In San Francisco this week, Lovato posed for a number of photos and the ponytail hanging off the back of her head was impossible to miss. The pink ponytail, that is.

Charlize Theron is one of the most beautiful women in the world - and she's testing the boundaries of that beauty with a new look.

The Oscar winner was photographed in Los Angeles yesterday (holding adorable son Jackson), donning a hat that could not fully cover up the obvious: she has gone all Willow Smith on us!

Sources confirm that Theron, who is ruling the box office these days with Snow White and the Huntsman and Prometheus, shaved her head for a role in Mad Max: Fury Road. It starts shooting next month in Africa.

Jewel has completely changed her look - even fixing her famously bad teeth - to resemble the late June Carter Cash for her role in a new film.

In Lifetime's upcoming biopic, The June Carter Cash Story, the four-time Grammy nominee goes from blonde to brunette to portray the singer.

Jewel tweeted the first photo of her makeover on Tuesday, writing, "Here I am as June in my trailer with her blue eyes and perfect teeth."

Director Allison Anders also wrote, "My lovely star Jewel with blue eyes, straight teeth and kick*** wardrobe as June Carter Cash. Ring of Fire."

The upcoming biopic will appear on Lifetime, which is also working on a Casey Anthony movie and one starring Lindsay Lohan as Elizabeth Taylor.

"Many people know about the legendary love story of Johnny and June," Executive Vice President of Programming Rob Sharenow said this week.

"But June Carter Cash has her own epic journey filled with triumphs, tragedies, loves and losses ... we're thrilled Jewel will be playing the title role."

Jewel, 38, became a first-time mom last July to son Kase with her husband Ty Murray. In another first, this is the singer's major acting debut.

Kim Zolciak is never seen without her long, luxurious wigs, but she finally unveiled her real hair on her reality show last night, and she looked good!

Something uncharacteristically real on a reality show? Crazy.

Zolciak has teased the big reveal all season on Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding, which documents her wedding planning and nuptials to Kroy Biermann.

A young San Antonio Spurs fan faces suspension from school if he doesn't somehow alter the image of NBA player Matt Bonner shaved into his head.

Why on Earth someone takes the time to have a likeness of the reserve forward shaved onto the back of their head, no one knows. But it's awesome!

Even more amazing is the fact that the Woodlake Hills Middle School student Patrick Gonzalez could actually face disciplinary action over this haircut:

Because the image is so threatening, and so severe, if the style isn't "fixed" by today, Gonzalez will have to take in an in-school suspension.

This is worse than out-of-school suspension, where he could at least go home and watch Spurs games with Bonner sitting on the bench on DVR.

According to Aubrey Chancellor of the Judson I.S.D. District, officials say the haircut is a distraction and it doesn't matter who it's a tribute to.

"Whether it's the Spurs or whether it's the Cowboys, anything people obviously support, it doesn't matter," she said in a statement Wednesday.

No word if Bonner will shave an image of Gonzalez into his hair in solidarity.

Demi Lovato and Britney Spears met the press yesterday.

Officially announced as season two judges on The X Factor, the singers posed for photos and greeted journalists and advertisers at the FOX Upfront in New York City - and Lovato even kept her hair dyed for the occasion.

But is she ready to criticize? Since leaving rehab, Lovato has been adamant in telling fans that it's okay to be yourself, that confidence is the key to happiness. A great message, no doubt. But does it really jibe with being a reality show judge?

Kate Middleton has officially stepped outside of her fashion comfort zone!

In London Friday, the Duchess of Cambridge worked the red carpet at the BOA Olympic Concert dress in a stunning emerald Jenny Packham pleated gown.

The design, which featured a low-cut neckline and a sheer, lace back, is accented with a crystal-adorned ribbon that cinched the royal's waist. Take a look:

The 30-year-old fashion icon paired the breathtaking dress with Jimmy Choo "Vamp" platform glitter sandals and a matching Jenny Packham bespoke clutch.

The more-revealing-than-normal number wasn't her only new look this week. Kate Middleton's dress earlier this week turned heads due to its slit up the leg.

Kate, who arrived hand-in-hand with her husband Prince William, wore her hair in an elaborate braided chignon that ensured the dress' sheer back was on display.

Renowned hair stylist and fashion icon Vidal Sassoon, known for creating the "bob" style and for a line of consumer products that bear his name, has died.

Sassoon passed away today from an unspecified illness at his home on Mulholland Drive in Hollywood. Family members were by his side. Vidal was 84.

He was reportedly diagnosed with leukemia in 2009. It's unclear what role the cancer played in Sassoon's death. His official cause of death is natural causes.

When Sassoon picked up his shears in the 1950s, styled hair was typically curled, teased, piled high and shellacked into place. Then came the 1960s.

Sassoon's creative cuts, which required little styling and fell into place perfectly every time, fit right in with the fledgling women's liberation movement.

Sassoon opened salons in England and expanded to the U.S. before also developing a line of shampoos and other styling products bearing his name.

The hairdresser also established global Vidal Sassoon Academies to teach aspiring stylists how to envision haircuts based on a client's bone structure.

The hair icon was married four times, most recently to Rhonda Sassoon, who stayed with him until his death. He is also survived by three children.
