feather - as in married, rich and famous - and she's "too much for them to handle." Rowr!

Here's an interview with Uchitel regarding her Rehab stint ...

In a rare TV interview, Tiger Woods' famed mistress Rachel Uchitel spoke on the Today Show about her addiction to love and how that led her astray.

Appearing alongside her Celebrity Rehab mentor, Dr. Drew Pinsky, Rache promoted her stint on the VH1 program and explained why she went on it.

"I knew that I needed help," Uchitel, who claims she went on the program to deal with her love addiction. "And I wanted to get it from Dr. Drew."

Love Addict

Uchitel she needs help ... and had some lip injections.

The 35-year-old all-pro mistress also said she was being treated for addiction to Ambien and other prescribtion medications, which she did not identify.

Dr. Dew said Rachel Uchitel's condition is partly triggered by traumatic events in her past, such as the premature deaths of her father and fiance Andy.

She was set to get married before he perished in the 9/11 attacks.

Not even 24 hours after bolting Celebrity Rehab, Rachel Uchitel is back, baby.

Tiger Woods' preferred mistress quit the VH1 reality show after storming off in a huff, but agreed to come back after producers tracked her down.

The "VIP Hostess" returned after castmates - including Hills douche Jason Wahler, actor Eric Roberts and model Janice Dickinson - urged her to.

You know what they say. Always listen to Jason Wahler.

Why did she bolt? Not because Dr. Drew brought up Tiger Woods, sadly. She's not even allowed, legally, to talk about the golfer in any way at all.

SHE'S BACK: Rachel Uchitel is in Celebrity Rehab. This has nothing to do with Tiger Woods whatsoever. We just threw this picture of him up there for fun.

Her departure followed an intense therapy session while discussing her late father who died of a cocaine overdose in his 40s (Rachel Uchitel was 15).

Despite reports she has a pill problem, specifically with the sleep aid Ambien, sources have said Uchitel is on the show because of "emotional issues."

That's a polite way of saying "an addiction to banging married celebrities."

Declaring "I quit" and running away from the set, Rachel Uchitel apparently couldn't handle the intense pressure of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

Instead, Tiger Woods' mistress checked into a swanky hotel.

Rachel Uchitel and Husband

"After a very intense day of filming, Rachel couldn't handle being at the Pasadena Recovery Center" and left, according to a Radar Online source.

Rache fled for Beverly Hills' L'Ermitage Hotel after an intense day with Dr. Drew, during which she "had trouble coping with the issues" discussed.

We reported in recent weeks that Uchitel is being treated for "emotional issues" (i.e. banging married celebrities) as well as an addiction to pills.

She was discussing her issues with self-esteem and self-worth, along with her addiction to Ambien when absolutely lost it and bolted the set.

Rachel Uchitel flaked on Celebrity Rehab 4 ... but will she be back?

Producers located Uchitel the next morning. "Producers arrived at the hotel the following morning, and calm prevailed," says an inside source.

"Rachel simply needed some time away from the intense pressure and scrutiny she is dealing with. She agreed to go back to Celebrity Rehab."

"Rachel has never had to face these kind of issues like this before, and talking about it pushed her over the edge, and her instinct was to run."

Well, sure. Of course, Rachel isn't legally allowed to talk about her affair with Tiger Woods, but the world's #1 golfer looms large in her life.

“Her issues go beyond Tiger, but he was the catalyst that pushed her over the edge," a close source said of the 35-year-old "VIP hostess."

No word if she'll talk about David Boreanaz.
