Alyse Lahti Johnston, Tiger Woods' new girlfriend, has reportedly been dating (sorry, "having a good time" with) the golfer for several weeks now.

The pair was spotted cruising on Woods' yacht in North Palm Beach, where Alyse is said to be getting her MBA and trying to make the LPGA tour.

She's the stepdaughter of Alastair Johnston, the former vice chairman of sports management giant IMG, which has represented Tiger since 1996.

Like Tiger, Alyse Lahti Johnston has overindulged her cravings.

Alastair introduced Alyse Lahti Johnston, 22, to Woods, 35. It's not quite clear when that took place, but what is clear is that she's a jock - and badass.

Alyse was busted on suspicion of DUI in October, although she was only charged with reckless driving when the case ended up in court in December.

She pleaded no contest. A judgement was withheld pending completion of a victim awareness program and an educational course in DUI prevention.

Michael Lohan got popped on three felony charges late Monday night.

The father of Lindsay was arrested in West Hollywood, Calif., after a female companion accused him of domestic violence at a nearby apartment, police say.

MiLo was booked for inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant, false imprisonment and preventing a report of victimization, Lt. John Ratto just confirmed.

Michael Lohan's bail has been set at $200,000!

"Mr. Lohan was arrested after we received a call around 9 p.m. regarding a domestic dispute," Lt. Ratto said of what is the latest in a string of such reports.

Lohan, who has had past run-ins with the law and has done time in prison, appears not to have been on probation at the time of arrest, Lt. Ratto added.

"He was detained after he was spotted walking on the street near our station, showing no signs of intoxication that I'm aware of. He has been cooperative."

Interestingly, MiLo complained of a medical condition not related to the incident while at the station and was taken to L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Mel Gibson's latest mug shot has been released. We didn't expect the guy to be happy after being booked and fingerprinted, but still. Lighten up man!

Just hours after making his way into the El Segundo P.D. to be processed following his no contest plea to battery last week, this booking photo leaked.

Especially compared to Mel's previous effort, it's kinda scary ...

Mel was released right after this mug shot was taken last night.

It's rather nondescript as celebrity mug shots go. Not unlike the resolution to Mel's criminal case, it's a bit anticlimactic. Sadly for him, more drama awaits.

His no contest plea resulted in no jail time and was not a legal admission of guilt. But he is likely to face myriad civil lawsuits from Oksana Grigorieva.

Don't expect him to cave this time around. He will fight them tooth and nail and probably countersue. We just hope he keeps the rage under control.

Police spokespeople have said Christina Aguilera was arrested yesterday for her own safety, not because she was engaged in any kind of criminal activity.

Still, this caveat does not mask the fact that the singer has a clear drinking problem (cops on the scene said she could not stand and did not know where she was). Friends tell TMZ they've been urging Christina to check into rehab for months now, even prior to her October split from Jordan Bratman.

"Maybe when she was married she was able to keep it under wraps, but it's out in the open now," a pal tells the site.

New details have emerged on Christina Aguilera's recent arrest, and they don't make the singer or boyfriend Matthew Rutler look very good.

Sources tell TMZ that Christina and her man dined in a private room at posh Los Angeles restaurant Osteria Mozza until well past midnight. Deep into a couple bottles of wine, a fellow patron reportedly recognized Aguilera, asked the waiter to send her a drink and was told: "She's already drinking a bottle of wine... or two."

Hilarious.

Meanwhile, both Rutler and Aguilera have been released from jail. They are allegedly holing up in her Beverly Hills home.

Pulled over by police for swerving on the road, Rutler blew a .09 on the breathalyzer, according to Radar Online. The legal limit in California is .08. He doesn't look too broken up about it in the mug shove above, does he?

As for Christina, L.A. County Sheriff Office spokesperson Steve Whitmore says Aguilera was a complete mess when she and Rutler were pulled over: "When she got out of the car, she couldn't stand. We had to help her stand. She didn't know where she was and she didn't know her own address. We took her into custody for her own protection."

Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry may seek sole custody of her child after the arrest of Jonathan Rivera for pot last week in New Jersey. One can understand.

One can really understand in light of the additional fact that Rivera, who goes by Jo, continues to deny that he was ever arrested ... even though he was.

Rivera got popped for "being under the influence of marijuana," while his brother, who was pulled over, ended up charged with even more serious offenses.

According to sources, Kailyn confronted Jo about the arrest and he insisted it didn't happen ... even though law enforcement sources confirmed that it did.

Typically there are records of these things, man. When you are booked in jail on a charge alongside your older brother Edward, there will be paperwork.

Kailyn and Jo currently share custody of their baby son Isaac, but after Jo's arrest, we're told Kailyn is strongly considering a move toward full custody.

Lowry says she "doesn't know what to believe" anymore. That was pretty much our reaction after we saw that pic of Amber Portwood nude. Yikes.

Marysol Patton is off to a stellar start as a reality star.

The Real Housewives of Miami cast member was busted on suspicion of drunk driving in January 2010, according to the Florida State Attorney's Office. She avoided jail time by pleading no contest to a lesser charge of reckless driving.

What makes this story even better? Her mother was arrested for the same crime a few months later!

Sources connected to Mad Bull's Tavern in Sherman Oaks, Calif., say that "Every time Shia comes to the bar, he becomes a problem and it's starting to get old."

Shia was the instigator in another testosterone-fueled incident a few weeks ago in which staff had to break up close to 15 people in an intense pushing match.

Cops arrived to the scene and briefly put Shia in handcuffs, but he was never arrested. You have to wonder if it's only a matter of time for the hothead.

Bree Olson, just one of many porn stars that have spent a night with Charlie Sheen, was arrested on Thursday in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Police suspected the "actress" of driving under the influence of alcohol.

According to TMZ, Olson was unhurt in a single car accident. She subsequently failed a breathalyzer test, blowing (insert obvious joke here) a .19. As a result, Bree was arrested and later released on $750 bail.

It can be awfully confusing when it comes to Sheen and adult film stars, but Olson was among play things with whom Charlie partied in Las Vegas last month. She may have had a threesome with Sheen and Michelle "Bombshell" McGee.

Misspelled rapper Juelz Santana ended up behind bars after two fully-loaded 9mm handguns and 17 bags of marijuana were found at his recording studio.

He was released from Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, N.J., earlier today after posting $125,000 bail. Sounds like he could be back there soon enough.

FAMILY JUELZ: Santana probably feels like he's been kicked there.

According to authorities, Santana – real name Laron James – was being investigated for 10 months before a warrant was executed, resulting in his arrest.

Santana has been charged with possession of a firearm and a controlled dangerous substance, along with possession of a handgun without having a permit.

Oh, and also possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school zone. That's got to hurt as well.
